    Since taking group fitness classes with Xtend Fitness, I’ve made more progress than I thought possible. Daniel is really focused on getting you healthy and makes every class challenging yet somehow fun. I’ve had improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness and energy levels. All of the weight, inches, and body fat I’ve shed thus far have been an added bonus and speaks to how well the nutritional guidance and physical workouts are paired together. It's a fun group to be a part of and he does a really good job of holding everyone accountable and moving them forward. I recommend Daniel and Xtend if you’re looking for personal or group training. His training will give you a really good return on investment and is definitely worth looking into.

    I highly recommend Daniel as your personal trainer at Xtend Fitness. I signed up with him in January for strength training and here it is March and I am already seeing an increase in muscle and strength! Daniel listens to your goals, sees the possibilities and creates a strategy to help get you there with a varied workout routine that is solely centered on you. He’s so good to encourage that extra push for that last rep and also quick to correct form to the end. Daniel is also very personable and highly respectful of your work out time and you as a person. Thank you Daniel!

    I started personal training just over a month ago with Daniel and just signed up to continue the sessions indefinitely. Daniel and the other trainers are kind, patient and have their clients' best interests at heart. Highly recommend the personal training at Xtend Fitness!

    I've been working out with Xtend Fitness for a little over 6 months and am very pleased with the results. Our 1:1 sessions are efficient, focused, and primarily strength training which are getting my goals quickly into sight! The personal approach and detailed guided assistance throughout the workouts are exactly what most people need to commit and stick with the recommended routine by these top notch trainers.

    I've been working out at Xtend for about 3 months and I love it! The facilities are top notch and clean, the environment is welcoming, and the staff is awesome. My trainer Daniel is caring and intentional about creating custom workouts for me, and pushes me and holds me accountable. I definitely recommend Xtend!

    The Xtend team is the best! For several years I have taken either group classes or personal training with all of them and the consistency in the quality of their service is second to none. So lucky to have them at the Weston Center!

    I am extremely happy with my results from working with Memo. He has held me accountable and allowed me to meet and exceed my goals.     If your looking to hit all your fitness goals then this is the place to go. Been working with Daniel/ xtend since 2017 and every time the service and dedication to me as a client is excellent. I've hit my weighloss and strength goals and learned a ton about nutrition. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
