This place was my first holiday abroad and didn't disappoint until the very end day. There was breakfast from 7:30 until 11am then the help yourself type food hall opened including beer and none fizzy/fizzy drinks for the kids all day until 11pm, I wanted a resort not massive as I was a bit wary with taking young kids abroad for my first time and it was fine, entertainment from 8:30pm kids club til 9. Staff lovely, and cocktails right next to the entertainment, pools were clean and we all spent most of the time time on the complex. The air con was good in the rooms and the cleaning was perfect such a nice holiday. The only downside was that our booking stated 11.50pm check out as our flight home was 9pm and we weren't advised to check out by 12 that day, so after unexpectedly paying a deposit for the room at 50 euro, we lost half of it because of checking out after this time which was a let down right at the end.

Had a Really nice holiday, hotel is spacious and clean as well as rooms. There was also 4 kittens that were around the hotel but there wasn’t a shaded place for them with water or any food which i have seen in other hotels in Gran Canaria. Me and my partner didn’t enjoy the food at all as a vegetarian there wasn’t great options and everything just tasted plain and we ended up eating out or getting uber eats most nights. Pools are great though and nice places to visit.

Fantastic hotel. The Animation Team (for the kids) is the best we've ever experienced. They put an all singing all dancing show on every night, Mary Poppins and Grease, to name a couple, and the kids and us have absolutely loved it. All the Animation Team are personable and take time out to talk with our kids, and made them feel special. Highly recommended

We really liked the hotel, the staff is very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are clean, every day they clean and change towels. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and clean, three swimming pools, a volleyball court, a sports complex. The food is tasty and varied, every day you eat something new. The location is cool, you can see the ocean from the rooms. We were in a deluxe room 4214. We liked everything very much. Every evening there is a different program for children and adults.

Room 2029. Great bright airy room overlooking the street but this was actually good as the street was quiet and our terrace was in the sun all day. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The restaurant was good, plenty of food and choice but maybe a little repetitive. But always plenty to eat. Glasses were not always replenished quickly and there were sometimes none available. Love the self service drinks. Fabulous swimming pool, loved the slides, pool was very clean. The walk to and from the beach is really not that bad and worth it to swim in the beautiful Atlantic ocean. We did this every day. But the overall winning point for us is the gardens. Have never seen this in a hotel before. Sitting amongst the trees but still close to the pool and bars really made this holiday. Absolutely fabulous. Great hotel, sorry to leave tomorrow. Gracias.

Room 2015. Friendly attentive staff from reception staff, maids and service staff. Room was clean, fresh towels replaced if needed. Clean facilities. Canteen lovely, great choice of food at each meal, if repetitive. I couldn't eat another egg for a while. The main bar just seemed to be staffed by one person, so would take 10 minutes to get a drink. Our son really enjoyed the pool. Close to the beaches. Free bus services to local towns was a great addition. Would definitely come again. They did say we would be entered into a raffle if we gave them a 5 star review so that we could continue to use the facilities on our late flight. Which is why so many reviews have numbers mentioned.

Very happy with the choice we made for our holiday. The staff is incredible, polite and helpful any time. Rooms are big and clean, we had room 2141, and they get cleaned every day, you have a big shower and toilet, a balcony as well...the food is very good and diverse. And drinks as much as you want, for adults and kids. Evening there are shows, mini disco for the kids and also an area with games. Definitely recommend this hotel, one of the top ones!!!

We are just finishing a week all inclusive room 4407 at the Abora Interclub. This place is amazing and most probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. There is so much to do here for families and especially with children. There are two pools one for families with water slides and an adults only area with an infinity pool. There are quite a few 24hr self service drink and snack areas and there were always a good selection of food and drink. The entertainment was fantastic and a different show every night. The restaurants are spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic with lots of choice. The staff were so polite and couldn't do enough to help you. Our room was really spacious with good facilities for all our needs. The hotel is fully disabled ♿ access in all areas which I thought was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the hotel and we will definitely be returning soon.

We're coming to the end of our holiday and have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with good daily cleaning. The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds for this time of year! This time of year the pools are a little on the cool side. It doesn't seem to be putting off the kids though! Food has been good on the whole with a lot of choice. As with most AI it can sometimes be a little on the warm side. The animation team at this hotel are amazing, always smiling, greeting you and including everyone. They invite you to join the activities but leave you be if you're happy chilling in the sun. They're a credit to the hotel and make the stay special.

Just finishing the end of a lovely week here. The food is absolutely amazing and plenty of variety in the main restaurant. There is also a pool bar which has plenty of food and snacks available all day, from 11am to 11pm. The rooms are nice and spacious and cleaned well everyday. The whole hotel is kept very clean throughout and the service in all areas is impeccable. We are looking forward to a return visit. We stayed in room 2162 which was nice and close to the pools.

Really nice hotel and hotel area! The pool area and the park is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The whole area is very clean. As I see it there are two minus with this hotel: there are way too few parasols, so you have to go to the pool really early in the morning - otherwise you will be in the sun all day! The other minus is the dining area that’s very noisy! So many people at the same time and many children. We had to sit outside to get some breakfast/lunch/dinner-”silence”. So if you don’t travel with children I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But for children it’s great, especially the pool area.

Just returned from a family holiday with 4 generations from 9months to 83yr! This hotel has something for everyone. Plenty to keep the kids occupied throughout the day and night. But also space to have quiet time for those that prefer it. Excellent food and drink and animation team were one of the best I have come across . All the staff were friendly and helpful but 2 that stood out were Slevka on reception and Gonzalo from the animation team. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is amazing for families. The animation team are amazing and so good with the kids. Lots of activities throughout the day and the evening shows/entertainment have been fab! Food has been plentiful and lots of choice. Would 100% come back here with my children. The only downside is being abit far out for local walks but taxis have been reasonable. And free bus from hotel to the beach.

Stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and 2 grandchildren. The food was excellent and a great selection three times a day. There is a snack bar near the pool where there is a more basic menu of burgers, hotdogs, chips, and fruit. The inclusive drinks were fine: there is beer, red, white, and rose wine, and sangria on tap in several locations. Also colas, lemonade 7up etc. So you need never be thirsty! All in all we had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend the hotel.

July 2022 - My family and I had a fantastic time! The place was immaculate, the food was plentiful, fresh and varied, the rooms were very nice and neat and the beds were comfortable. The pool areas were amazing with lots of variety from the kid's pool, splash pool and slides. My children also really enjoyed the kid's club. The entertainment was fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend and definitely go back. The reception manager was also very pleasant, helpful and always smiling which was nice.

Ignore the silly reviews about the shade and food. We've just returned from a fantastic family holiday at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. I will try to elaborate further below; Service/Staff We arrived at the hotel at 21:30 and the receptionist promptly gave us our bands and ushered us into the restaurant so we could get some food and said he would check us in afterwards - A great first impression. Most of the staff were courteous and always smiling and happy to help, we did however encounter a grumpy lady in the restaurant who told my wife off for not being able to find a spoon and taking one from on top of their service stand, then the same lady asked my parents to move to a smaller table as they were not allowed to reserve seats until we came down to join them for dinner (even though there were several free tables around at those points). Nothing major but it was annoying. Food The restaurant is not 'a la carte' although some reviewers on here seem to think it should be. The food was great in my opinion, a low level servery for the children was great with the ice cream station just behind it. Every day there were freshly cooked dishes, ranging from eggs and omelettes at breakfast to fish and meat choices for lunch and dinner. The food was plentiful and was topped up and replaced regularly, although it was slightly repetitive, there was more than enough on offer to be able to go up for seconds etc and have a completely different choice. From memory, there were always; pizza, pasta, meat, fish, paella/risotto, stew and or curries on offer and lunch and dinner. You have to be a very picky eater or just expect Michelin star not to enjoy the food here. The top bar area always had chips, burgers, hot dogs, pizza and nuggets etc as well as fresh fruit and cakes for snacking between meals or if you didn't fancy going to the restaurant for lunch. Overall we were impressed wit the food offering at the hotel. Pools With two young children (3 and 5) with us the pools and children's areas were great. They both had great fun in the small pool and as it was very shallow, we felt comfortable being able to watch them play from our sunbeds. There is a lot of fixed shaded areas around this pool which is perfect for families and younger children. The middle pool was also great with two levels, which allowed space and depth for both to jump in (although diving is not permitted) The other pool had the slides in and we only ventured in there once as both were not competent enough swimmers to be allowed to use the slides. Overall an excellent family holiday and we would certainly go back!

We've spent week in Abora and I realy enjoyed it. Maybe I would not rate it 4 star hotel but it was pleasant stay. Service was excellent, stuff kind and helpful. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and it was sorted while we enjoyed the sun by the pools. Pools were great, 2 bigger one and one for little children. Didn't use adults only one but looked very nice. Water was clean and pool looked great at night. No heating in the pool so it could put someone off but I didn't mind and spent hours with my kids and enjoyed great slides. Hot tubs were my daughter favourite place 😂. Nice playground and sport ground. Drinks and snacks through almost all day, nice selection of drinks available in few places. Very big choice of food, fruits, deserts and snacks although a bit more of the variation would be nice. Entertainment not always the best but we had some fun including my karaoke performance 😳😂Entertainment team were great and big thanks for they hard work, including kids club. In overall very pleasant stay 👍

We did a couples trip and stayed in room 4309 which was spotless. Lots of quality toiletries and kept clean and towels changed daily. Restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a good, varied selection. Some food cooked out in view which is always good to see. Service in restaurant was good with plates etc cleared quickly. Drinks are self service. We spent our days by the adults-only infinity pool (book a double deluxe room for this or pay a daily fee to give access). This was very peaceful and has a small self service bar with beer and soft drinks but is only a minute walk to main pool bar for other drinks/snacks. Overall really good value for money - we would return!

Overall Amazing hotel with great facilities and really friendly staff. Good food, great entertainment and decent facilities. Stayed for 2 weeks eith family and had a wonderful time. Pool with slides was a bonus! Only negatives were: 1. Poor wifi in rooms and other areas. 2. Not many shaded areas by the pool and no umbrellas at all either. 3. Sunbeds were plenty but all went by 8am. Could be better managed by the management team.

We had a fantastic time, honestly the place is kept immaculate, the animation team kept the kids (and adults) entertained every day and night. Shout out to Bobby!. The entire staff are so freindly and professional too, our room was immaculate every time we came back after a long day thanks to housekeeping. Brilliant place, can't rate it high enough. Thanks so much!

Good food, friendly staff, everything clean. One star less because shortage of drink glasses in the restaurant and no refill water bottles in the mini bar. Shoutout to great animation team! They are the best and should deserve more budget to take their great shows to the next level. 5 stars for the animation team! Room #2113

If you find this place on a deal I would 100% recommend it but don't pay full price! The food was fab, great selection at every meal in the restaurant part. The snacks out by the pool are edible but not the best, the ones in the reception are stale but there's always fruit. The all inclusive starts at 11am and ends 11pm, it includes all the cheap stuff. There are machines in the reception that have 24hour drinks from wine to beer and fruit juices/soft drinks. The rooms are beautiful and there's alot of space for a family of 4, we've stayed in a family room and a suite. If you're with Jet2 your all inclusive is on until you leave but for any others it ends at 12pm on the day you leave. Don't pay for a room on the last day, book in to use the complimentary room for an hour or so as it was showers and everything you need to get ready before you leave. It's a nightmare trying to get a bed by the pool on a weekend but seems to die down in the week and there needs to be more parasols. There's a spa at the bottom of the hill for any food/drinks you may want and some smaller shops on site that are great and the staff are always so friendly. Overall I would recommend it for a cheap family holiday! It has the best view of the beaches below!

Just got home from the most amazing 8 days holiday here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I couldn't fault anything at all. So much food to choose from, drinks on tap, the pools were amazing and the slides were so much fun!! The animation team were great, they always had something going on for the adults and children during the day and a mini disco at night followed by shows for the adults, a massive shout out to Bobby, one of the entertainment team who always put so much effort and enthusiasm into everything he did. He always made an effort to speak to you and is just a genuinely lovely guy. Missing it so much already and I can't wait to come back one day! I would definitely recommend this hotel, I couldn't fault it one bit. The rooms were beautiful, massive and clean, we had a pool view. The workers of the hotel are on it 24 7 making sure everywhere is clean and tidy. Our son made a friend in one of the lifeguards, who was his favourite one and always made an effort to talk too. There was never any struggle getting a sun bed around the pool or a table at meal times and taxis where cheap enough to go into the main towns and have a look around. The area is just beautiful. Overall an amazing family holiday and met some amazing people along the way. Thank you Abora interclub ☀️❤️
