Went to the sierra way location in san bernardino, I asked for a clean up on the back of my hair. Trying to grow out a previous short cut. Told the lady I was growing it long and only wanted the ends cut and a bang, she literally chopped the hell out of my hair. There is no style to it. I look terrible! I can't brush it for work. I can't fix it. It's chopped off. Watching her I wanted to cry as she hacked away at it. I told her I don't put anything in my hair , I needed something to just get up and go. My hair is literally just sticking up on end in some spots. I hate it!!! Don't go here foe a trim!!!! The last picture is what it looked like when I went in.

Went there for a hair cut and dye, the lady said she was doing plantum, but I have no clue what she did, very dissatisfied

Rosa was not only extremely rude, but after telling her how I wanted my hair done multiple times (she was confused) she still managed to mess it up and make it look awful. Horrible service from her, but the others who work there are wonderful! My advice would be to not get a haircut from Rosa if possible.

I needed a haircut and I didn't want to make an appointment with my normal hairstylist or make the drive to Redlands. I called here Rosa answered gave me the price let me know I could go right now which was 5 o'clock on Thursday night I went in she took me right in and washed & trimmed my hair, cut exactly how much I asked for off didn't try to upsell me on anything which was perfect because I Wouldn't have taken it. I just needed a straight trim. My hair is really long and fine and I have trust issues but I needed a cut. And I'm so thankful I did. I've lived in the area for ten years and never thought to try them because I just didn't expect what I got from rosa. Thank you for a quick easy trim. I will be back.

I truly love this place been going here with my kids and myself for years....there are only a few stylists that seem to always work there but they get new ones from time to time and the only fear is getting one you really like and then they leave...so I would say when an employee gets a lit of attention and gets requested a lot treat them good so they don't leave!!!

Actually it was my 25 yr. old son, he was so pleased with his hair. Nice work, he's been coming here for over a year. And no complaints yet. 👍👍👍

Never have time for a haircut. Not enough people cutting hair. You leave your number and they don’t call you so what’s the use. If they are just going to skip you.

Went in for a root touch up ended up with yellow hair and the ugliest haircut! Never again!
