We're on holiday here in Playa Del Ingles for a week and was looking for a gym for my son and I to workout in and stumbled upon this great wee gym. Clean and tidy and they even have belts on the wall which you can use. Jose was very welcoming and helpful, Nice guy. The gym had everything so you can get a decent workout, dumbbells up to 50kg and lots of machines. Best go around 2-4pm as its quieter. Only cost us €3 so well worth it. Would definitely go back.

I've not been in a gym for a very very long time but my recent illness in Africa left me 5kg lighter and with loss of muscle mass. Now, l know l'm no spring chick, but l do like to keep relatively fit and in shape so today l had my first gym session with Alvaro. He was awesome. Not just with me but with all of his clients. Sooo attentive and correcting posture, giving advice and tips to one and all. Not planning on becoming Mrs Schwarzenegger any time soon but if l can bulk up a little and get back to my natural body weight of 50kg, I'll be very happy. Thank you so much, Alvaro.
