Order number:1095343 Date:5/29/22 6:36pm Ordered the extra bestest pepperoni pizza. I waited about 20 minutes. People came and went and a cashier finally asked what I was waiting for. They had my order ready the whole time. They just made me stand there an extra 15minutes because they need more training. The client who got her order before me complained about the same pizza I ordered and even asked me if that looked like it had extra pepperoni and it did not, it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza to me. She complained, clerk denied it, and client walked away upset. I got my pizza next, opened it and told the young lady that I ordered the extra bestest pizza and they gave me a regular and she said that this was it. I told her I can count the pepperonies per slice. One slice had just 2 pepperoni, various slices had just 1 pepperoni and she said all the pepperoni is hidden under the cheese. I insisted that I have purchased the pizza with extra pepperoni before and it actually had extra pepperoni. She asked if I want to see the regular pepperoni pizza so I can compare. It is obvious they just diminished the amount of ingredients they put on the pizzas. The pepperoni pizza now looks like a cheese pizza with one pepperoni per slice. Comical. I got home and looked for the pepperoni the cashier claimed was hidden under the cheese and I couldn't find it. They tricked me. After my job, I sometimes stop by other locations in affluent areas where they actually make their pizzas with respect towards their clientele. I thought today I was going to get a standard pizza like I usually get in little Caesars in Rancho. But this time I decided to stop by here because it's closer to home. It's not fair to pay the same price affluent people pay in other areas, and get less quality. Unfair and borderline racist. Never going here again.

First of all this is the 2nd time we went in to order and explained what we would like, and not only do they get the order incorrect but the pizza comes out sloppy af didn't even look like a deep dish it looked as if my 4 yr old made it or they dropped it and shoved it in the box. Plus the pizza wasn't cut right . Smh horrible Asked for the manager and manager refused to come out.

To begin with, what a dangerous place there are always men outside who look at you trying to intimidate you or sell you something or maybe even assault you, I don't know why nobody does anything to remove those people from outside the place. On the other hand if you want to order a pizza other than the typical pepperoni pizza, DO NOT DO IT here !! I recommend that you go somewhere else. In this place the workers make terrible pizza, badly made, it seems that they cut it with their feet, I wanted to try the new pizza "Slices-N-Stix" ... it was horrible !! I also ordered a Hula Hawiian for the first time and I regretted it because nobody liked it, it was very poor too, very bad pizza really.

My pizza had hardly any cheese or sauce on it. I basically just bought a large piece of bread. Unbelievable, don’t waste your money on this place. I ordered it through DoorDash and they won’t issue me a refund.

By far, the ugliest pizza I have ever seen in my life. Looks like little effort was put into making it. Won't be ordering from this location ever again. Giving 3 stars only because delivery driver was professional.

Little Caesars is known for its hot n ready menu and their reasonable prices. I suggest they work on consistency. One time the pizza is really good. Another time, not so much. It's worth going for the prices and even the times that the pizza isn't fabulous, it's never awful!

Pizza was burnt when inspected in my vehicle, I realized it and went back to get another one. Cashier told the manager and the manager got upset. Seem's to be manager told the cashier to place the pizza back in the warming rack for sale. Which to me is very unprofessional, unsanitary, and dangerous.

I wish I could give zero stars! My fiance placed the order at 9:12pm. I didn't get it in my hands til 10:23pm! They didn't cut my pizza, the hot wings were cold and undercooked, and the breadsticks were broken and still doughy!! I WILL NEVER come back here again! Absolute worse!
