This is the spot. 12€ for a buzz on the main drag? Color me there. Not without a honorable mention of our awesome Italian server: Teresa! We decided to catch a night cap and as soon as we landed she was friendly, caring, and helpful. What a rockstar server! The drinks were strong and fair in price and this will be one of our cherished memories. I hope more will realize the value of great service and value. Its so easy to throw money away on the strip but this is not a trap. Tipsy Hammock you are my go too from now on. Cheers!

Wherever you go there's always that one little place that stands out above the rest and leaves you with a fond memory of a wonderful experience. For Gran Canaria, the Tipsy Hammock is that place. The cocktails, superb! The atmosphere, warm and inviting, the live music, the views, the facility all great. The food is fresh made and of high quality! The grilled octopus was the best I have had in the canary Islands. Go early if you want a seat and stay all evening, it's worth it.

Came here for my girlfriends birthday and was not disappointed! Without a doubt one of the best bars me and my partner have ever visited! The staff are fantastic, all absolutely focused on making your experience the best it can be, the food is above and beyond what you would expect from this place and is up there with some of the best we've had. Yola and Christian are two of the most down the earth and genuinely lovely people we've ever met, they absolutely love making your night the best it can be, and the rest of the staff are exactly the same. Couldn't recommend this place anymore, it's the absolute perfect holiday bar. Thanks for the memories guys, you're absolute legends❤️

What an amazing place, looked at the reviews and decided to visit. So glad we did! The food! The cocktails! All perfect! The beachside location is perfect too, and the vibe of the place is on point. Had we had a longer stay we would definitely have comeback 2 or 3 times. A must visit

Fun place to hang out. Good music, some nights live DJ with sax. The bartenders and staff know how to entertain and create a good atmosphere. Cocktails are great! Fresh ingredients and tasty. Staff knows the menu well and is happy to advice you on what to drink. Food was surprisingly good for what we thought a normal bar. I would definitely recommend to go here and if needed wait a little to get a table.

Number 1 on the beach bar. All staff, all foods, all drinks are very-very good and fine and taste. Bar staff are extremely kind, helpfully and experienced! We will back OFTEN, causing by LIVE MUSIC every day. Regards

This is a little goldmine in Gran Canaria, hate to say it but everywhere else is cheap and dated, they’re cocktails are 5 star, i have travelled all over the world to some of the nicest places and the cocktails here are outstanding, attention to detail is fenominal. Music, vibe, Well worth every penny. Staff are so attentive and accommodating to. I will definitely be back, will try food next time if i can 👍🏽.

Possibly the best bar in Gran Canaria. The food, drinks and staff are amazing. We was made to feel welcome from the moment we sat down to moment when we left. The grilled octopus was incredible and the strawberry daiquiri was the best we’ve ever had. The live music is a must see though..live acoustic singing to live saxophone and singing on the beach front it’s a beautiful atmosphere. 100% will be returning and telling everyone about the Tipsy Hammock.

Great atmosphere and tasty cocktails. One of the very few places in Maspalomas where there are younger generation (30+) in February. Excellent place in 2 floors. Great location to enjoy the evening and have a chill out.

This place is probably the most modern place you will find in Maspalomas when it comes to music, drinks, food and customers. The music is fresh and combined with the wonderful staff, cocktail menu and beach location, it creates an amazing vibe. I have been here in the day and night and would highly recommend if you're looking for something from this decade. I also had food and it was lovely! P.S. They also have a roof terrace, but I was always downstairs.

I love this place! There's loads of options for drinks and they were all delicious, the staff were really friendly and attentive - always checking if we wanted more drinks and giving us free shots now and again. Really relaxing and comfortable vibe. The food is also incredible!! Big shout out to Christian - really nice guy and couldn't do enough for us

We loved that place. There is always good music and a great atmosphere. Ideal for having dinner or just a cocktail. We ordered burguers and they were delicious. The cocktails were also super tasty. The service was very professional, friendly and super fast. The place is a bit expensive but this is the price of being in a "guiri" place in the south of Gran Canaria.

Place to be if you are in town. Excellent food, attentive waiters, high quality cocktails, fast service, what a location! We are very happy to be here the second time. It’s understandable that the place is full in the evenings, the wait is well worth it. Keep doing it the way you do! Cheers

The food was great. The entertainment was fantastic. The staff on the Sunday lunch / early afternoon need to pay more attention to the customers. It was a totally different experience when the later afternoon / evening staff came. They knew have to do the job.

Great location at the end of the long strip, so you neither get the bad smell from all the other restaurants and bars, nor their music. Most upscale bar with however very reasonable prices I would say. Bottled Corona or Budweiser at or below 4€ - at Faro Beach that is like 5.50-6 €. They play house music at a volume you can enjoy the music loud enough if you don't want to go to a disco. Cocktails you drink with a straw are served in jar glasses which sounds gross but looks great. My Tequila Sunrise was top notch, maybe only a hearb leaf smelled non typical for that specific cocktail. Staff nice and fast - cocktail might take a while when Bar is fully crowded. Highly recommended if you don't like screaming and shouting drunken groups!

Tipsy Hammock is in my opinion a very nice bar which offers Cocktails made with fresh fruits and nice food! The bar isn't perfect for people who want to chill in a silent surrounding. There is quite loud music but hecking good music! So if you like a little party near the beach, Tipsy Hammock is the perfect place fpr you! Sadly they don't take reservations, so in the evening you have to be lucky to get a table! I'd definitely recommend this bar!

Amazing Burgers!! We had the classico Burgers and they were really really good! Just what you'd want at the beach. The raspberry mojito was really good as well. There was live music and the singer really did their best to hype up the whole crowd. Loved them! Only thing is the waiting times (until we got the menu, until we got to order, until we got our food,..) were extremely long.. definitely coming back though :D

Great place with friendly staff, delicious food and live music. I found the music too loud when sitting downstairs because you had to scream in order to have a chat with whoever you were there with. But overall the bar is great. On a different occasion I had pepperoni calzone and it was amazing. The best I’ve ever had.

Waitress Lala was absolutely amazing and super friendly, so was the short man, best customer service we have experienced since being on this island. Always making sure we’re okay and looking after us even though the bar is completely full. The drinks are amazing! We tried a classic, blueberry and passion fruit mojito and they were beautiful. Music is amazing. Staff are amazing. Whole experience was the best we’ve had anywhere EVER.

Lovely beach bar. Nice ambient and lovely music, delicious food! Grilled octopus with ruccola and parmesan is just perfect, chicken taco and burger was a success, too. Very friendly staff.

We had a burger for lunch. Burgers are pretty big and are very good. Nice atmosphere, good music, nice personnel. Nice place to hang out after a day at the beach.

I have to say - a really great place. We stopped by with little expectations outside of getting a quick bite. The staff get the vibe going in the place, super friendly. Food was surprisingly good too! Drinks were great - well priced. Can in expecting a quick bite - left with much more :)

We visited this place twice with 5 people. Great food, great service, nice view, live music in the evening, the prices are also reasonable. Everyone were satisfied with their food both times. It's the kind of place where you would be happy to spend your whole evening at. I mean what else could you ask for...

We always feel at home here. A pleasantly different bar on this mile with very friendly and natural service. The singer and saxophone player simply create a good atmosphere to feel good.

Great atmosphere and food good, so popular we were lucky to find a table.One of the waiters had lots of energy and high levels of fun wearing cat ears ! We had burritos and chicken strips all lovely and reasonably priced definitely worth a visit!
