Called in here after being in Topshop electrics.The female behind the counter tried her best to scam me on the till after being quoted earlier. AVOID. What a difference owner in PACIFIC was, very helpful advised best way to buy tobacco and no pressure. Recommended

Went shopping here just before holiday end to get some duty free cigars and hand rolling tobacco, best price and amazing knowledge of cigars of which I know very little, make sure you give the store a try, you will not be disappointed. They even sell filipino rum which is amazing in itself.

I have visited this shop couple of times now, the service, the price and environment of the shop is amazing!!! I have never seen such a welcoming people! I needed some specific drink for my father and it was imposible to get, these people specially ordered that drink for me and within 2 days I had it in my hand. And it was cheaper than the airport price! So great work PACIFIC!! I will be back on December 2020! :)

Visited the shop to buy some very reasonably priced cigars specifically Cubans. Didn't disappoint. Staff were very helpful, got some boxes of RyJ No. 1/2/3 and H.U. corona major all for €9.95 per stick. Will visit again when back in town.

Our history: We searched for our favorite Rommel La Indiana in a 1-liter plastic bottle for over a week as it is much lighter than a traditional glass bottle and much easier to transport by plane. Finally, we came across a Tabacco & Liquor PACIFIC store. The surprise was big because the owner knew what brand we were talking about. Unfortunately, he only had Rommel in a glass bottle in the store, but to our satisfaction, he imported our favorite Rommel La Indiana in a 1-liter plastic bottle from Tenerife the same day, late in the evening. We also bought large cartons of cigarettes at a good price. We are very satisfied with the purchases. We recommend this seller. Thank you for your flawless service! Top rated for a reason, went to this shop looking for Canary cigars after having found it as a top serch on google, got excellent service the moment i set my foot inside, and even tho the Lady helping me got a bit surprised by the fact that my sole interest was in Canary Tobacco i was shown what i was looking for and more, we had an interesting conversation about cigars and tobacco. Great place if I visit Gran Canaria again i will be back! Thank you for excellent service.
