Came here and got a day pass to try it out. Gym is well kept with lots of machines for variety workouts. Members and staff are helpful by looking out and giving each other tips. Great gym to be at.

Best gym in San Antonio by a mile. The atmosphere alone will add 10% to your top lifts! So unless you want to be weak, you should come here.

Good place to workout not very crowded safe and good place. People are very friendly and nice.

Very clean and organized. The gym is well kept and one of the last gyms with some actual weights. The owner and staff are very welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new gym or even a place to get a good workout, especially with the unique equipment. I would never train anywhere else after stepping in the gym.

An absolutely amazing gym. If you like being around a more serious crowd this is the place for you! Everyone to include the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I felt like family immediately. The variety of machines and free weights sold me!

I came in for a day pass and found my new home gym. If the 24 access hadn’t sold me already, the staff did. Being new to town they made me feel right at home. The equipment is clean and well maintained. Also there’s a dog park right across from the gym, if you’re doing cardio and need a mood boost just look up.

Do not live in San Antonio. Walked in and David was super accommodating, and already love the facility. What a gym should look like, even though they had me at the name!

Absolutely love this gym. Staff is great and they have a wide variety of equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Excellent gym for all people! My son has gone for a year and has grown both bigger and smarter from the gym itself and a few of the fantastic folks who work out and run the place! At first he was intimidated because “most the girls are bigger then me” but he was amazed at the frequent friendliness from even the pros he’d see. Cool sport and thanks for a wonderful experience! Keep up the excellent work-:)

GREAT GYM! Visiting from Indiana, and trained at The MF. Great Equipment, very spacious, and bodybuilder/serious athlete friendly.
