Air Conditioner does not blow cold at all. I sweated all night. I complained and lady at front desk said it's nothing she could do to make it colder. I'm a travel agent & I would not recommend this place in the summer time. There was hair in the tub. It appeared to be pubic hair as well as sperm in tub. There are two hotels next to this place that you should choose before you stay here. Thank me later.

WORST EXPERIENCE HOTEL IN MY LIFE. Do not stay here ever. It's smelled really bad and there were roaches on the bathroom. I've reported the issue to Expedia, and they told me that I was getting a refund. After this happened the hotel manager come to the room with the police and kicked me out. This is the worst HOTEL in town. You should never stay here.

It looks nice on the photo but there are things that caused the rating. They require a deposit for the room key. Barely any towels, I can say it was enough for one person. The pillows are disgusting , yellow stains all over them and the pillow cases has holes in them. They look like they are coming apart. When I called for extra pillows, because they are very week and won't hold your head up, and was refused. While on the phone I opened the side table drawer and found cigarette trash. The tv remote would not work and she refused troubleshooting the problem. We booked two night but left after one night.

Could be cleaner. AC unit worked but missing cover. Could of used more towels for a double bed room not one set, more than one soap, and a full roll of toilet paper plus extra roll if not a full roll on dispenser. Also tissue in the dispenser and what happened to the ice bucket and cups. They never have those there in that location. I always have to bring my own supplies. Pillows need to be replaced too. Nasty. Bed not comfortable either.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. The air was broke and the lady brought me a fan that was so loud we couldn't watch tv. Not enough towels had to ask. Hair in my bed. Wouldn't give me my money back or move me rooms. $105 for a hot room and no tv. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. Rude staff. Oh yeah and the comforters you can tell were filthy. We checked in 7-17-15. We booked 2 rooms with no AC running & it was 100 degrees outside at 530pm. We waited 2 hours for it to cool & it was awful; sweating off the chart. We checked out & the front desk woman's fix was a fan? (Really???) If you want cheap; this is it! Don't expect their staff, most likely the owner to care about customer service; it is just a business to make money with little regards to the public. Worst hotel I ever stayed in!

Please, don't be fooled with the pictures you see. I got to this motel because it was listed in the AAA booklet that we have and the picture looks pretty nice. We had the worst experience that we have ever had in low to moderately priced motels/ hotels. They supplied the room with minimum bad quality bathroom tissue and towels; while at the desk another motel guest was at the Front Desk complaining of lack of toilet paper. And there was no tissue in the tissue box. The Carpet was quite filthy and my son saw a roach corpse by the lamp in the corner of the room; the roach corpse remained there our whole stay, for two days. The breakfast were not worth trying. The worst of all, my small pretty old lap top was stolen. When we reported to the manager on duty and later to his superior, they didn't seem to care. They said, "things are stolen"..... We reported the case to the local police. According to the SAPD (San Antonio Police Dept.)police observation, there wasn't any sign of burglary; one with a room key had "cleanly" entered. When the police spoke to the manager on duty that night, the manager even lied, saying that no one had entered our room, that it had not been scheduled for cleaning. We knew exactly, intentionally or not, he had lied. The bed covers ware pulled over, even though the beds weren't really made and the trash in the bathroom had been emptied. My husband later talked to the motel manager and a maid and the maid said that yes, she had entered the room, and had checked "done", even though the room was hardly cleaned at all.We were trying to cancel the payment to this motel by putting dispute transaction through our American Express, but after more than 3 weeks, we received a follow up that the motel owner stated that "manager will not responsible for the lost, jewelry or valuables of any kind". The most HORRIBLE customer service and hotel management we've ever experienced, and my husband and I have stayed as adults in American motels for some twenty years.

This place had dirty beds, hair and stains on the bed. Also room smelled nasty and the A.C. didn't work properly, and the restrooms just seemed shady like we were being filmed, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The towels in the restroom were also dirty. When we asked for more the lady in the front gave attitude and didn't want to. My son woke up with a rash on his back so bed bugs I assume.

NOT WORTH THE $10 YOU'RE SAVING!!! Please don't ever stay here! First of all, I'm a college student who doesn't really care about this stuff, but damn this was an all time low. Horrible, rude woman in the front desk. AC was not even on in our room and had to wait 2 hrs for it to cool our room. The bed was dirty with stains everywhere and the pillows were cardboard thin!!! Continental breakfast was an out of order waffle machine, NO MILK AND CEREAL, used paper plates?!?, and 2 old mini strudels. Hahaha I'm not even joking I took pictures and snapped it to my friends because how ridiculous it was. If you're looking at this place because it's near ATT stadium, please do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better hotel. Dear God, I can't believe I spent two nights in hell because I was a poor college student trying to save money 😩
