Loved our stay. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. The rooms are decorated so cool. We had an upstairs unit with a very large terrific porch .To get to the porch just lift the floor to ceiling window and walk out! The continental breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket each morning to our door . The property cat JuJu is very friendly .We met the owner...very nice gentleman. We will definitely stay here again when we visit San Antonio .We would probably ask for a downstairs room just because they are bigger . Maggie & Al

Pros: service was great. The person who checked us in even was kind enough to get us a toaster for our breakfast that they bring to your door. Breakfast isn't super special but was a bagel, muffin, fresh fruit and a can of juice. Our room was split into two rooms which was great because it let us put our son to bed before we were ready to sleep. It was super close to shopping and restaurants and wasn't quite on the riverwalk but was close enough that it wasn't a problem. Bed was comfortable. Cons: couldn't control the AC from the room so my husband was burning up half the night. I was hoping for a bit more from the breakfast to be honest. Some milk for my kid or even real cream for the coffee would have been nice. Overall I thought it was very nice.

The Arbor House Suites are charming historical houses. For their age they are in good condition. The decoration were nice for the style of the suite. The bed was comfy, also the big walk out balcony was a nice view to the town. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay. Very Quiet to. Not like a hotel with loud noise. Thanks you!

We always love staying at The Arbor House...especially at Christmas time when they decorate the building so nicely. It's a very convenient walk to The Riverwalk, as well. This was our 3rd time to stay there.

Loved our stay here at Arbor House. We only stayed one night but this was a perfect spot for us. Our room was very cozy, the porch was large and beautiful. Walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly!

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We were provided with a beautiful basket on our doorstep in the morning full of yummy breakfast foods and that was delightful. We were also greeted by both the manager and the owner and both were incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It felt very personalized and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience! We'll definitely be back!

Awesome location just blocks from downtown, but tucked away from the loud, busy roads. The staff was friendly and the rooms eclectic but very clean. If you're looking for a memorable hotel with the same quality as some of the bigger chain hotels, arbor house is a great pick. My only complaint would be that the coffee pot in our room didn't work very well, but the lovely breakfast basket that they bring to your room mostly made up for it.

We had the honeymoon suite for two days and it was great. Love the funky eclectic mesh-mash of design and appointments. The staff is outstanding, the breakfast continental ( delivered via picnic basket, to your door). Our room was upstairs, and the balcony was wonderful. We will absolutely be back.

We rented multiple Arbor House Bed & Breakfast for a Family Birthday Celebration in Downtown San Antonio. Our family enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very nice and cozy. Little breakfast basket was a nice treat to wake up to in the morning. I will recommend and surely stay again.
