LOVE Petco grooming! Jason always makes my dogs fluffy, shiny and clean! Everyone there is so friendly and has a genuine care for my dogs.

Best place in town for pet supplies, also an epic fail on providing a green space for pets. What could've been beautiful, is instead a strong indicator of people's lack of respect towards what little green earth we have left. Wonderful Selection. I have a very difficult time finding items for my exotic pets & there is much more to choose from than any petsmart I have ever visited. They also sell small animals The staff is very friendly & helpful. I am the kind of shopper that needs quite a bit of assistance & am easily overwhelmed. I was helped every step of the way.

Crissy is an awesome dog trainer, she helped train my really bad-behavior ridden dog. She helped her become less antisocial and just made her an overall really well trained dog. No one could’ve helped me as much as she did!

I took my red border collie in for a bath as she had just finished meds for a yeast infection in her ear, and her fur was very greasy. Jason did an amazing job. He explained to me that they had no degreasers, but he shampood the area 3 times. Apparently, Dawn dish soap is not allowed at Petco. Overall, my girl was taken very good care of and the price was very reasonable.

There's quite a variety of animals here. I tend to like coming here to see the different creatures available. The selection seems to be better than the local Petsmart on that front, however the actual products I'm looking for (food, toys etc) aren't always as easy to find as they are at Petsmart. So, in short, if I don't need something specific, I'll come here. If I do, I might visit Petsmart instead.

Went in today to grab what I needed. Great variety. Just wasn’t happy with the service. I needed some snails and another African dwarf frog. I stood by the fish for several minutes and even made eye contact with the two guys at the front. They helped another couple get a rodent but still didn’t help me. I ended up leaving with just mealworms, which I almost put back, but I needed feed some reptiles. I’ll just wait until Petsmart gets more snails in.

There is an employee named Jr. that was so awesome. He pulled out animals to let my kids experience them. He let us look at everything and my 6&8 year old's were so happy and excited. They have lots of pets they want to add now. That man needs a raise. He loves his job.

I get there couple minutes before closing, cashier is turning off the automatic doors so they won’t open. I stand outside until about 3 min after their closing time and the customer he is chatting with finally comes out so I walk in. I ask if I can grab a bag of cat food, our cats are on a blend that’s sold there. Cashier says no, you can’t. Meanwhile, there is another associate, helping another customer that is in the store trying to catch fish out of an aquarium. He said that that this the last customer they are checking out, since you weren’t in the store, you cannot make a purchase. I said I know exactly which bag I need. I can grab it in 30 seconds and be back to the register, he still said no, that I would have to come back tomorrow. Cashier was basically just standing there. Our conversation took longer than it would’ve taken me to walk back there and grab the bag and him check me out. He just flat didn’t want to do it, then blamed it on company policy. Poor service for sure!

Super, super happy with our experience at this Petco. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with one. Amara was awesome explaining everything to me and Jason took his time to make Izzy comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

I have taken my dog for grooming 4 or 5 times now and am very satisfied. I now make the next appointment when I pic my dog up. My dog, Dolly, is very excited when she gets there and still loves them when we leave. They do a great job and the price is right. I recommend them.

Everyone always takes such great care of my little babe! My shih tzu, Kiwi, was my first of my fur babies, so I only trust her with the best! She’s 3 years old, so she can be a bit feisty when it comes to grooming around her face, but every single time they knock it out of the park!! Highly recommend bringing your furry loved one(s) here! Also they are super quick! *we had Barbara during this visit 😃*

Shopping For Something Simple is what brought me into PETCO. My grand-kids found a spider (Black Widow) & decided to put it in a critter cage that we had. After a few days my wife said we were not very good host because we had not provided any food for (Spidie). As a result , we decided to venture to PETCO and pick up some crickets. The young lady that took care of us was very knowledgable when it came to what size we should get.

They over price what they do. $5.00 for oatmeal shampoo is ridicules. Amara is great with my fur baby. Manager is not a person I would want to meet and greet my customers.

We called on a Friday and they got us in on Monday. And since it’s close to the holiday season I was actually surprised that we can get in at all. Especially since we’re only gonna be here for a couple days. Barbara is the lady that cut my Gracies hair And she did an excellent job. I’m kind of picky because I wanna make sure her ears don’t get cut too short and she doesn’t have a tail so I kind of want a fake tail put in place. And Barb did all of that for us. We couldn’t be happier with how Gracie looks. The pictures I’m attaching Are more than 24 hours later and my two little bullies kind of messed her up a little bit. But I still think she looks great and she smells fantastic. Thank you Barbara for doing such a wonderful job.

The young lady who helped me was dealing with a lot this day but went out of her way to really help and educate me on my fish purchase and care. I'm glad I stopped in.

Don't come here looking for help. Waited over 45 minutes for help, being ignored for the workers to not give us a simple goldfish. If you expect help here, you best have the right skin color.

Looked on their website and it showed oral gel for cats. I am not happy they can't carry it in the store. I will order it now from Amazon. Maybe instead of telling me to go to pet smart or a vet you could actually carry products from your website!
