If I had a chance, I would give 100 stars!!! This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The location is great, the staff is very friendly and smiling, the amenities are wonderful, the rooms are extremely clean. They also offer free breakfast and free dinner! Breakfast is absolutely perfect, always hot and fresh. They have both boiled and scrumbled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bread, bagel, savory, pastry, waffle and so on. Dinner is also so tasty. They have soup, meatballs, hot dog, nachos, mashed potatoes and so on. And this is a rotating dinner so it changes some time. The front desk is so helpful. We were at the end of our 13-day road trip from Miami to San Antonio and we ran out of toothpaste. We attempted to buy it from the hotel's small marketplace and the lady said we don't have to pay for this, and she gave us a complimentary one. We literally adored this place, I will definitely visit again whenever I go to San Antonio! Thank you for your service!

After being a loyal customer with drury that has changed after my stay at this location. We were unable to stay at the plaza like normal because we pulled a trailer and it would not fit in the parking garage. When we checked in the front desk told us where to park with the assurance that there was security and everything would be safe. The next night our truck was broken into. Not only our truck though.... 5 others. All in one night. Ours was first happening before dark. This apparently did nothing to heighten security measures as the security was inside the hotel every time we went down(which was often to check on truck). Staff at hotel told us that it was common. Even telling us how the thieves were able to disengage the horn. Past that there was not any sort of help or concern expressed. (Nor even a discount on room) in hindsight we should have just left anyway considering we felt unsafe and could not rest anyway.

Great experience for our families' staycation. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and overall fun environment go a long way in my book. I love the free drinks offered each evening for guests. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. I really have no complaints. Thanks for a great time!

Just stayed here for 4 nights. It was overall a really nice hotel. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not the most comfortable. We had a couple housekeeping requests during our stay that were not fulfilled. The pool area was very nice…hot tub jets were not working properly though. The breakfast offered was great. A lot of variety and the hot breakfast items had good flavor. Excellent location and easy to get to the airport and other places. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Dolores, Jordan and Linda are phenomenal extraordinary employees of this hotel. My momma and I have been coming here for 3 years. The rooms always smell so good and very clean. Hospitality I give a 10. The Cooks for the free breakfast and dinner buffet are so delicious. I could go on and on and boast about this hotel. All the luxurious things they have. Which is, A indoor pool with hot tub, workout room and a laundry room. Has in your rooms a microwave and mini fridge along with a hair Dryer, and an iron and ironing board

I always have a great stay here. On this most recent trip, I finally decided to take down names and leave them a good review. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I specifically recall Delores, Ryan, and Mauricio going out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Brianna was my housekeeper, and my suite was cozy, clean, and fresh everywhere that I saw. My family will definitely be back!!!

If you are looking for good service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend! The stuff was top notch! My 3 star review comes from my room. I believe something is either dead or a plumping issue. The room smelled the entire visit. I mean it was a horrible smell. Staff tired to fix it but it was no Fixing. I was given a free night for a future visit, unfortunately free doesn’t work for everyone. They even offered to move us the next day but it was too much of an inconvenience for my family. We had already been in the room for a few days. While the staff was lovely. I would not recommend.

Had a great stay here. Very clean, comfortable beds,courteous, and convenient to the airport without being right next door. Would absolutely stay here again! My only complaint is the gym needs at least a cable machine, something other than cardio equipment.

The breakfast was good and hot every morning. The staff serving was exceptionally friendly. Drinks were good. Thr hotel is a little older. Rooms need to be updated but it eas clean and room service was great. Overall I'd stay again but I'd encourage brighter and more updated rooms. Oh and more comfy beds.

Where to start? The Drury hotel was beyond anything we expected. We wanted something reasonably priced and on the River Walk. We got that and so much more. The breakfast in the morning is plenty to start a day of sightseeing. There was something for everyone, including pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, various breads and bagels, including yogurt and cereal. Seriously, anyone can find something here. Then lets move on to the 5:30 kick back. Each day that you are there you get a card with a spot for three free drinks. And if that isn't enough, there is a buffet at that time too!!! Hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, lettuce salad, baked potatoes, mixed veggies, etc. And absolutely every staff member there seemed to love their job. Friendly and eager to help you enjoy your stay. The location on the river walk is beyond compare. Go to the basement and head out whatever directions you want. Cannot possibly recommend this place enough!!! Everything was excellent.

Pretty good for its level of accommodations. Clean room. Good breakfast. Even has three free drinks per night between 5:30 and 7:00. Really appreciated the parking garage as I've read many negative stories of vehicle burglaries at the hotels throughout San Antonio.

Staff was super friendly Rooms clean We extended our stay and they were so accommodating to us. We had to switch rooms but made sure we had one available that morning cleaned and ready to go for us. The breakfast and dinner is really good.

Beautiful Hotel, Clean, we missed Happy Hour and were gone before breakfast, but definitely looked like it was going to be a great spread. We thought about checking out the indoor pool and hot tub, but didn't have time. Definitely recommend

Very clean but my ADA wheelchair room is on the 3rd floor...in case of fire I would be trapped because elevator don't work....please have a couple first floor suites on the 1st floor for our safety. Love the layout of the room and very clean. Front desk was delightful. Dog Friendly which is nice...highly recommend this hotel.

Due to my job I am at the hotel about 3 to 4 times per week. To high volume traffic hotel. The rooms show some wear and tear but the cleaning staff do a fair it is a pet friendly hotel so you will see dogs there. Maybe twice a month there might be an issue with a dog barking in an empty room with anxiety separation anxiety. But I find most amazing is the staff. In the three years that I've been coming here they have remained consistently helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. The kitchen staff who prepare the meals for breakfast and dinner or go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and always greet you. If you're looking for luxury maybe not this place, but the atmosphere is very relaxing every afternoon at 4:00 they make popcorn and the smell fills the entryway and up the stairwells it just smells like a movie theater and makes everyone happy.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is! There is a complementary breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. So, often the staff is less than pleasant. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. The breakfast area and the patio are very nice. Large live oak trees and a rustic decor.

Really awesome service. Special thanks to Dolores the Assistant Manager. She helped me change my room without any problems when I had booked the wrong one. She is so positive and brings good vibes when talking with her. I also really like the fact that u get 3 free alcohol drinks 🍸 per adult and they were really good. The room was really clean and the size of the room was huge n we got our own privacy because it had a door 🚪 separating the main bed. The bed 🛌 was really comfortable and breakfast was good.

The front desk staff were amazing but our room was a little dated. It's time for a few upgrades to the furniture and bathroom. The hotel is close to restaurants an easy access to the interstate.

This hotel was perfectly located!! We loved our stay! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were impressed. The staff on each shift was excellent. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. The cook for the breakfast area was absolutely the kindest we’ve seen in a while at a hotel. She welcomed us each morning with a smile and friendly chat. She went above and beyond in her work and could tell she loved her job. The front desk agents always had smiles on their faces. And the manager was extremely pleasant!!! Room was a decent size and very clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The shower even had decent water pressure! There isn’t anything I could think of that was bad. Rooms were very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection. They do need to replace their towels and wash cloths, they were as my husband described like"steel wool". If in the area again, I would stay here .

This is the first time I stayed at a hotel by myself, I was so happy I picked this hotel. Everything was wonderful! I had a beautiful and very clean room. I decided to have the dinner and enjoy a free drink.. The gentleman handling the downstairs bar and food was very nice and very cheerful! I gave him a tip and went back and gave him another tip because i was so please how he set the tone for the dining area. During the night,the room was pretty quiet I didn't hear any doors slams or people in the hall. Morning time downstairs for breakfast,and the lady working the area was of so cheerful and nice. Like she really set the tone and had everything under control. Checking out and leaving I also had a great experience,the guy behind the counter give me my receipt with super nice and easy to talk to. Two thumbs-up 👍👍 May take my husband and kids there for a weekend just for fun! I wish I took more picturesi only took two!
