He personally called to apologize and was able to discuss with me how to make things better for the future. True customer service ! I truly appreciate the personal call and willingness to find a way to address my concerns. ------------- I have had decent experiences in the past, but this last experience was not that nice at all. I bought a high end piece of jewelry and was not made aware of the refund exchange policy upfront, and the sales person was very aloof and not very knowledgeable concerning the watch I was buying for my husband. I don't like how we were treated, and we will not be buying any more jewelry pieces from here anymore. I have bought from many high-end jewelry stores, and this place did not do well with making us feel welcome and appreciated like all of the other stores we have been to in the past.

I had a great experience here. Jaime is the owner and took great care of ensuring I truly understood the different aspects of purchasing a luxury watch. The store is well maintained with a beautiful selection to choose from. Highly recommend over other retailers in San Antonio.

We purchased my engagement ring from a different company, and it had a low set setting, causing issues with wedding bands fitting flush against my engagement ring. I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience. The customer service was great, Holly was so helpful and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs.

Went to fix a bracelet that is very sentimental to me. Kat was very kind to me and took care of me very well, I was told to pick up 2 days later but the jeweler was awesome and had it ready for me the next day. I was informed it actually had 2 loose areas instead of just one. I would have never caught that, so thank you! It was returned beautiful, fixed and shined. Thank you so much Katya and mr jewler!!!!
