i
came
here
for
a
week
with
my
family
to
celebrate
my
two
auntie’s
50th
birthday.
on
arrival
we
were
greeted
splendidly
by
the
reception
team,
with
a
gorgeous
view
of
the
grand
hotel.
after
this,
our
experience
was
very
mixed?
i
will
list
the
good
and
bad
below:
GOOD:
1.
the
entertainment
lead
(guy
with
the
wild
curly
hair)
made
us
laugh
and
was
such
good
fun!
he
had
multiple
activities
on
per
day
which
gave
you
a
chance
to
get
active.
2.
the
pool
area
was
well
kept
and
lovely
to
relax
around.
lots
of
sun
loungers
and
beds
so
you
won’t
struggle!
3.
some
of
the
staff
went
out
of
their
way
to
make
our
stay
amazing
and
would
make
us
smile
and
laugh
every
second
of
the
day.
4.
there
was
a
bar
and
pool
on
the
top
floor
of
the
hotel
(this
is
NOT
part
of
all
inclusive)
and
was
so
bloody
lovely!
the
staff
were
amazing,
the
drinks
were
lush
and
the
pool
was
beautiful.
BAD:
1.
the
food
at
the
buffet
was
very
hit
and
miss
and
quite
concerning
as
someone
with
allergies.
we
paid
for
all
inclusive
for
the
week,
which
is
3
times
a
day.
they
list
the
allergies
above
the
dish,
however
they
were
incorrectly
labelled.
dishes
that
claimed
not
to
have
ingredients
(i.e.
milk,
nuts,
eggs,
meat)
very
CLEARLY
had
them
and
caused
me
to
have
a
reaction.
this
is
POOR
practice
and
could
potentially
kill
someone.
they
also
told
us
they
had
vegan
options
at
the
buffet..which
was
just
chips.
and
salad.
not
worth
108€.
if
you
have
allergies,
i
highly
recommend
not
eating
here.
the
food
was
also
quite
frequently
cold.
2.
we
were
given
two
family
rooms
which
on
first
glance
were
lovely,
however
caused
a
few
problems.
the
rooms
hadn’t
been
cleaned
when
we
first
came
in
with
cobwebs
everywhere
and
a
massive
ant
infestation
in
one
of
them.
the
cleaners
cleaned
it
straight
away
after
we
notified
them,
but
the
ant
infestation
went
on
during
the
week
and
it
became
disgusting.
we
couldn’t
even
finish
a
cup
of
tea
on
the
side
for
5
minutes,
or
leave
a
bag
of
crisps
whilst
we
went
to
the
toilet,
before
ants
would
be
swarming.
it
was
also
where
the
tea
station
is
so
that
was
awful
and
unhygienic.
the
shower
would
also
frequently
flood
which
was
concerning.
3.
whilst
some
staff
were
amazing,
a
large
amount
of
them
were
quite
rude,
obnoxious
and
ignorant.
i
understand
it’s
very
stressful
working
in
such
a
big
hotel
in
scorching
heat
and
constant
pressure,
but
if
this
is
such
a
struggle
you
shouldn’t
work
amongst
guests.
putting
the
good
and
the
bad
together,
the
bad
slightly
outweighed
the
bad.
we
won’t
be
coming
back
here,
but
it
was
still
a
lovely
experience.
