is
a
review
that
I'm
not
so
happy
to
write.
Been
here
before
and
it
was
a
five
plus
star
experience.
Ok,
be
sure
you
check
your
rooms
because
the
cleaning
staff
sometimes
forget
to
clean
properly.
No
matter
where
we
stay
we
reclean
the
bathrooms
and
area.
Bathroom
door
had
a
strange
pink
substance
smeared
on
it
and
it
was
nasty.
Third
night
we
extended
our
stay
and
the
people
above
us
were
loud
(sounded
like
they
were
moving
furniture)
from
10pm
til
5am.
I
called
the
front
desk
three
times
and
ask
for
help
(with
little
response).
The
next
morning
my
wife
and
I
expected
we
would
be
able
to
talk
to
the
manager
about
the
situation.
The
manager
blew
us
off
and
gave
us
points
for
our
inconvenience.
I
had
to
call
for
2
weeks
after
our
stay
because
the
manager
delayed
applying
the
points.
Notice,
I
didn't
get
nor
was
I
offered
a
refund
for
the
one
night
(stayed
multiple
nights).
The
staff
is
very
kind
and
friendly
and
the
restaurant
is
average
at
best.
Manager
(whoever
you
are)
understand
that
your
guest
are
important
and
just
want
an
easy,
fun
and
respectful
experience.
It's
not
about
the
money,
it's
about
understanding
sustainability.
That
means
giving
customers
a
reason
to
want
to
return
and
spend
money
with
your
business
in
the
future.
My
wife
enjoyed
the
spa
and
we
hope
to
see
improvements
made.
Make
sure
the
rooms
are
clean
and
treat
every
paying
customer
good.
Money
is
green
and
it
spends.
There
are
so
many
other
great
options
in
San
Antonio.
I
look
forward
to
trying
you
one
more
time.

a

again.
