We had a fantastic time at this hotel! I love that they have a parking garage connected to the hotel which makes you feel more safe as you come and go. The rooms are very clean and smell great. The staff are fantastic. The hotel is close enough to enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer without feeling like you are right in the middle of SA chaos! They have a weight room and a pool with two jacuzzi tubs. If ever in the area again, we will definitely check this hotel out again!

There is probably no better value to be found anywhere. All the staff were amazing. Our needs were accommodated without hesitation. The breakfast staff are incredibly diligent and friendly. The breakfast offerings are above and beyond for this price range, everyone found something to enjoy. Parking in the garage is included and extremely convenient. All three elevators work and they are lightning fast... I really can't stop praising this place!

The location was perfect! The hotel was cozy and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were delicious! The pool area was fun to hang out in. Chris was so friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. Hilda was an incredible bartender and so sweet to us. And Alma made sure our room was spotless and well stocked. The AC ran great (especially with it being such a hot summer), and the beds were comfy. I definitely recommend that everyone stay here if you're ever in San Antonio.

Staff was VERY polite throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good. The 6th floor hallway had a peculiar smell that we couldn’t nail down-cleaner, pesticide? Not sure. Strange toilets that were inefficient. Stained hallway carpet.

We have stayed here once a month for the last year because of the location. Each stay had something small, but inconvenient . Such as the fridge doesn’t cool, a roach in our room on a separate occasion, the lower floors don’t have great water pressure or hot water, another stay we requested towels and never got any, or the toilet buttons to flush get stuck making the water flow constantly…..small things, but considering the rooms are clean and the staff is nice, they weren’t deal breakers or anything to complain about really. But on our stay this past weekend, our car was broken into and things were taken while we were parked in the parking garage. As frequent visitors each month we value feeling safe where we stay over all else. The garage requires a key to get into , which makes us question on if someone who has a key got in and could also get into the rooms ? , not to mention what if we ran out to the car to grab something while someone dangerous was out there. In the garage that should be safe and monitored. After making front desk aware we were offered an apology which we appreciated but they still expected us to pay for our two night stay?? Like I said, we stay at this hotel at least once a month for 2-10 days at a time. We feel keeping their guests and their property safe should be a top priority. We are very disappointed. They ended up not charging us for 1 out of the 2 nights we stayed. Needless to say, we will be staying elsewhere.

This was my first stay at a Drury, I was skeptical at first, but I must I was pleasantly impressed (Drury Plaza at least). The breakfast really good with a lot of options. The best part is that they have an actual functioning hot tub. Most places have them, but they’re not really hot. The rooms were pretty spacious as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Needed a place to stay for a funeral and found a great deal for this hotel online. The wonderful desk clerk at check-in upgraded us to a suite and turned out really nice. There was sort of an ice storm between there and Fort Worth, so we stayed an extra night and hunkered down, stayed warm in our lovely suite, and watched football. They have garage parking that is nice and breakfast and dinner offered with room.

Very nice room. Service was great. We Quickly stopped by to check in on the way to our event. Upon return the extra blankets for my mom were in the room. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly met and exceeded our expectations. The price was great for everything we got. Warm breakfast AND dinner with 3 adult drinks as well, all complimentary with the stay. Heated pool, hot tub and our room had a Jacuzzi and huge shower. Perfect location between most major attractions. I don't want to hype it up too much but seriously, give them a shot if you haven't. I was juggling tons of hotels and took a shot in the dark and was not disappointed.

The room was great. The pools and jacuzzis were great! Halls and rooms were quiet! 5:30 kickback and free drinks were amazing! The breakfast was awesome except the serve the same thing everyday and we stayed 3 days so we didn’t even eat there the third morning. The hotel was right at the beginning of the river and was at a nice location. The major draw backs of the hotel were: valet at times took anywhere from 25 min to 55 minutes each time so call ahead. Dogs are welcome but they want you to stay out of the common areas and use the stairs to take them in or out to potty (we were on the 11th floor). The place you take them to go to the restroom is around and past the hotel so it was a 15 minute trip each time they had to pee. The elevators took 5 minutes or longer to arrive during busy times and we had to take two different elevators to get to our room. The ice machines on two different floors were out of ice and the first night the a/c didn’t cool down for hours. Overall, it was a great trip. I only mention the cons so you know what to expect.

Great location and lots to do near by.I will be honest there was a slight issue. However, the staff made it right and really just made the experience awesome. Shout out to Aiden,Rocky,Willy, Veronica and I believe Hilda(I can't remember her name completely she was a very sweet loving type motherly figure she worked in the cafe area and helped bartend. I feel bad I can't remember her name) Anyways you guys really put it into perspective as to why your hotel stands out. Sincerely thank you for all that y'all do. I truly felt at home away from home!!! 🫡❤️👏😎

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only knock is the pillows are stiff. Staff were well trained and informed. The Kick Back dinner at nights were a nice surprise and was at no additional cost. Food was good. Will be staying again.

I LOVE this hotel. The rooms and suites are clean comfortable and cozy. I've yet to have a bad experience in ANY Drury hotel I've ever stayed in. Excellent customer service. The Drury has always accommodated my family and I whenever we've had a need, without question and given 150 percent. I refuse to stay anywhere else when on business or vacation keep up the extraordinary work Drury!!

We travel to this location quite frequently and usually the service and rooms are great. This time we decided to get one of their “suite” rooms. Honestly, it felt more cramped than the usual king room that we get and we were next to the elevator, so there was a lot more noise than usual. I was also kind of disappointed that even though at check in we requested daily housekeeping, it definitely didn’t happen everyday. I will say though their kickback is awesome, some of the food is quite good, and we enjoy the popcorn and drinks. We most likely will be back, because we enjoy our trips to SA and it’s reasonably priced, but we will hopefully get a better view, noise level, etc., when we return.

It's a great hotel! Room was very clean (Double queen suite with sofabed), the bathroom was very clean as well, all the facilities were in a good condition, well maintained, the garage parking is very useful, the food is awesome: The breakfast had just about everything you could want (fruit, coffee, eggs, sausages, biscuits, bagels, bread, muffins, juice, etc.). The kickback time (17:30 - 19:00) included up to 3 cocktails per person (controlled by a 'drink card'), a very nice dinner, including not only hot dogs and sodas, but also soup, entrees and sides. It's a great value too. I would definitely stay there again. They need to clean behind and under the furniture in the rooms, some (very dirty I might add) guests left trash in some hidden places, and we found it when looking for an earring. Maybe they could carry out extensive cleaning of the rooms like, quarterly, or something like that. Otherwise, the hotel looks great, feels great, and is located in a good area.

Every single staff member we encountered were amazing. All so friendly. Rooms are nice. Clean. Breakfast was hot and really good. We're going to check out happy hour and possibly dinner while we stay. Can't beat the price with Happy hour, breakfast and dinner included! Definitely will stay here again when we're in town.

This place is very nice. A little pricier than some others, but worth the extra. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The evening "snack" from 530-7 was enough that we didn't need dinner. Included are 3 drinks per day per adult. All of the staff were very nice, asking if you need anything. Saw managers walking around, checking on the buffet at breakfast and snack time. Very reassuring that they are monitoring the quality. They are very accommodating for pets, I took my 35lb dog with me. There is plenty of places to exercise your pet here. The only "ding" I would have here is the $40/day pet fee. This seems a bit much. We did not request housekeeping every day, so that should have offset any extra cost of my small dog. Even with the added cost, we'll definitely stay here again.

We always try to stay at a Drury Inn, when possible. This location was the best Drury I have ever stayed at on vacation. First and foremost, customer service was exceptional. From the kitchen staff to the general manager (Bryan), they were all very welcoming, pleasant, and attentive. Always saying hi and asking if there's anything we need. The rooms are large and clean. I think these are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel! The pool area was also very clean and every area was kept tidy. The food is good and there is always something for everyone. You have to try Drury Inn! You won't be sorry!

We had awesome time during our stay here. Staff are very respectful and friendly. Great meals for dinner and breakfast. I just would want to see different food for the morning and not repeat the same. However don't get me wrong the food is well prepared and in good temperature to eat. Thank you for your friendly service.

We needed a room quickly, as in a coupled of hours on Father's Day due to an AC problem at home. We were found a room that was ready immediately. Chris greeted us as if we were family at the front desk. We were told that breakfast was available daily. And that 5:30pm was kickback time with drink pass and dinner. We never had to leave the property an asset due to the extreme heat. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, caring, and made our stay very pleasant considering the reason for the stay. We plan on joining the Drury Hotel program and using it in the future for family visits.Thank you!

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Everything was clean. Employees were all super nice. Free breakfast and dinner buffet. Nothing over the top, but good. Would like a little bacon with my eggs instead of sausage patties, but you can't win them all. Nice garage parking and 3 free drinks per night.

Very nice accommodations and very large lobby and dining area. We were in a top floor in April and hardly heard anyone else. The bathroom is nicely tiled and has a full body shower head. The bed was stiff but sleep-able, the pillows were thin. The pull out bed was clean and fine. The rooms are up to date though no USB ports!
