Very nice mall. The store/restaurant employees that I interacted with on 4-19-23 were very friendly. I also liked the cowboy boots structure that is here. My next visit to San Antonio will include another visit to this mall.

This Mall has a brand new ZARA store; it's beautiful, with some really modern, quality fashion for men, women, and children at reasonable prices!

Wow, this mall is exciting to be in. A Saturday morning excursion, and had no problem finding close parking. Shops galore, open and full.of merchandise. I walked the length of the mall just to see what was available. I've got to return for a detailed visit to the Dr. Martin store. Clean and fresh is the best way to describe this mall.

Depending on when you go you and get great parking especially if your willing to go to higher floors. Personally like to park near Dillard’s. There always seems to be stores moving, Forever 21 has been being remodeled for what seems like ages. Food court is decent but not much to choose from if you have dietary restrictions, and the restrooms are always fairly clean. There always an escalator down but with that being said there’s other ways to get around or course via stairs if your willing. Over all a nice mall and one I like to frequent specifically on week days where it’s slower.

There's a good selection of stores. Can get pretty overcrowded on weekends, but overall I enjoy this mall

What happened to the Holiday decorations? So sparse! At least the Santa is top notch. Great look, great vibe. The kid I saw was beaming long after she talked to him. Christmas magic✨️The boots are a seasonal treat. Also, an art gallery dedicated to San Antonio artists? Believe! And it's worth the trip. A feast for the eyes, heart and soul.

Went here to do business with their Google Fiber kiosk, which went extremely well. With the surprisingly huge weekday crowd on that day, parking was a challenge so I resorted to my go-to area that I used years ago when I stopped going to North Star, and all malls unless absolutely necessary. For those that rely on brand names, North Star should offer what you seek. I prefer curbside and door delivery services.

Excellent mall, well located, excellent parking lot. The variety of stores is impressive. The place is obviously very safe, very clean, very pleasant, even if it is only for a walk and perhaps a coffee. I recommend. The prices are probably the same of other locations, but then one must consider the overall structure and facilities. Overall, an excellent place.

This mall has been here forever! I love the diversity of stores and the food court has a great variety of food from pizza to Japanese and everything in between. We did a field trip recently and the students were able to shop in groups and had zero problems navigating this mall and getting back to our designated meet zone. We had zero issues as customer service is superb.

We came for the giant boots out front but we stayed for the shopping. The Saks here is actually solid. They have a lot of inventory and has decent sales. Every time we go to San Antonio we make a stop to look for any deals.

Good mall. Indoor malls are highly underrated. Who wants to have to deal with outdoor temps and weather all the time? No thank you. I greatly prefer the comfort provided by places like these. Great place. Keep it up.

Staff were friendly and professional. Party of seven celebrating a special lady's birthday. Our waitress (Anna) kept everything moving without delay while doing a great job. Thank you for your service, good food, great atmosphere, and clean environment. Cheers.

The mall have a great variety of what you need. Clean shopping experience with covid-19 initiatives enforced. Parking: free, parking deck Food court: chick filet, Charles, Asian food, Greek food, plus more. High end and low end stores. Something for everyone.

The waiter/waitress definitely weren't trained to handle a large party, couldn't get some of the orders right, were rude and couldn't split up the tickets correctly. Yes, we had a Birthday Party of 20 but perhaps the Manager should of had a 3rd wait staff added to our tables. The only thing they could do right was add their gratuities to everyone's bill. After talking to the manager, all he could say was, "I'm sorry." "Plus, they refused to sing Happy Birthday to The Birthday Girl. They blamed it on COVID." 🙄 It was a too Expensive, and a horrible dining Experience. To be honest, the food wasn't that good, but, the cheesecake was 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I won't be going back there again.

A nice and trendy mall that's fun to walk and shop in. Plenty of different shops for many different needs, many dining options, and a nice interior to look at. Plus the parking garages mean your car is in the shade from the Texas heat. My one complaint is that it's rather crowded on weekends, but being a popular destination will do that to anyplace.

Went to Test America and taste test 2 Beers. Don't really drink beer 🍻🍺 🍻 but tried it for experience. Survey paid $35.00. Not a bad experience. Plus $18.00 to the designated driver.

I enjoyed this place, returned some items and got to see high end shops and restaurants as well as affordable shops. I enjoyed window shopping.

I went in to browse. A staff member approached after a short period of time and asked if I needed help. Very friendly and pointed out the differences in the type and brands of jerseys on display. I saw a lot of variety in tge jersys, caps, and other items on display. I didn't buy anything but enjoyed walking around the store coz this was my first visit to a mall in years. This store is definitely worth a visit if you're at Northstar Mall.

Plenty of parking. This is one of the busiest malls in San Antonio. It gets really packed during mid-February through mid-April when income-tax money hits the bank. I avoid going during this time frame and during mid November through late December.

I really like this mall, there is plenty of garage parking which means I’m not melting in this heat wave! Inside is really clean and has plenty of sitting areas. Lots of posh stores! Employees at Build a Bear were very nice and helpful dispute being super busy! My family will definitely be back.

Overall, this is a nice mall. It’s bright inside and there are plenty of stores to visit. The food court is moderately sized, and there’s plenty of seating. The parking lot is moderately sized too, so finding a space should’nt be a problem. If this review was helpful press/click the thumbs up button.

My family and I celebrated my daughter's birthday with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Great service! Alonzo (spell check) was AWESOME! He served us with complete courtesy and kindness. GOD BLESS THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY❣ 🙏🏾

This mall is a big shopping center with a nice variety of stores. Even though I went just for Foot Locker, ended up buying an extra item from another store, and got lost in there three times (lol), I was very happy with the experience of the mall. I'll definitely go back.

Food court area. Stay away. The maintenance crew is on break. Gotta love the efficiencies. Doest look good if a fire broke out.

For me this is the best Mall San Antonio, free parking, indoor controlled weather, plenty of stores and now with 'Round 1' Arcade and Bowling. I have been visiting this Mall constantly since I moved to San Antonio in 2014, this is a San Antonio landmark. I'd only wish it also had a movie theatre as well like other malls.

This mall is a very busy mall! It was great to see the stores packed. There are a few stores who would only allow a certain number of customers, but I understand. The food court was packed and it was difficult to find a table. This is a great place to go to find some great items and spend some time with family. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great mall with lots of different shops!

  • 4/5 Ili M. 1 year ago on Google
It has decent amount of shops and a variety of them too. Shops for the kids and for adults alike. Clean floors, not much the bathrooms. Multiple floors on the inside. Would visit again if there's a shop I'd like to patronize.

About 3 weeks ago, I decided to replace my Apple Watch band and I happened to be at North Star Mall. A place called Lotus has an extensive selection and is located on the ground level under the food court. I had an issue with one of my bands so I went back to see how it could be resolved. Francisco, a very nice and approachable man, replaced the band without any hassle and cleaned my watch too! I’m very happy with the excellent service and my great experience. If you need or just want a new smart watch band or screen protector, go to Lotus and see Francisco.

This place is HUGE! They have a parking garage. They have limited outside parking, watch out for other driver that are also looking for a parking space. Decent food court. Surprise they have two anime stores.

I've always loved going to the mall. Except for reason #1004 of why being single sucks: you must spend money on your own shoes cause you don't have a guy. But backrubs on the best friend so it's all ok
