Ordered the new “Double chicken chopped salad” and really loved it. It might look similar to the fit menu salad but taste is different and much better. Spinach is added and also a chicken lime seasoning on top which changes everything! Also tried the tortilla soup which flavor is great but just a very few pieces of chicken. Anyway, Good job here. Server Holly very nice!

Staff was fast and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. Overall had a good experience when dining in and ordering through drive thru.

I used to love this location but lately the customer service hasn't been the best nor the food. I ordered the new taquito nacho plate and it looked nothing like the advertisement. Highly disappointed!!! It was so dry and no naked chips my a** lol beans were old, barely any cheese and the taquitos weren't even wrapped properly. Look at my poor salad lol barely any chicken.

This is so far the best location out here. The managers and employees are amazing. They take pride in how they serve their food. Very polite. If they mess up on the order they make sure to compensate you without any push back. The food quality here is the best I’ve had. Always hot a fresh. Keep it up guys 👍🏽

You should be able to leave a restaurant in confidence knowing your order is correct. It's not Rocket Science. Not only did they Not give me my tortillas that come with the order, they forgot the extra ones that they charged me for. Unacceptable

Restaurant was so full of smoke from chicken burning that even the employees were hiding outside. Underportioned servings and they forgot items after giving our order to someone else. Not sure why breast and thigh meat are being mixed in a queso Blanco burrito....

My experience with Pollo Loco was very well customer service was great they were fast and efficient and I've been there more than once so I enjoyed going back
