One of the nicer Starbucks store in SA. Super convenient by the interstate freeway I-37 and close to SA downtown. Come by and get yourself a good Starbucks sandwich. Try the impossible breakfast sandwich. They made awesome drinks here, coffee ,latte and refresher tea. They also have variety of Starbucks merchandises. Friendly and welcominf staffs. Big shout out to Beka so helpful and shift manager Jake. All staffs here working hard and serving best customer service and the store clean inside and out. Highly recommended by visitors and local Starbucks lovers. 🌟☕

I come to this location daily, for the first time today my drink had issues and the TM who made it told me exactly where he went wrong and offered to remake it. Manager runs over mid interaction and makes me repeat the problem to her, then cuts me off to tell me it's the Ice's fault and offer me ONLY a refund, not even a different drink. She then refunded me for a coffee .50 cents cheaper than what I ordered and didn't refund my tip, yet couldn't even an apology with her excuse. I returned the original coffee completely full so I essentially paid Starbucks 2$ for absolutely nothing today. Love it

Early morning observation The entrance in for cars from one direction off the freeway off ramp is a bit wonky. Parking is crazy with cars in line to order and those of you already parked or attempting can end up blocked in and hope that they will be let out. If you do go inside dont be in a hurry as the drive thru obviously gets priority. It takes much longer inside for just a latte. Was not impressed with the sleeping homeless man inside either. I am sympathetic to their situation. But if there are paying customers looking for a place to sit, it wouldn't be there. Outside of that my coffee was okay and the bagel was good but they were stingy on the butter.

I have been to this location drive thru many times before and It has always been a great experience however, this morning I ordered 3 items that came out to just under $15 on the app. Perhaps that young person at the drive thru window is having a horrible morning. When I pulled up to the window she handed me the coffee I ordered and was about to send me on my way and I smiled and told her that "there is quite a bit more on my order" she looked bothered and said "oh then you ordered food" then closed the window with a frustrated look. She then returned with the items but still forgot the water i asked for.. She was not at all the example of how Starbucks employees have always treated me.. very disappointing.

Everyone very welcoming and courteous. So cordial and often if you're having a bad day these folk folks won't aggravate you any more much like other restaurants 🤔🤨😑🙄

Ordered a drink very specifically a certain way, to immulate the pumpkin chai. Because I am literally allergic to milk, I ordered it this way for a reason. I received a normal pumpkin chai with milk foam at the counter. I told her I ordered it that strange way because I'm allergic to milk. The manager (I'm guessing) examined the cup and said "no you didn't order it that way." When yes, I did. - a normal chai doesn't come with milk foam... which is why I had to order it like this. Then it's blamed on "training". Someone being allergic to milk is much different than being lactose intolerant. She remade it quickly and said it was a training issue. Starbucks doesn't want customers getting an allergic reaction because workers don't follow their instructions.

This is the most well run Starbucks I have ever seen. The staff is amazing! Every time I’m in here they are friendly, cheerful, joking with each other, but also fast, efficient, and very responsive. You can just tell the morale is very high here, and honestly, when the people working at a place are happy, you just enjoy being there so much more. The manager is who impressed me the most. It actually took me a few visits before I realized who the manager was, because she is always doing what I would think would be the more undesirable jobs, and that is what made me want to write this review. Just from being in here today for breakfast, I saw her restock supplies for her team so they aren’t interrupted, clean up a spill, talk and laugh with the other staff, cook the food in the back, straighten the display, clean up the waiting area, and stopped briefly to talk with a couple of customers that I assume are regulars (who were all smiles by the way). This is pretty standard the times I see her in here. I asked one of the staff and her name is Alex. If the owner or someone from their corporate office is reading these, this location is amazing, and if you can recognize the manager somehow, definitely take care of this person.

Stopped in and my old friend was there waiting for me...pumpkin loaf. I could eat it every day. Tried a new drink this visit, Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. OMG I loved it. The gentleman at the register was very nice and chipper.

Have used mobile order here twice and both times got my drinks wrong. Very frustrating when you’re looking forward to your special and expensive drink of the day.

Usually never have a problem but when I got my "frozen" strawberry acai it was already melted not even close to frozen. When I asked she just said yeah that's how it comes but I've never gotten mine like that in the past. Don't advertise as frozen then give me a melted drink.

My experience was splendid, everytime I come here I wait in line for approximately 5 minutes or less! It is amazing. They work fast and the drinks are VERY good.

This spot was clean.amd workers were courteous and quick. Small parking lot where you may be trapped by drive thru traffic during certain hours. Located right off highway and convenient to get on Highway after your stop.

I have ordered here with and without the app. Personally, I prefer using the app because this location is right next to the highway, so there is a lot of noise from traffic. I think I have only ever had one minor issue with an order, but it was fixed quickly. That time, I did not use the app, so it was understandable given the noise in the area. This is one of the only Starbucks near downtown with an actual drive through, so it is my top choice when in the area. Staff has always been friendly, and orders are fairly quick, so the line moves quickly.

Just popped in for some drinks. Lauren was very kind and sweet and efficient. She asked me how my day was and we chatted for a bit. She is honest and real. But she was just humane and nice and showed kindness. A Little kindness goes a long way and people don't know what is happening in other people's worlds. Thank you, Lauren.🤙🤙🤙

Baristas are always super nice. Just wish they would not seem to always be "out" of the brew I order. This time it was dark roast.

Their system takes cash or payment through their app. They will get your order wrong and cut you off when you try to correct your order. I asked for soy because I have a dairy allergy. They got the size and all of the ingredients wrong.

The friendliest service ever my name is unique an the barista asked how to pronounce my name so when I come back he doesn't mispronounce my name. He noticed my daughter's arm was bandaged from have her cast an rod removed. He made her drink special for her. An he totally joked with my husband great man an definitely will be going back idc what side on San Antonio I am on I'll drive to that one for sure

The staff here is awesome! Always a great experience for when I stop by or come by with my son. Pumpkin is my jam this time of year and I definitely get my fix here. You guys rock! Most definitely my favorite Starbucks location in my long morning commute.

My mango dragon fruit is lemon water only, the staff said it's a new style of this drink 😅

I adore the friendliness, courtesy, & awesome 1-on-1 greetings, & attentiveness from each staff member. They made it a point & came to speak w/each customer @ tables. I was offered a drink for free, got lots of smiles, and felt like I could stay there forever because. The outdoor patio was fantastic, comfortable, & one of the best experiences I've ever had@ Starbuck's.
