I
get
there
couple
minutes
before
closing,
cashier
is
turning
off
the
automatic
doors
so
they
won’t
open.
I
stand
outside
until
about
3
min
after
their
closing
time
and
the
customer
he
is
chatting
with
finally
comes
out
so
I
walk
in.
I
ask
if
I
can
grab
a
bag
of
cat
food,
our
cats
are
on
a
blend
that’s
sold
there.
Cashier
says
no,
you
can’t.
Meanwhile,
there
is
another
associate,
helping
another
customer
that
is
in
the
store
trying
to
catch
fish
out
of
an
aquarium.
He
said
that
that
this
the
last
customer
they
are
checking
out,
since
you
weren’t
in
the
store,
you
cannot
make
a
purchase.
I
said
I
know
exactly
which
bag
I
need.
I
can
grab
it
in
30
seconds
and
be
back
to
the
register,
he
still
said
no,
that
I
would
have
to
come
back
tomorrow.
Cashier
was
basically
just
standing
there.
Our
conversation
took
longer
than
it
would’ve
taken
me
to
walk
back
there
and
grab
the
bag
and
him
check
me
out.
He
just
flat
didn’t
want
to
do
it,
then
blamed
it
on
company
policy.
Poor
service
for
sure!
