The staff was awesome! GM James and his team were exceptional. The bartenders were amazing. Robert, Lester and Bianca are super friendly and make you feel at home. Miracle and Eli helped us make our room comfortable after my wife had surgery. They all did a fantastic job and we will be back! Thank you!

First off I want to say that I have stayed at very nice upscale hotels around the country and know what to look for and what not to look for! This hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are fully stocked and ready to go. The shades are actually dark so you can close them and get a good night's rest. The beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower has great water pressure and no temperature issues. The entire hotel is spotless clean. The amenities are A+ , if you are going downstairs to look for a drink or a bite to eat, no need to worry they have something for everyone and it is either complimentary or affordable. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is amazing because you're just enough outside of the city to have a peaceful stay but still extremely close to everything! The pool and pool area are very nice, They also provide umbrellas so you are not stuck in the sun. 5 stars all around! You cannot ask for a better hotel. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Seems like service has gone down in all areas these days, so checking into this location, being greeted with kindness and a willingness to help in any way was refreshing. The morning breakfast was quite the spread and very good. The happy hours was so nice! And the hotel was incredible clean from lobby, to halls, elevators, to the rooms. Loved staying at this hotel!

The room was very nice, spacious and most of all clean. The front desk associates were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. My family felt safe here upon checking in late at night. Nice surrounding restaurants within walking distance if need be. We will definitely stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton again if we are visiting San Antonio.

Oh my god. I love this hotel. I was debating whether I would stay near river walk or here with my 2 and 6 years old kids and I ended up stayed here. The location is amazing that there is a nice shopping mall and Target near by. Everywhere is 20-30min away. Parking is free and the place is so clean and new. The best part, it has a living room space and the staffs are so kind. Laundry room and free breakfast is a plus. If I come to San Antonio again, I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. We are Hilton honors members and definitely plan on returning to this hotel in the future if we ever travel to San Antonio again. The room that we stayed in had a closed off bedroom and mini living room. We definitely love the late check out 12 PM. We also love the late breakfast on the weekends that is available until 10:30 AM the ability to check out a little later and having breakfast available at a later time, makes the extra pay in comparison to other hotels in the area worth it. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there is only one entrance and exit for both the parking area and building itself. After looking at a few reviews, I believe this was done due to security measures which it is the case. I definitely appreciate that. The staff is super friendly and attentive!

When you are looking for customer service, look no further. Very professional, service that makes you happy without feeling smothered. Clean rooms. Confort but most of all, employees going over and beyond to make your experience a visit to remember. I have visited multiple hotels even embassy suites but nothing like this one. Special thanks to James Allen, Deidre, Julie and Elizabeth. Ramon also was very nice and helpful. If only every hotel had staff like this, it will be a wonderful world. I am glad I chose this hotel. My wife is extremely happy and grateful for the service we got from them. Second to NONE!!!! Keep up the good work. You will definitely see us again. Great hotel for an affordable price. Room for 6 people consists of two rooms. On Sunday evening we were waiting for a free snack with vegetables and ice cream! Super! Free bar with drinks from 5 to 7 pm. Everything is thought out so that you enjoy your stay at the hotel. The pool is heated and open until 22:00. Wonderful! Everything is clean and comfortable! We were very surprised.

I didn't stay here. I had meetings with my area leaders from Panda. Great staff and beautiful Hotel. You weren't allowed to bring snacks to the meeting and their gift shop was expensive. $3 for a regular size bag of M&M's. The free coffee was good though.

My stay here with my family was very enjoyable and we can’t wait to experience it again! We chose this hotel because it is near Six Flags which was about a 5-10 minute drive from here. Our room was big, clean and equipped with all sorts of essentials. An important asset I consider in my stay is the customer service and it was outstanding! Luis from reception was very friendly and communicated with us through the messaging app for any further questions or assistance during our stay. Each morning we had their breakfast where we had so many delicious options to choose from which was very convenient as both my kids are very picky. Patty from the breakfast area was very hospitable. She took care of us by helping us find our way around the breakfast hall and would revisit to see if we needed anything else. We were one of the last people to have breakfast on our last day here and she helped us grab a snack and drink to-go for our kids which was incredibly nice and appreciated. She truly made us feel at home and welcomed.

This has been our go-to hotel for our weekend trips to San Antonio. Location isn't too far from many great attractions, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful more along the lines of a 4-star hotel. The complementary hot breakfast buffet is outstanding; modern rooms, family and pet-friendly, easy check-in and check-out procedures.

I stayed here for a work trip. I had a very good experience. I enjoyed the free breakfast and drink social hour with snacks. My room was stocked with lotion and shampoo. There was a desk, couch, bed, and a coffee bar. My room was crisp and clean every night when I returned to the room. Very good location because there is a restaurant and cigar bar for those who like that. Recommend for a good stay. There were some problems with my coworkers rooms though. They were getting the brunt of kids staying in the hotel for a band competition. The kids were prank calling the room and banging on the walls. So I guess just be careful who you get put next too.

It was an incredible experience from the moment I arrived until the departure, your hotel exceeded all my expectations. Beginning with the exceptional cleanliness, it was evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The stay was comfortable and pleasant, the staff was friendly; every member of your team would greet us with a smile and made sure we felt welcome, not to mention how extremely helpful they were throughout the stay. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing and inviting. It was a perfect environment for unwinding and recharging. Lastly, I must mention how impressed I was with the comfort of the bed. The quality of the mattress and bedding provided me with the most restful sleep I've had in a long time. I woke up refreshed and ready to take on the day's adventures.

My go to hotel in San Antonio for work even when the place I need to go for my work trip is farther away. I have always found the hotel very nice, new and clean. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is nearly an experience and not just a place to sleep. The hotel is also well located in commercial areas for great restaurants and shops.

Really enjoyed this property. I’ve stayed at numerous embassy suites across TX, and this is probably one of my favorites (the other is near Houston). Wasn’t a busy weekend and aside from the construction outside due to the roads, the property is in a really good location. Not far from shopping centers, six flags, restaurants etc. the front desk staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good. I also enjoyed the snacks during the evening time! Would definitely stay again if given the chance
