We went to purchase one of these beautiful vanities. My wife is loving her new vanity with Bluetooth and dim lights.

Older mall but she's hanging in there! 2 floors, nice carpet and a few cushioned benches around. The ceiling/glass is nice to look at as you walk.

We came to the mall to get some James Avery bangles attached to a bracelet for our daughter. We stayed to walk around and shop while they arc welded the charms. Went to the food court and other stores in the mall. Over all it was not as bad as the mall of old. Some minor childish antics but, no where near as bad as before. We shall return.

The Dress Shop in Ingram Park Mall is a store filled with beautiful gowns galore. Ms. Maria was Fabulous! She helped us find a dress for a teenager with that hard to fit figure. We had almost given up hope of finding that "perfect dress" after going to store after store, shop after shop. The Dress Shop was our last stop and last hope. Ms. Maria reassured us that she'd help us find something. And she did! Not only did it work for our teenager, but it was her favorite color! I've never seen my child smile so big. She walked out of the store so happy, she was walking on air! A million thanks Ms. Maria! We will only shop here from now on for our formal needs. The shop is overflowing with beautiful gowns, dresses, formal shoes and even crowns!

I've been going to Ingram Park Mall since it had a movie theater. It gas changed over the years but it still a great place with great stores. It's always clean and it's located to some great food places if the food court doesn't have what you want.

Love going to this mall. It's very clean with many stores to go to. Only thing is the escalator to go up to the second floor doesn't work so you have to go to a department store with an escalator to get to the second floor. Other than that, it's a nice clean mall.

Whatever you do, do NOT stop at the kiosk where they offer stuff for your face to make you look younger! The lady told me 5 minutes. After she applied stuff to my face and offered products for 400.00, I said no, so she lowered it to 199.00 after being persistent. I kept saying no and she lowered it to 149.00. She started to walk to her register and put only the one product in a bag saying she didn't want to waste her time nor mine. She was already frustrated, and I'm not sure why I let her, but she acted like she was going to do me a favor and finish off what she started. She put cream under both eyes. By the time I walked to JCPenney to meet my husband after "40 minutes" who was avoiding that woman, he asked why I had white all under my eyes! I looked in the mirror and was furious to see the "dried up and crusty white product!" I was freaking out cuz no water nearby. Luckily I had tissue and quickly wiped it off! I should report her to the mall!! 😡

My man Ouka, is here in Ingram Park Mall making custom shirts, and anything you need for your clothing needs. I highly recommend Custom Nation for your quality custom clothing.

Just not the mall I used to know. A lot of the stores that were good are gone, there is a store selling shoes for a $1000/pair. This is not affordable anymore. So many empty shops too. And I don't understand the super dark lighting in some of these shops. It does not attract me to that store.

Way too crowded. Prices are quite high. Great employees in most places. One area has bad tempered man working in a small portable station near sears area. Lately they have been having several escalators not working. Kinda aggravating when you have a child to carry around with you. Don't know if they are under some kind of major repairs but it's been about 2months that I've seen this happen. Other than that it's a pretty nice mall with some great stores. Good variety.

Pretty good mall, very nice looking and fancy. Plenty of stores and great selection of stores and items. Everything you need for the most part is here. The only drawback is at the food court , I ate from this place called Luciano and the food was straight up disgusting, the pizza was incredibly greasy, the pasta Alfredo was more like pasta with milk and the calzones were old and the cheese very generic I might add. Just go somewhere else to eat, unless you are into getting stomach pain and diarrhea. Overall the mall us pretty Good.

Plenty of parking space. Went to food court and love the set up and the variety of foods

This used to be San Antonio's busiest mall. My mother retired from the JC Penny's here at this mall. It has slowed down a bit, but still has decent shops. I guess buyers are hitting more of the malls out.on 1604. The Christmas set up for pictures with Santa still very nice.

I don't like malls in general, but if I had to pick one to go to it would be Ingram . I have been going there for over 20 years. I don't think I can recall a time to where the building itself looked run down, However, today I think they might have been having issues with the AC, most stores had a fan to keep it cool. It's s always been nice and clean for the most part. They had less appealing food places than before.

Ingram is alway clean, never too crowded, and offers a bar for you to sip-n-shop and people watch. There are many areas to sit and snack or drink. My girls love to come and see new things, even if they don’t get it. It’s fun to see them make goals for things, like the Bobs Burgers Clue and Gravity Falls items from novelty shops. There’s a decent blend of known brand name stores and great locally owned stores. It’s a good time.

Found just what I wanted and got out quick before the shooting begins again! I'm serious, it's not safe anywhere anymore. The mall was full of people. Saturday of course!

Went only to the Spectrum store ,needed to replace equipment and this location was the closest. Went in at 7pm there was a line the staff didn't look very friendly. However the line moved very quickly and the associate that helped me was very friendly and swapped out the equipment with no problem. Fast Friendly Service

There are some good stores and most of employees are nice but some parts of the mall look rundown mixed with some parts that are refurbished, a lot of spaces are occupied by many jewelry stores, and the carpeting in Macy’s and other stores made it smell. I hope they take it out soon

Great atmosphere. Plenty of things to see and buy. Sarku Japan at the food Court is my all time favorite. Food is great and the workers are excellent. Is a must stop when u got to the mall.

Went to have sushi with a friend and the place had quite a few stores compared to others. We were both able to get massages there in the middle of shopping. Not the best but good for the area.

My only concern is the cleanliness in the family restroom. My little girl had to step on a floor with urine in order to use the toilet. The trash was full and there were no paper towels for her to dry her hands. My daughter is 4 and the hand dryer startles her. I don't know if this is policy or the staff just doesn't want to clean paper towels off of the floor but the RR should be kept up more. No other issues. The store selection and crowd were great.

The Mall has a lot of good fashion stores and has a good variety of small restaurants in the food court. The only problem is that the escalators are mostly broken, and some restrooms aren't clean, but, the Mall is still a nice place to go.

Not gonna lie thought the mall was ghetto growing up but gave it a try and was blown away. The place is clean and people were all friendly . way better than Northstar and warmer than the outside mall

This place is huge. It needs better explained size, but it is a full mall and doesn't seem to have empty store fronts. Great stop for someone who likes to shop till they drop.

I really like the stores at this mall. The only problem is that the electrical stairs and elevator were not work8ng the 2 days we were there visiting them . There is no way for a handicap to go upper level without extra work and help.

Crowded, glad I didn't come in contact with flying bullets. I mainly went to Bath and Body, they were closed but the nice Mgr let me in. They have a lot of great deals going on!! I can't believe I bought 3 things and my total was under $7. Glad I kept my free coupons.

It could be great but the people that works at the mall security and other workers will do everything the Sgt. Torres SAPD Helicopter Div supervisor says such as when I go there he will tell them police me only turn off wifi connection intentionally and the power off on all outlets.

Good mall with nice mix of stores. Food court is a little lacking, but overall a good place to shop. It does have a decent sneaker store, but expect mall prices for the convenience.

Nice mall to wander around if you need some exercise like walking. I love the choices at the food court. If you have issues walking, be prepared to use the stairs because the escalators are sometimes out of service.

Older mall, renovations are nice, but really only come here for Sarku Japan. If you’re looking for a nice indoor shopping experience North Star is worth the drive.
