I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Checked in Friday and after finding evidence of bed bugs (on the mattress and having a series of bed bug bites on my arms and shoulders) on Saturday we checked out that night. The hotel clerk told me a manager would call me by Monday about the experience. I never heard from a manager on Monday so I called the hotel on Tuesday. I was told that the manager wasn’t in and I left another message to have a manager call me. I was assured a manager would reach out Wednesday and was told if I didn’t hear from the manager to give a call back. I called the office Wednesday and was informed that the manager had already left for the day. You would think when it’s a matter of bed bugs that I would have received a call from the manager the next day, but that was not the case. I was finally able to speak with the manager today, Thursday. Unfortunately she just made excuses (saying that she never got a message to contact me, though that is a reflection on her if her team didn’t give her the messages) and was not apologetic of the experience either. I am more than frustrated by this hotel and their lack of empathy for their guests. I will not recommend Holiday Inn to anyone and will never give Holiday Inn my money again.

Nice Hotel Seems Like a Newer Location. Room was nice showed a little wear and a little dirt better than most! AC kept room at 74 when set on 68 turned it down to 66 and got 71. New Math? The Morning Auditor is NOT a cheery Lady. Seems Angry at the world. Sad to go thru life unhappy! I try to stay happy it's hard when people bring you down. I am a Platinum IHG member... When I requested a late check out I was allowed 30min extra. Not what I had in mind but, she said housekeeping was to have an early day. As I was leaving I noticed the Housekeeper was actively working on 4 rooms down the hall? No doubt another hour till she could get to my room? IHG tells me Platinum members may request 3pm check out That is what I am NORMALLY offered when I ask for late Check out... I requested 1pm on this day. Yes, I would probably stay here again if I was in this area and needed a room

Great warm breakfast. Friendly service. Clean room that could accommodate our big family. The parking lot had plenty of lights as well. It's close to Walmart and restaurants. Worked well for us. We will be staying here again when we're in the area visiting.

Stayed a night with families. Rooms were clean with no funky smells like other hotels. Lobby and breakfast areas were clean as well. Nice water pressure in the shower. They had Dove toiletries as well. Enjoyed the free hot breakfast to start our morning off without anyone being 'hangry' 😍 Staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks Matt (evening guy) for helping with the AC and getting our hot coco fix 😀.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Pool party on the weekend is fun but also a nice quieter vibe during the week. The staff are all so friendly and sweet.

Called to book extended an extended meeting room contract for 12+ months and when I asked for sales to discuss it, she was annoyed and asked "How can I help you" - She then spent the entire time on the phone trying to tell me they dont book the conference room in advance and if its open its open and someone can use it. To only change to saying "Well we put it in the system" She was over the top rude and condescending. If you're looking to book somewhere, choose somewhere else. Response - I didnt speak with you and the person I did speak with couldn't understand what I was saying we did. But thanks for not asking for clarity and doubling down with your locations rude general demeanor.

Check in took a while because there was three other guests at the same time and only one receptionist. He was super nice and professional. The hotel was just okay. The room smelled kinda funny even though it had been cleaned. The furniture was wornout and the bed was good enough. The breakfast was just okay and the breakfast lady was nice and friendly. They have a security guard car in the parking lot I'm guessing because of break-ins other reviewers mentioned. For the price I expected a bit more, but I didn't necessarily hate it. I probably won't be staying here again though.

Great friendly staff. Very clean room. Clean and nicly stocked gym. The complementary breakfast was great. Prepared Scrambled eggs and sausage like the good pre covid days.

This location doesn't hold up to the quality as other locations we have stayed at. Much older. Disappointing beds, musty smelling room and older fixtures. Very damp. Our lamps even had rust on them. Now we know, not all Holiday Inn Expresses are the same...and we've stayed (and enjoyed) at many.
