    They were really fast in giving me my online order.. if only i knew they were giving me old food. My fries are so cold and stale, my burger was also very cold and its honestly not the first time. The cashier didn't care and no one in the back did either. Hire better staff.

    I went with my family to eat at this whataburger and the service was terrible. We all bought a meal with the drink and when we went to get our drinks the water to the drink machine was broken. When we asked why they were selling drinks if they knew the machine was out of order and the cashier told us they still had sweet tea so they were technically fulfulling their obligations and would not be giving us a refund on the drinks. My father was having a bad day so we didn't push it any further.

    Very bad service. Ordered and when I arrived home I was missing a combo my gravy was basically milk! When I called they just said sorry and if I wanted to go back for what I was missing and said .... I'll give you some good gravy . Yeah! drive back and lose 1hr for something that should have been done right the first time .

    I love the food at Whataburger but service needs a lot of work. This morning I went to get a Breakfast on a bun for my daughter. The wait on drive-through was lengthy for only two vehicles on line. I got to the window was charged for the meal, given the drink and no food was handed to me. I had to use my horn to get someone to the window, another young man shows up and after proving I had already paid but did not receive my food only the drink, he went and I guess put my order in, another wait of 5 minutes or more, he came and gave me the food. So sad that this is the service I get in my little home town in San Benito. With only two vehicles in line. Boy they need much training in better service.

    I avoid this location at all cost. Sorry whataburger but ur employees have bad attitudes! They ALWAYS mess up my order. I mean I don't ask for anything out of the ordinary. They try and make orders over and still get it wrong!! I'm explaining to them how my order is wrong to the manager Priscilla and she just walked off the phone and hands it to someone else! Very unprofessional.oh they couldn't remake my order only for forgetting to toat my buns!

    Clean place customer experience is good overall but you can actually hear the management yelling at staff for mild or menial things, someone was even fired on spot for a small inconvenience... Not professional and to top it off these are the people handling the food they're yelling at.. legitimate teenagers being cussed out by customers and their own management.. they are just kids man

    Employees busting their butts, while management stands around laughing and talking. Major management problems from the GM down, this location is absolutely busy enough to afford the labor cost of adding an extra hand on the shift. I waited 30 minutes for 2 orders of fries and a chicken sandwich, I watched the manager stand in the window laughing and talking while workers scurried around, with a line of cars from the street entrance to the street exit.

    Arrived at the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me and left 45 minutes later. Girl taking order was slow and confused. They took my money at the window and had me wait that last 20 minutes. I still said Thank you to that non-binary looking chick with a nose piercing and she just walked away like zombie without saying anything. My guess they were definitely all high. Terrible experience. I will definitely go again cause whataburger smacks.

    Just left drive through horrible service horrible food and the manager extremely rude Chicken tenders so hard you can’t bite into No dipping sauce Burger made completely wrong Bad enough you’re traveling expecting a good meal and this is what you get! Shame on you and shame on you for not making it right by at the very least giving a refund but no the manager said to come all the way back or she doesn’t have to do anything about it. I know times are hard Whataburger but at the very least screen your employees for common decency.

    I had gone to the Whataburger in San Benito and ordered 4 small shakes on the app .. when we got there to pick up our order, the lady at the speaker told us they had no more shakes but that they could exchange them for small fountain drinks instead... I said that was fine and asked if we were going to be refunded the difference and she said "uhh no"... I was shocked at her response and asked why not... she replied "because the shakes are small and so are the fountain drinks so there's no difference"... I couldn't believe she just told me that!! I did the math and the difference would've been $6!!!! How is that NOT a difference!?! I asked to speak to the manager and as soon as he got on the speaker box he said they would bring out our shakes in a few minutes... no apology, nothing... Restaurants in San Benito I believe are starting to go downhill with their customer service and quality of food!

    Very disorganized. Was stuck in the drive thru for 10 mins after I got my food because the cars infront were still waiting for their orders. Had to call and ask someone to come out and ask vehicles infront to move so we could get out. Needless to say food was cold when we got home.

    We go for breakfast and have Biscuits and gravy and it's the best we had for a very long time since we move to Texas from California , California have the worst Biscuits and gravy but when my brother told us go to Whataburger they have good Biscuits and gravy I kinda didn't believe him so I had to go for my sefe and it was the best I ever ever had and we keep going back for more.thank you Whataburger your the best 👌

    Horrible experience. Got off of work, ordered a meal on the whataburger app. Got to the drive thru no one answers at the drivethru so I drive forward and the person at the window Blue tells me why did you move forward? Why didn't you wait? She was so rude. I asked for light ice I watched her fill it up with ice she hands me the drink, I tell her I wanted light ice she says she did and closes the window to get my food. She comes back to hand me the food and I go to hand her the drink I asked her to remove the ice and she refused! Then I tell her I don't want the food. I want a refund and she says because I ordered it online I can't get a refund . I tell her it's the whataburger app and she says no you can't return the food or get a refund. There were girls sitting in the lobby hanging out at 230 am. I will never go to this Whataburger again. For all I know she spit in my food. I won't be eating this meal. Horrible service. I couldn't believe how lazy and rude she was. I'm in the hospitality and service industry and I would be humiliated if she was my employee. I took a drink of the dr.pepper I ordered and it clearly was mixed with sprite. That woman should be fired. She should not be working with the public and especially not with food.

    My wife and I when to whataburger this afternoon we both ordered number 1 both burgers where very dry it is ashamed whataburger increase their prices but burgers are going down the drain

    Waited 20 minutes for my burger...they got it wrong..had to wait again...luckily the manager rushed it and she handled it well. Kids too busy taking pictures to get the order right...they always get it wrong so I just started getting off and checking it at the counter. Don't use the drive thru...

    Everything was great except the tables needed to be cleaned. Nobody was cleaning tables and three different couples came in after us and had to move to different tables because the tables they tried to sit at were dirty. We likewise had to move to a different cable because the table we were going to sit at was dirty. Other than that it was great.

    My order was a #1 hamburger with iced tea (half sweet, half unsweet) The 'burger' came out as a breaded fried chicken breast with a slice of tomato, lettuce and with mayo.

    I ordered the breakfast on a bun Ranchero breakfast combo. It was good. However, I did not receive the breakfast on the bunranchetto, I have received the breakfast on a bun regular that's not what I ordered, but it was still good. Maybe it was a good thing, I burned my mouth out eating too many hot peppers over the years, and I haven't learned my lesson to stop eating them, so it was probably better that I didn't have it even though the Ranchero tastes so much better with that ranchero sauce on it it just makes the breakfast on a bun the breakfast on a bun with the jalapenos and everything. The order did not take long at the drive-thru.

    Horrible customer service, I spent over $20 to get home and it was completely wrong. They weren't busy they just didn't listen to my order . They didn't bother repeating my order. The individual who took my order sounded confused.

    It's a nice whataburger conveniently located. Always clean and fast lines. The only downside is the parking lot. You have to be careful parking and walking around that space because there's constant traffic of people shortcutting the walmart entrance so watch your kids.

    Overall the expected quality you would expect out of a whataburger, nothing more and nothing less but the wait times are out of control. Fast food is generally <10 minutes from ordering to receiving food but this location suffers from extreme wait times. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for an order - and God have mercy if the car in front of you is a 1998 Ford Expedition with 8 passengers ordering the entire menu 😵
