I
stayed
at
this
hotel
this
past
weekend.
Checked
in
Friday
and
after
finding
evidence
of
bed
bugs
(on
the
mattress
and
having
a
series
of
bed
bug
bites
on
my
arms
and
shoulders)
on
Saturday
we
checked
out
that
night.
The
hotel
clerk
told
me
a
manager
would
call
me
by
Monday
about
the
experience.
I
never
heard
from
a
manager
on
Monday
so
I
called
the
hotel
on
Tuesday.
I
was
told
that
the
manager
wasn’t
in
and
I
left
another
message
to
have
a
manager
call
me.
I
was
assured
a
manager
would
reach
out
Wednesday
and
was
told
if
I
didn’t
hear
from
the
manager
to
give
a
call
back.
I
called
the
office
Wednesday
and
was
informed
that
the
manager
had
already
left
for
the
day.
You
would
think
when
it’s
a
matter
of
bed
bugs
that
I
would
have
received
a
call
from
the
manager
the
next
day,
but
that
was
not
the
case.
I
was
finally
able
to
speak
with
the
manager
today,
Thursday.
Unfortunately
she
just
made
excuses
(saying
that
she
never
got
a
message
to
contact
me,
though
that
is
a
reflection
on
her
if
her
team
didn’t
give
her
the
messages)
and
was
not
apologetic
of
the
experience
either.
I
am
more
than
frustrated
by
this
hotel
and
their
lack
of
empathy
for
their
guests.
I
will
not
recommend
Holiday
Inn
to
anyone
and
will
never
give
Holiday
Inn
my
money
again.
