Hospitality Inn~ Well living in the Wildomar/Murietta area, working in the IE UPS International Airport. Being "The Most" I get fatigued and just need to SLEEP!! So I pull up (I know, "why was I rolling thru when I live in another direction?" Welllll that's a WHOLE OTHER STORY 🤫😉. The overnight Hotel Front Staff was accommodating & AMAZING!!! Ty for being so generous with your room & time!!! I'm did roll out early as Per my schedule... but TY! Shout out to SAN BERNARDINO!!!!!!🗣️🗣️""WASSSS. UPPP?!!!""

Great location, near lots of shops and restaurants. I was able to park my 75ft truck and trailer right in front of the lobby, just off the road. Abel was the manager on site, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and didn't smell like smoke, which is hard to find at a lower cost hotel. TV was awesome and worked great, lots of channels. I will stay again anytime I'm in the Los Angeles area. They have awesome wifi service too.

First of all, the staff on property were great. The bed was really old and very noisy but my daughter and I made a joke of it. The next morning, I sat on the bed and a broken, sharp spring ripped through my pants. I immediately went down to the front office and was advised to contact “the owner”. This was a month ago, and I’m basically getting the run-around. Originally, I just wanted them to pay for the ripped pants (they were a week old) but with the way I was treated, I also finally asked for my room cost to be refunded. Neither have happened. I was offered one night S-W, but why would I ever stay there again. The spring could have really hurt someone badly. I’m completely disgusted with the attitude of “the owner” and I’m shocked that Wyndham condones such things at their properties.

I have to say that the manager, Abel has been more than accommodating. I needed to book a room and it was the first weekend of Coachella and he made it happen! I ended up staying for about 3 more weeks. Our daily interactions were always pleasant and professional. Abel is top notch and runs this establishment in the way that a motel literally feels like a hotel. Also, he came through when I needed a huge favor and I had already checked out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely coming back and I definitely recommend staying here.

I really like this place. I have stayed here on two separate occasions, and both times I was not disappointed. I felt safe in the area, the room was very clean, and comfortable, and the management is just exceptional. They really made me feel welcome, were very kind, and were always willing to help with anything I needed. Last, for the price, you really get more than what you pay for. So if you are looking for a comfortable stay, that's doesn't break the bank, stay here as the customer service is worth it. Thanks again Hospitality Inn! I definitely will be staying again next time I am in the area! 😊

I enjoyed staying in this place, Great Customer service, nice rooms, it would be nice if they upgrade the parking lot for big vehicles, they need to put coffee makers in the rooms, besides that, it's a great place to stay.

They will take business any way possible and at any price. What I mean is they don’t have a set price they will haggle every dollar they can from you even for one night and have you leave extra early for someone who already reserved that room Airbnb is more convenient

Needed an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights - and Hospitality Inn delivered. Price was comparable to the chain motels nearby, but the service was top-notch. Both of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. As for the room itself, the furnishings all felt a little sticky, but otherwise looked clean. And as far as hotels in the area go, this is one of the quieter pockets of town.

Ive stayed at all the local motels and this is by far the best rooms for the money, large rooms,clean, frig and microwave, feels like home.

Abel the gentleman at the front desk is extremely helpful along with Destiny They go beyond for us everything is clean and the person in housekeeping named Lupe is extremely polite. One of the best places to stay
