Excellent place to stay, whether it's for a day or multiple days. Fairly new, 10months old as of 3/17/2023.. great price and includes a free breakfast. Location is good too.close to everything. Rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and friendly atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially David. The room and hotel were clean and the store was helpful to have. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit. Diana Bruner

New place, so of course it’s clean and well kept. Hope they keep that up. As of 9/2023 it was very nice. I didn’t know what to expect as I had never seen the name before. Their pantry had lots of good snacks and beer to pick from.

The rooms are clean, safe area, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. But the best part was the staff and great service. They were very kind letting me have late check out. I was traveling alone and they let me use the facilities until my son could get off work to pick me up. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in one of the best areas of San Angelo; there's plenty to do nearby. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived this evening was wonderful, and he got us checked in quickly as he knew we were in a hurry to make a dinner show. The room is clean, they have Paul Mitchell toiletries, and the beds are so comfortable. The hotel is peaceful, and well-maintained, even if it is newer.

This is a newer hotel and very crisp and clean. The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. There was a significant water line break on the fourth floor (we were on the ground floor) that required water to be turned off, which wasn't particularly problematic for us as we were leaving that morning anyway. It caused the fire alarm to go off about 5:30 a.m., which was a little nerve-wracking until we were told it was not a fire, but we were up anyway. The front desk apologized profusely and comped our room. Otherwise, it's a very comfortable hotel near lots of eateries. Super clean.

Great new hotel that is super convenient to nearby shopping. Another plus is the area being pretty convenient to get on the loop to get to the downtown businesses and great dining options. Would absolutely stay here again.

I don’t know why this is considered a 2 star hotel it’s around a couple years old and amazing. Speak with David in the evening checking in and he is the best. 5 star for sure, my only complaint is that if I want cheese on my fake eggs I should put it there, and the bacon is soft because they mass cook it. So in other words, it’s freakin great minus a processed food breakfast. You want to stay a night or three? Choose this place, you won’t be disappointed with the accommodations and the staff is wonderful. Roaches, uncleanliness, bad room smells, yeah, you won’t get that here.

The staff was very friendly and the most helpfull staff I've encountered in a long time. Super nice at check-in and let the 4-H kids come back and was their dishes after the food challenge. We were very grateful to them. Rooms and hallways were clean. I was really impressed. For the price you can't beat it.

Still has the new hotel smell, but it is apparent the construction is extremely cheap. Unfortunately, every car starting in the parking lot can be heard, along with every tv show, conversation, cough, alarm etc in the next room and hallway, and every footstep above. Everything looks nice for now, but is very lightweight and lowest quality. Bathroom fixtures were loose, TV did not work, blinds use a complicated remote with no instructions. There are other options in the immediate vicinity. I’d try one of the, next time.

David and Katherine have gone out of their way to accommodate us during our long stay. They’re very attentive and do their best to make sure we have a room even with several events going on the past few weeks. They’re the best, and the rooms are very clean and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I loved the room. Clean and organized. At 9:55 the front desk girl came out and said the pool closes at 10. We were sitting by a fire pit in the back. I did not think the whole lounge area closed. At 10:10 a police officer arrives to kick us out and “send us to our rooms”. All in all, it’s a new place so of course it’s clean, but to call the police on us for using the amenities that we paid for is pretty upsetting.

This hotel is great all around! The building is new and clean. The pool and hot-tub are privately situated with a wall all around. The double queen room we stayed in was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the room has a nice modern design. I will definitely look out for more hotels from this chain when traveling.

Great pricing and great room. Loved the bathroom mirror and the little market. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best but hey it was free 🤷🏻‍♀️

Rooms seemed nice. Service seemed nice at first, but turned poor. We booked a double bed with a sofa as we had 5 people, but were given a regular double bed with no sofa. When we called the front office, they told us we could pay $109 for another room and were not willing to work with us at all. Regardless of the fact we booked and paid for a 5 person room. The only thing they said we could do is call and speak with a manager on Monday, this being Saturday, is not necessarily helpful.

Showed up after making reservations online. The check in process was smooth, the rooms are clean well appointed and comfortable. Location was close to most amenities. Breakfast was satisfying although I personally didn't appreciate the mini cheese omelette ( would have preferred plain eggs). Would recommend this location, the staff was especially helpful in locating local attractions, provided directions.

Underrated hotel but the reviews make up for it. Exceptional staff! Always helpful and positive. Clean rooms and well kept, which is extremely important to me. Secure location close to a lot of great places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! Don't hesitate to book here.

Recently I spent a month staying at the Americinn Hotel in San Angelo, TX while on a fire assignment from Colorado in August 2022. First of all I want to recognize the entire staff, from those working at the front desk, the fantastic housekeeping staff, and special shout out to Isabel, who made a fantastic breakfast every morning, and even made me a homemade banana bread loaf just because. The staff in it’s entirety made me and our crew feel at home and welcome. The hotel itself is amazing, and brand new with tons of amenities including high speed Wi-Fi, a stocked commissary, big screen TV’s, and comfortable beds. Although short of another wildfire assignment there, I don’t foresee myself returning to San Angelo. But those who happen to be staying in town for whatever, the Americinn San Angelo will not disappoint.

Great location, staffing at the front desk was great! Only thing a little strange was the staff was able to eat the hot complimentary breakfast during the buffet hour's so there wasn't any left .

Everything was excellent, except checking out at 4:15am. Seems I woke night man up from a deep sleep. Other than this, everything and everyone was exceptional!! You MUST try! Pool was great!

They had rooms available. Nice little Vending snacks, either Bill it to room or pay for it. Self check-out. Kinda neat. I had not seen this before in hotels. We will definitely be coming back.

This is an amazing spot to stay! Beautiful brand new rooms. The showers are awesome and accessible to disabled individuals. They have a gorgeous, warm and inviting back patio with a pool and areas to sit, fireplace as well. Full coffee and breakfast bar as well as a mini grocery store to shop from full of food, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Clean communal facilities and rooms, with nice accommodations and friendly staff. The pillows and bed were comfortable, and I'm admitedly a bit selective about my pillows and bed. Convenient location and traffic wasn't too bad getting in and out. Free breakfast is included and had cereal, fresh diy waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, pastries, oatmeal, juice, milk, etc.

Overall it was good for the price. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean. There is only one elevator and it was really slow. In peak times it became a problem for people trying to get to their rooms. Staff was not friendly but not rude either, which was fine.
