I
regret
to
inform
you
that
my
recent
stay
at
your
hotel
was
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
As
someone
who
has
stayed
at
many
hotels
over
the
years,
I
can
confidently
say
that
this
was
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I
have
ever
had.
Firstly,
the
check-in
process
was
a
complete
disaster.
My
party
and
I
were
not
allowed
to
check
in
until
14:40,
despite
the
designated
check-in
time
being
14:00.
We
had
to
inquire
at
reception
before
we
were
even
allowed
to
check
in.
This
kind
of
delay
is
completely
unacceptable,
and
it
set
a
negative
tone
for
the
rest
of
our
stay.
The
room
we
were
given
was
in
poor
condition
as
well.
The
beds
were
creaky
and
uncomfortable,
and
the
springs
made
noise
every
time
we
turned.
We
were
even
told
that
the
hotel
had
run
out
of
bags
to
put
our
towels
in,
which
is
a
basic
requirement
for
any
hotel
to
have.
These
kinds
of
issues
make
it
hard
to
feel
comfortable
and
relaxed
during
a
vacation.
The
food
at
the
buffet
was
also
very
disappointing.
There
was
almost
no
selection,
and
the
quality
of
the
food
was
poor.
This
is
especially
concerning
given
that
the
hotel
is
supposed
to
be
a
5-star
establishment.
The
experience
was
nothing
like
what
was
advertised
on
your
website.
Lastly,
I
was
shocked
to
discover
that
the
pool
closes
at
6pm,
despite
the
sunset
being
at
9pm.
This
seems
like
a
waste
of
resources
and
is
frustrating
for
guests
who
want
to
enjoy
the
pool
during
their
stay.
Additionally,
the
staff
start
removing
sunbeds
at
4:30pm,
which
makes
it
difficult
for
guests
to
relax
by
the
pool.
Overall,
I
was
extremely
disappointed
with
my
stay
at
your
hotel.
I
hope
that
you
take
these
issues
seriously
and
take
steps
to
improve
the
experience
for
future
guests.
As
someone
who
values
quality
hospitality,
I
urge
you
to
address
these
issues
as
soon
as
possible.
