The Boatparty was the best thing that happend to us! The vibe was grate and a very good entertainment. For that price you can make such a big experience, I would do ist any time again!

Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum rating. We booked a private boat, but never got it. I talked to the office ( Monica) and she was saying that we will get the refund, and we have to talk to the manager. Than I talked to the founder ( Luck) few times and he was saying that we will get the money back in full, in maximum of 14 days. It's been a month and a half since, but nothing. They don't even answer the phone anymore. Nothing but lies... careful guys... SCAMMERS. I have proof for everything

Tourist trap. We ordered a boat trip for a specific date and paid the full amount. They called us and told us the boat was full. We could take the boat trip another date and received an 'upgrade'. However, this turned out to be a boat with a lot more customers (around 120-150), nothing like the smaller boat we had booked and definately not an upgrade but a downgrade. We got chicken salad instead og paella. Also, we had to wait 40 min to take the banana boat and once it was finally our turn we only got a 2 min ride. I do not recommend this company.

Brilliant trip on the blue bird. We were there to see the dolphins and ended up seeing a humpback whale. That was a great moment. The captain and crew were so happy & excited. Dancing about honking horns in celebration. Afterwards I read it is rare to see such a whale so very happy.

WARNING! This is a big fraud. We paid for a combo pack (parasailing, jetski, banana boat), but when we arrived at the location at the scheduled time there was no activity. They had sent us to the office of a different company, who were not aware of our booking. We have been texting and calling a lot with Laurentius and Monica to get our money back, but unfortunately no success so far (it has been 2 months now). As soon as we get our money back, I will update this post. But untill then: please be warned and don't fall for their tricks and their nice stories. These are lies and you will just waste your money without getting an activity.

We booked for a boattrip for adults only including cocktails, paella, spaghetti, different fruits and salads with snorkeling equipment. Because the boat was full from 11am ( the one we reserverd and paid for) was full, they put us on a boat from a different company at 3 pm. This boat was with children en only get one stop for activities without snorkeling and without the food and cocktails. We only got a poor bowl with coleslaw, 2 little potatoes and 2 pieces of chicken. We contact after the boattrip with someone who works for boattrips and then we came to an agreement to give some of or money back. So that was a nice gesture.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! SCAMMERS! They cancelled a boat party in december without letting anyone know. After i contacted them they promised me a refund and have not paid that refund until this day. They stopped picking up the phone too....

Never got my trip, and never got by deposit refunded either. Booked online, no pick up turned up for me and company promised to refund in full, but to date and since Nov 2022 no refund has been processed. :O(

I had an awfull experience with this organisation. I will give the catamaran I took a different review cause they and the people working on the boat were awesome. My experience with the office was not good. grancanarianboattrips.com did not give any information, they gave me 3 different pick up points (I had to call, app, email and fill out the contact form to get some information) the drop off was not at the hotel as promised on the website but I had to walk for 30 minutes with the heavy bag. To have a nice easy trip the communication is really important to me. Next time I hope to book the same boat but trough a different company.

Sadly had nothing but a very bad experience with this company. Booked and paid for a trip on a site which they run for Fuerteventura Jeep Safaris, then heard nothing. Sent an email to Luck (details on the payment receipt) and via Facebook messenger - both ignored. It seems they even ignored Mastercard as I've had the money back as a Chargeback. Even if they no longer run the service, they should take down the websites. Extremely bad customer service - go somewhere else where your custom is more welcome.

This was one of the most fun boat parties I have ever been on. I highly recommend booking this boat for your next girls or guys or whatever trip in the Canary Islands. There was an amazing dj, show, free activities, amazing views, and saw the sunset on the way back. Book this!

Booked a trip in Lanzarote, booked for Jeep tour. This trip is no longer continuing after covid yet it is still bookable on the website. I was billed and asked for a refund yet no refund was given!

Trip was fine. However communication somewhat difficult. Send several mails including the geo data of the appartments we were living in. Nevertheless misunderstanding. Tried to pick is up from a hotel (same name) in a different town. Drove to the harbour by car to reach the boat in the last minute ... Needed some extra beers to cover the hassle ;)

AVOID THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY booked around 2 weeks before our holiday, received a receipt straight Away on email and money was taken, was waiting for some confirmation and didn’t receive anything after multiple emails, got to GC hoping we would hear something days before our booking date, still nothing, it’s a massive scam.. think twice before you book! Verry verry bad experience for me and my family, we saved money for this holiday and especially this boat trip “dolphin trip”. After 1,5 hour on the boat we had not seen any dolphins or what so ever. Ofcourse it’s nature so you can’t tell but when we asked the captain he said that we were on the wrong boat(trip). He wasn’t going for dolphins.. coves instead. When we came back we went to the front office and explained everything but they acted like it was our mistake to take to wrong boat(trip). But we booked the dolphin trip! 100% sure and paid for that aswel wich was more expensive. We didn’t got the to much paid money back neither any type of consumption, verry verry bad service and rude staff towards me and my familly. I really wouldn’t recommend this company for any excursions! Now 5 weeks back, still no word or money back!..

SCAMMERS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid a full amount for a boat trip for a certain day for two persons, was informed that the boat i booked was full the following day. Therefore i asked for a refund. The refund never came, it´s been 2 months now, even though I was promised one. Everytime i called for an update about the refund I was informed that everything is in order and I should receive it soon, but that was all lies. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed and mad.

We have payed them reservation deposit 50 euro and they called us and sayed that is canceld it was in January 2022, they promise to return our payment but never returned , we called many times and write as well he promise and the recepitonist lady as well they are lying CHEATINHG TOURIST KEEP AWAY FROM GRANCANARIABOATRIPS. We booked a private boat, the Speed Boat sun seeker, on the 4th of September 2023, for the 5th of September 2023. Shortly after we booked and paid for it on the website, we got a phone call to say the date that we selected (05/09/2023) and paid for was NOT available, but charged us the price and TOOK the money off us. They offered us a different day which didn’t suit us and then said we will get a full refund on the card which could take approximately 5 days. To this day, 09/10/2023, over a month already and a numerous amount of phone calls where we were promised the refund again and again, we still haven’t received anything. We were talking to Luck where he promised he’ll solve the problem and offer us a refund. Nothing but lies. This is a disgrace of a company and absolutely unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Don't trust these guys, especially Luck. They are big liers... you get charged for a service that is not available ( you find out only a few hours before), and when you get in contact with them , they are apologising and saying that you will get the money back in a few days. Once you try to get in contact with them, they never answer the phone the second time( because they already have the phone number in the system). They are a disgrace for the Spanish tourism. Don't get fooled by them!

Beautiful boat trip! We saw dolphins too and it was gorgeous. The food on the boat was extremely tasty. The stop off to swim in the sea, we didn’t do any water sports but it seemed like good options!
