First time to a hookah lounge and it was perfect! Great customer service, amazing atmosphere. Great way to wind down and relax, many flavors to chose from. Very nice selection for hookahs, pipes, and vapes to buy. We will definitely be returning 😁

Ive been coming to Cloud 9 two years now. Always super chill and laid back, great atmosphere, great prices. I love that this place is BYOB, and lots of yummy hookah flavors to chose from with add ons if desired. Customer service is the best!

I have tried many hookah lounges in San Antonio. This my fav hookah lounge . I wish if they serve fresh juices here but other than that 10/10

Loved the vibe tonight. They had an open mic night tonight & Quincy was an excellent host! He had some poetry prepared and it was excellent. Our hostess was also awesome and really attentive. We don't get out much because we've got kiddos at home but we were afforded the time tonight and we're definitely glad to have come to this spot. I highly recommend for good music, chill vibes & great staff!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Would NOT recommend! I drove OVER 10 hours for my birthday to enjoy my hookah relaxing trip. BOBBI denied me of service to smoke a hookah. He was unreasonable, uncivilized, uncaring, and uncooperative. Best of luck with your hookah endeavors.

Loved this place! Quincy and Arianna specifically showed EXCELLENT service and show me and my date a great time for our first time. Will for sure be coming back !

Came in on a Thursday evening and it was a very relaxing environment. The music was great and Quincy was great. Very attentive and nice. The hookah was one of the best we’ve had.
