Our favourite place to stay in Maspalomas! Friendly, peaceful, private, secure and the dunes are quite literally on your doorstep.

Bathroom not huge but with enough space, large well-functioning shower. Hot water. There is free Wi-Fi that works. Free safe. Cleaning every day, change of towels every two. Cushions are available to use on the chairs and deck chairs outside. On the roof there is a large solarium with deck chairs, accessible from the outside via a spiral staircase. The property is located on a road with little traffic, not a fly flies by at night. It is a 5-minute walk from the Cita shopping mall. For the night life, with 3.2 euros you can reach the yumbo center or the club area by taxi. There is a small swimming pool in the common area. The staff is friendly and available for any needs. Presente il Wi-Fi gratuito funzionante. Cassaforte gratuita. Pulizia ogni giorno, cambio asciugamani ogni due. A disposizione cuscini da usare sulle sedie e sulle sdraio esterne. Sul tetto c’è un grande solarium con le sdraio, accessibile da fuori tramite una scala a chiocciola. La struttura di trova su una strada con scarso traffico, di notte non vola una mosca. We spent a week there in August 2023: 3 adults and a baby. + Very quiet. Cleaning almost every day, the pool included. Except on Sunday when we arrived and everything was covered with sand outside and we were afraid they won't clean the place often enough. But from the next day on it was very nice. Warm pool. Super nice temperature even for the baby. Not many people used it so we often had it for ourselves. The location is great for one week even without a car. Great promenade right next to the Dunes. Walking distance from the lovely Mirador at the Riu hotel and the lively touristy Playa del Ingles. - The bedroom would need at least a fan. No air in the bathroom. Way too hot in the summer. The living room has a great AC, but without a fan it doesn't get to the bedroom. It doesn't get cold enough at night to be comfortable with open windows. Only one set of keys. Sewer smell right in front of the bungalow (where the table &chairs are) coming from a hole. We didn't get the info about the checkin at another hotel, but luckily we called them to ask how to get the keys. Not sure where the information got lost. And a weird one: I got an allergic reaction from the bedsheet we got for the 2nd time. I never had such a problem, my skin is not especially sensitive. Where I touched it I had red rashes within 5-10min. When I realized I changed back to the "old" sheet, luckily they forgot it there. Maybe I'm allergic to the bleach they used for white sheets, as the first one was a brown one with no problem, and the white one caused the rash. As it wasn't serious and one sheet for one week was totally fine, I didn't want to make a big deal about it. But when I mentioned it at the reception, the reaction wasn't very nice. They simply said if I want a compensation, I have to get a proof from a doctor that it really is their fault. I obviously didn't want to spend half a day of my vacation with this, so I simply used my old sheet and didn't mention it again. The rash healed itself within a few hours, but lucky I didn't sleep in it.

Very nice bungalows. Just 16 of them, quiet and nice neighbourhood. The back-gate takes you right to the Dunes. Easy access to the restaurants and shops on the main street and promenade. Very comfortable king size bed. Equipped kitchen for self-catering (just get a bottle opener as we didn’t have it in room 7). Clean swimming pool and nicely decorated territory. As we arrived after 8pm we had to pick up our keys from another hotel just 2 min walk from the club primavera. Very nice and helpful people starting from the receptionists to the gardener. Huge thanks to Silke. Best location and best value for money I’ve had in Gran Canaria.

Very nice clean apartment, no privacy on the terras and little on the roof terras. Most of the garden is fake grass and a couple of palmtrees. It looks very sterile...more real plants and grass would be nice and would gice the teras more privacy
