Variety of personality, bayou feel of fishing at one side of walk, while other is more family friendly, also other artworks on display. Also biking trail is scenic.

My kids and I love walking here. Once and awhile though you'll come across homeless individuals so keep that in mind.

Beautiful area can always see some wildlife and there are plenty of things to do here within walking distance if you want to get ice cream for example the latest scoop is extremely close

It is okay. The river itself smells bad. There were several sprinkler heads busted on my last walk, with water just drenching the sidewalk. The grass and plants do look well taken care of, I will say that. I would not recommend the few restrooms unless it's an emergency. The bums usually leave you alone. Picnic tables are usually covered in ants.

Too many people feeding ducks bread. Do your research. It is never a good idea. Pretty place but people have been littering and dumping non native ducks. Its super heart breaking. Very dirty and many many fishing hooks and line left everywhere.

Love this little slice of oasis heaven. Flowing water, away from the sounds of traffic

Great area for photo ops, walk, run or jog. Make sure to enter the visitors center for I formation of the town and nearby areas

It's a long walk (over 4 miles, I believe), so don't take it lightly. That being said, it is a beautiful walk, and will be worth your time. It even has art features along the way which is quite fun.

A place like no other, at times magical, with a serene beauty and friendly charm. A special gift the city's forefathers and foremothers left for the people of San Antonio and her visitors. I often have to remind myself that I'm in the middle of Texas. So much history has happened here. So many different cultures represented with a very vibrant one being the most noticeable. A visit to this city and especially its Riverwalk, it's Paseo Del Rio, will change how you see Texas and will likely stay with you as an enchanting memory. San Antonians really have a special home they can be proud of, and it shows. Well done, San Antonio. Hold on to your heritage and don't let anyone change that.

Nice place to walk, with some shade but be warned: shade is not everywhere. There's plenty of pokemon go locations if you're in to that. The ducks and other wildlife is pretty friendly. I haven't seen any snakes yet, so can't speak to that. There are some areas that stink but thankfully the majority of the area does not. There's some nice scenery here.

Very peaceful and tranquil. Usually not too crowded. A perfect place to relax and even cook food on the barbecue pits.

So pretty! Really well done and maintained by the city. Loved the random art installations sprinkled throughout it.

So beautiful! The pickled egg smell was definitely rough...but the scenery and the wildlife. Must see place if you find yourself in San Angelo. Just don't eat before you go..the smell will knock your socks off.

San Angelo has a Beautiful Riverwalk. The renovations and restoration is so lovely to walk around downtown. Usually you'll see vendors selling ice cream, snow cones and sometimes food trucks. But there are also may stores, shops and restaurants right downtown, just a few steps away.

Loved the walk around the area. It was peace. The picture of the egret was taken here.
