I fully enjoyed my time as a student at ASU. I majored in English with a specialization in technical writing. I got a very well-rounded course load that has helped me TREMENDOUSLY in the business world. Plus, the campus is small so it's easy to get to class (unlike Texas Tech's campus), the class sizes are like high school size so you get good interaction with your classmates and professors, and the campus is beautiful. All of the housing isn't just the best, and the food is mediocre, but for a small, affordable university, it does pretty well. I'm a proud alumni of 2014, and I hope this review helps someone make the smart decision to look into this university.

Love it!! Great campus, great dorms, AMAZING faculty and staff, brand new facilities... all for an affordable tuition. It's the best kept secret of West Texas. I've had so much fun during my time here, and I can wait for the next few years!

I’m sorry but my experience at ASU was not joyful and fun AT ALL the people there were very rude I once tried to ask one of the staff members for help and they simply laughed at me and walked away :) I made no friends at asu and I became very depressed while I was there. I then left in December of 2022 and now a year later I decided to to further my education and ASU is stopping me from doing that they are charging me for the spring semester for both food and bored .when I had first went to go clean out my dorm room no one was in the Mary Massives building so I left the keys in my room and left I then got a call in February saying I didn’t check out properly and I needed to go up there to do so ,but when I drove all the way from Sweetwater no one answered the phone (they said I called the wrong number but I called the number they called me from to schedule the appointment) ( plus my mom even called before I left saying I was on my way and to have someone waiting for me) I knocked on the door multiple times and no one answered they said a RA is supposed to be on call 24/7 then why didn’t they answer the loud bang on the door ? So now I’m getting charged 1300 for the spring semester that I did not attend at all for, and they will not give me my transcript until it payed off ( i asked if I could make payments they said I could but I would not get the transcript until it is payed off ) 1/10 worst experience of my life fr

Were dreams go to die. Where you spend $40,000 to get a piece of paper only realize at the end you should have gone to tradeschool to be a plumber to get the bag.

Excellent university to attend tucked away in the quiet town of San Angelo. This school has so much to offer. Its quiet location gives you plenty of time to study. The campus is gorgeous with lots of trees and grass. I completed my bachelor here and highly recommend this university.

I went to the regional track meet. I enjoyed the stadium and the big screen. The seating was comfortable and the concession people were friendly. A must go.

It was great to see ASU again and some of my old friends and classmates! Nice homecoming parade, great AFROTC staff and excellent homecoming victory on the gridiron! The Wharf, The Casual Pint, and the Goodfellow AFB Chapel on Sunday are 3 excellent places to go!

The museum is awesome. We particularly liked the Kids area. We will be back soon. Lisa was super sweet to our inquisitive little guy.

I never knew the pool could be rented out but it was fun! At a great price too!
