Very nice large rooms, great relaxing spa, nice swimming pool and great service. The decor of the bathroom can be more modern, but that really didn't bother us. The room was clean and lovely. Breakfast is nice enough. The location is close to Jumbo Center and the hotel had primaryily adults and many gay couples staying there, so felt gay friendly. There was some noisy renovations while we were there, but they tried to make the noise after 10:00, so we were grateful for that!

Let's start with the good things - the communication with the hotel even before arrival was relatively good, they responded to our inquiries regarding the room location request, but of course they kept giving an answer that they did not commit, but when we arrived, they made a note and gave us the location we wanted (in retrospect, we did not choose well - details below). There are many sun beds around the pool, the room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. Now for the things that disappointed us - we asked for a room in the center facing the pool because of the view but we found that during the whole day there is a very, very strong sun on the balcony to such an extent that it is not possible to sit there all day, it's a shame they didn't put a beach umbrella or a pergola. There was no microwave in our room even though it was supposed to be (we didn't even bother to ask), during the first three days there were massive renovations in the hotel. At first the reception representative told us that it was something specific but it really wasn't, we saw that they had put scaffolding in the rooms next to it to renovate the balconies and also on the roof there was a large team working noisily with a drill and at the same time trucks arrived and unloaded sand into the garden. All this when the hotel was fully booked in one of the most requested weeks of the year. At the entrance to our room there were glasses from the room next door that were probably pushed out for the cleaner to take but they stayed there for 4 whole days. Even though we locked the room, the cleaner entered the room (locking it from the inside has no meaning...). One day the power went out in the gym and none of the hotel staff noticed at all (I went to the reception to inform them) and the hardest thing of all - at breakfast which is in the open bar by the pool there are a lot of pigeons that come and sit on the tables and the bar and the food stalls. Most of the food is enclosed in glass installations, but the surface of the bread and the heater and the drinks and the jams and many other things are exposed to the pigeons that come and sit on them and none of the staff does anything about it. Today there are many solutions for imitating ions even using electronic sound devices. Beyond the fact that it was disgusting, it is simply dangerous, a pigeon sitting on a surface of bread is diseases. Another thing, there is a nice bar by the pool but there is only one bartender/waiter so the waiting time to get a drink is around 25 minutes and the service is not very welcoming either. There are two large and beautiful pools but the water is really cold (it's a shame they don't heat it) and it will be really difficult for smokers. There are no smoking areas at all in the entire hotel except for standing in the strong sun next to a bin in the corner of the pool and restaurant area, unable to sit down and unable to put down a drink. It was possible to find a more suitable place as a smoking area.

The room, pool, spa and location we're all superb!! Front desk was always helpful and the breakfast service was lovely. I was a bit disappointed in the spa staff... We went to the spa twice in our four night stay. One of the spa front desk persons ignored us completely and the other did not seem pleased we wanted to visit. The hotel is also a bit cheap (pay for coffee pods, have to use the same pool towels every day, etc) and the rooms weren't cleaned very well (glasses not removed from room, pool area not cleaned of towels, floor not clean, etc).

The hotel is nearby the restaurants, shopping centres and around 15mins walk going to the beach. Also it was near to bus station which accessible going to airport, Las Palmas and Puerto Rico. We love that the hotel was so quite you can really get relax plus the view from golf place and pool view from our room it’s was fantastic. Breakfast was also good especially the fresh orange juice and friendly staffs. We also enjoyed the spa it was relaxing. The only thing that we don’t like is the bathroom we think that it needs to have a renovation. It’s a bit old need to be cleaned properly. But overall we had a calm and great experience from this hotel.

STAY AWAY!!!! If you want to enjoy your vacation, stay away from this hotel like fire. During our entire vacation, every morning, starting at 08:00 in the morning until the afternoon hours, of crazy noise of drilling and knocking, and banging it's like waking up inside a construction site. The noise was in the room and in the whole Pigeons in the dining room, on the food itself!! Crazy sanitary risk. hotel. Banging all day in the pool. If you want to rest and enjoy stay away. ****Don't say you weren't warned*****

Recently, we stayed at Bull Vital Suits & Spa for a week, prompting me to share a detailed review for future guests. Starting with the positives, the reception staff displayed professionalism and friendliness, accommodating our room preferences seamlessly. Our room, equipped with an electric kettle and coffee maker, pleasantly surprised us with its spaciousness and a fantastic balcony view. The spa area offered a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish baths, while the outdoor pools provided a serene atmosphere. The poolside bar served delectable food with generous portions. On the downside, the hotel falls short of its claimed four-star status. Dated furniture, a stained living room couch, and wobbly balcony furniture were notable issues. The air conditioning struggled, and our room, advertised with a bath, only had a shower. Numerous TV channels didn't work or were in Dutch and Spanish. Noise from the main road outside affected our sleep. In the spa, water quality raised concerns, and some facilities were poorly maintained. The outside pool's depth made it uncomfortably cold, and sunbeds were in poor condition. Dining experiences varied, with impressive dinners but lackluster breakfasts. Limited food variety, overpriced drinks, and erratic service in the attached restaurant were drawbacks. The hotel lacked effective security, evidenced by unattended belongings left for days. Maintenance work, a lack of entertainment, and disruptive guests further impacted the experience. Rating breakdown: - Room size, comfort, and furnishing: 3.5 out of 5 - Breakfast: 3 out of 5 - Spa: 3.5 out of 5 - Dinner: 4 out of 5 - Outside pool area: 3 out of 5 - Hotel location: 5 out of 5 - Views from the hotel: 5 out of 5 - Reception staff: 5 out of 5 - Room cleaners: 5 out of 5 - Staff in the bar and restaurant: 5 out of 5 - Price: 0 out of 5 (overpriced at €1500 for 7 nights in January) In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price. Our stay was salvaged by planning activities outside the hotel, but for first-time visitors to the Canary Islands, this choice might spoil the holiday. At half the price, it might be considered, but alternatives in the vicinity would likely offer better value.

Great hotel away from the busier part of Maspalomas bordering the golf course, grill station for breakfast and evening meal which is outside in a marque type building with heaters (no formal dining room). All the staff were great/helpful. Rooms are linked so you can hear people in the bathroom or watching tv. No cars or road noise (very quiet). There were a lot of male couples staying at the hotel, our Spa experience was spoilt by a few who thought it OK to pet and sauna naked. The kitchenette was no more than a microwave in a cupboard with no crockery/cutlery. No mini bar, just a small refrigerator. Apart from that, we would go back and choose a different room style.

I've been here for almost two weeks now and the service is fantastic. The rooms are always clean. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is amazing. Absolutely great comfort. The spa area is a great addition for those who really want to relax. There couldn't have been a better place to be.

Good central location to Cita and Yumbo. Rooms are a good size, but the couch is a little uncomfortable due to the pullout bar. Food was not good. Spa is great, really excellent.

Lovely place. Little noisy first thing in morning as we were located right underneath dining area so woken every morning at 7am. But beautifully situated in Maspalomas

Tried the spa & full body massage (for 65€). The spa is small but nice for an hour. Had the massage with a girl named Audrey and really enjoyed it! I recommend her!

Vital Suites is a fantastic place to stay for your holiday. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble, if you make a request. I have just booked again for my 3rd visit. Highly Recommended.

Awesome spa and relaxing atmosphere. A great view of the golf course and the valley below. We went in September and the weather was perfect and because of the location it was balmy and pleasant. Morning breakfast was one the best I've seen, great food and eggs cooked to order, the view from the terrace really sets you up for a great day. The rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodated us and our guest so that we could have connecting rooms. Very nice clean pools, indoor and outdoor and the spa was great too. Just the kind of place to come back to after a day of site seeing or just relaxing all day too.

good and quiet hotel and the cleaning was excellent and so was the staff. Breakfast was good and so was dinner. the spa was of high quality but the Finnish sauna was not good because you could not throw water on the stove. and one special shower was out of order, the Turkish sauna could have had, for example, eucalyptus steam because it smelled like sweat. the room had to be handed over at 12 o'clock, they promise in the brochure at 2 o'clock. the outdoor swimming pools were ice cold even though the other one was supposed to be heated and they promised to take care of the matter but nothing happened. some of the guests reserve sun chairs even though they were not allowed to do so. the only thing that disturbed me was the crying of the babies, which is disturbing especially on vacation. the bathroom needs renovation. that's why I could only give 3 +++ stars and also the TV stations were in Spanish and German and there was no internet TV, which was strange in a 4-star hotel.

STAFF at the pool restaurant. Dailos, Juanin, Zeus and Jenifer amazing waiters. Really friendly and polite. Domingo the head of kitchen. Food was great but service is top class. These 4 waiters and the head of the kitchen Domingo went far and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I have been in more than 80 countries, I had a travel agency and I have been in thousands hotels. I can tell you that these people are TOP WORLD CLASS service, and I mean it, I have never experienced a treat like this, really top class. I would come back just to feel as home as I did with these people. Such a wonderful team. Reception staff, janitors, spa... also very friendly and offering excellent service. Dinner and Breakfast buffet over deliver. Really good food, good variety, delicious flavor and great quality. More than expected and more than you normally get in a hotel of this class. They could compete with 5 stars hotels in this field. Free spa with our rate (half board) wonderful views from the restaurant. Quiet, calm and relaxing vibed. Bed was really comfortable and the room is very big. Still the best the people at the restaurant. According to my girlfriend the room was not sparkling clean. The floor was a bit sticky and dirty. To me it was perfectly clean. My gf culture (Asian) they do not use shoes inside the house and walk with socks or barefoot. To me it was quite clean but I can see what she is coming from. Another culture issue is that she missed bathroom kit (shower cap, toothpaste, tooth brushes, cotton buds…) only offered gel-shampoo 2 in 1 maybe a little bit less than expected. The Spa was ok but some small details look old and not well maintained. The lockers (it got stuck three times and I had to call the lady to help me) the key and bracelets were poor maintained. Some of the shower buttons, some pieces of metal… it was ok but i’m being too picky here. For what you pay the hotel over delivers. Towel at the spa was not super clean.

Wonderful hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. Mesmerizing views of the iconic sand dunes and the (Campo de Golf) golf course. A very peaceful resort. Centric location. Highly experienced staff, (Mr. Nestor) he speaks english fluently and was very helpful. Thank you and hope to repeat soon!

It has 2 outdoor pools, one cooler which is only for adults (about 19 degrees when we visited in March) and one warmer one (27 degrees and warmer) which was suitable our 5 month old baby! The spa with the warm pool doesn't let in babies. Lovely hotel, good size rooms and fantastic views over the golf course and beyond. HOWEVER we were surprised about petty items that were add ons and not included in the room rate (e.g. to use room safe costs 3 euros per day). This seems a bit ridiculous when you're paying quite a lot of money for the room and it seems like an easyjet/Ryanair move instead of a quality hotel move!

Beautiful and amazing views from the outdoor pool and balcony. Rooms were kept clean and tidy by the maids everyday. Spacious rooms, top quality furnishing. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, TV. Very clean and luxuious pool. The spa also had beautiful pools. Staff are so friendly, especially the woman who does nightshift on reception- thank you for your great service!! Great location, local shops and shopping centre, bus stops less than 5mins walk. Quite street. About 15mins walk to the amazing Sand Dunes and 20mins walk (3mins/€4 by taxi) to Playa De Ingies Beach. Improvements: 1. The toilet is too small, very very cramped. 2. TV has no english channels :( 3. No UK plug adaptors 4. Turkish Sauna had a cockroach inside :( 5. The breakast was good but should have less pork options and more veg/halal 6. There should be room service available Overall: Fantastic hotel and service. One of the best, and it is affordable but worth the price. Should I ever return to Gran Canaria, this is the only place I will stay. :) Thank you!!

I just took a Pilates reformer class with Ismael and it was great! I am a Pilates teacher myself and even though his exercises were different from what I'm used to practice, I felt in tune with everyone else thanks to Israel's explanations. He is clear in his cues, professional and understands the body. He corrected my form and adapted the class to everyone's level and needs. I felt challeged during the class and energized afterwards. I definitely recommend Ismael's Pilates class! 😉

Stayed 3 nights at Vital suites at end of holiday for some downtime in Oct. We had an amazing corner ‘plus’ suite with 3 balconies and views of the golf course, pool area, and the beach dunes in the distance. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge and sink in room. Beautiful pool area. Worth booking breakfast which has hot and cold buffet. Good selection on menu and good quality of food for lunch beside pool. Evening meal is casual buffet at pool bar with great selection of food available. Umiaya restaurant also in the complex for more formal fine dining and is well worth a visit. Staff were all very friendly especially at reception. Easy on street parking outside. Recommend this as a place to unwind and relax.

Nice and relaxing place. Nice rooms, but a little bit too colder inside in the night, if you ask me, because the warming couldn't be regulate. Also the water from the "hottest" pool had not 27 degrees as specified (maybe 22-23) and the colder one i think is only for decoration, because the water was very cold when i've try it with my hand. Due to Covid19 the spa was not available, so i can't say nothing about it. The food is not so varied, but if you are not too pretentious, you find what to eat and the food is tasty (but if you don't like fish, or fruits, or cream-soup, or dishes with sauces, you might have a problem...). Maybe i will return here sometime just for spend my time here. Unfortunately we have also to visit and see other places in this vacation.
