My family and I stayed for a week; my son graduated from the Air Force. The base was about 20 minutes from the hotel. I must say Ms. Margie and Gabby were awesome! Every time we go out and walk back in, they are at the front desk, greeting us with a big smile. I absolutely recommend this hotel; it was very clean and everything was so well organized. The rooms are very spacious. The social hour was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s not your typical buffet-style breakfast. If you stay here, you have to try the salt cave. OMG, it’s very relaxing. This is so far the best Embassy I have ever stayed at. I think this staff should travel to train some of the staff at the other Embassy Hotels. I have never had an experience like this before.

If you need a group meeting book here! Jose and all of the staff are amazing! They will remember your name and face. They will check in with you several times throughout the day and make sure all is well. They are so attentive and caring.

This is a review that I'm not so happy to write. Been here before and it was a five plus star experience. Ok, be sure you check your rooms because the cleaning staff sometimes forget to clean properly. No matter where we stay we reclean the bathrooms and area. Bathroom door had a strange pink substance smeared on it and it was nasty. Third night we extended our stay and the people above us were loud (sounded like they were moving furniture) from 10pm til 5am. I called the front desk three times and ask for help (with little response). The next morning my wife and I expected we would be able to talk to the manager about the situation. The manager blew us off and gave us points for our inconvenience. I had to call for 2 weeks after our stay because the manager delayed applying the points. Notice, I didn't get nor was I offered a refund for the one night (stayed multiple nights). The staff is very kind and friendly and the restaurant is average at best. Manager (whoever you are) understand that your guest are important and just want an easy, fun and respectful experience. It's not about the money, it's about understanding sustainability. That means giving customers a reason to want to return and spend money with your business in the future. My wife enjoyed the spa and we hope to see improvements made. Make sure the rooms are clean and treat every paying customer good. Money is green and it spends. There are so many other great options in San Antonio. I look forward to trying you one more time. Let's get this rating to a 5 plus again. Thank you.

Great location and the hotel is awesome. Rooms are clean and very nice. The restaurant onsite is a good place to catch breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bar is a good place to get a drink and watch a game. The staff is friendly and professional. We always enjoy staying at the Embassy!

I don't know where to start. Angelica, Carlos, Margie and Nicole at the front desk are superstars. All I can say is amazing across the board. They made myself and my spouse feel welcomed and made his birthday stay beautiful. I can't thanked them enough. The room was beautiful with an upgrade surprise. The hotel is new, sleek and clean. We will always stay here when we visit. Thank you front desk staff for everything.

Absolutely LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! Everything about this location is perfect 👍🏻 We’ve stayed here several times for our boys basketball tournaments. Clean, Great Customer Service, breakfast is DELICIOUS, and location is perfect. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for being so attentive and welcoming ❤️❤️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Beds are very comfortable, ac gets nice and cold, rooms are clean. I do like that staff will check on you throughout your stay via text to make sure everything is ok. Cooked to order breakfast is very good, and is included with stay. Located near many good restaurants. Definitelyy go to place at this location whether I'm there for work or bring my family for vacation time.

I stayed at Embassy overnight before heading to the airport. The hotel looks nice inside and out. The staff seemed friendly and greeted me as I entered. Apparently they offer a free (2 drinks) happy hour for guests 5:30-7pm most nights. The room was spacious, clean, and easy to temperature set. I liked the large size of the bathroom and the couch in the TV area. I definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay. Very roomy and spacious. The breakfast assortments were plentiful. Your choice of hot or cold items. Conference facilities were great. Area around the hotel is growing and offers. Adequate dining experience.

The whole experience was awesome. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, in a new neighborhood and the room was very clean. The property appeared to be new. Several restaurants in the area, however the hotel has a very cool bar and restaurant.

Don't park near any trees or field side... The ants will invade your car... If you're going to give complimentary drinks at the bar at least make sure you have what you say you have... and not try and bait and switch them into having to pay for a different drink. Y'all are schisty.
