Been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. Absolutely horrible for so many reasons! Management is terrible. The renovation of the patio outside was done very poorly and thereā€™s this yellow stuff that dripped down the walls from when they were working on it. Looks gross! Thereā€™s a huge ant infestation in our apartment, weā€™ve tried everything to get rid of them and it doesnā€™t work. We called the office twice about it, and still nobody has showed up. The apartment directly across from us was empty and when maintenance was working on it, they left the doors open with no locks on the door, and one morning my husband and I walk out of our apartment and saw 2 homeless ppl coming out of the empty apartment with their bikes! We peaked inside when they left since the door doesnā€™t have a lock, and it looked like the homeless ppl were there for days! We immediately called the office. Absolutely ridiculous for the maintenance team to not secure that apartment. Also weā€™ve lived there for almost 2 years and the pool just barely got opened up, and the tennis courts and fitness room have been closed this entire time. Those are amenities that are included in the rent, yet it doesnā€™t seem like theyā€™re rushing to get anything done about it. Canā€™t wait to be moving out of this place in 2 months.

Large Black Army Ants are a huge problem here. After they have come and sprayed twice in the apartment; still they come back. Seems to be no solution to the problem. Possibly natural environment? But me and my family are bit all over our body while we sleep. Very uncomfortable feeling. The Landlords need to fix this issue. Baits and Raid not working. They like being under pillows and cool places. If you put a stack of anything clothes or towels on ground, and ome back in 10 minutes it will be full of ants. They will come from the ground. Small and Large.Otherwise it seems to be very quiet and people are decent. Going upwards.

I loved the old management. Janet, girl, you were amazing. I lived at these apartments since 2016/2017, and just recently moved out January of this year. I was told in September of 2022 that I couldnā€™t live in my unit anymore because of renovations and there was a waiting list to move into a renovated unit. MIND YOU, I was told this AFTER inquiring about my lease that was supposed to be renewed in July of 2022, they converted my lease to be month to month and when I turned in my keys, they didnā€™t even keep track of who was on month to month or not. The only reason I found out about their plans to give a 60 day notice by either the end of 2022 or beginning of 2023 (WE STILL ARENT SURE WHEN, thank you very much), was because my package from Amazon was stolen off of my doorstep as soon as it was delivered and I went to the office to see if they had cameras. Which of course they didnā€™t. The current ā€œrenovationsā€ are very hit and miss and clearly Mickey moused. The new patio was terrible and the grout work on the granite countertops was terrible. Communication from the office was the worst towards the end of my stay there. I kept calling to see if there was any word on when the owner was going to give the 60 day notice, and would never get an answer. My mail had been stolen from out of my mailbox while I lived there around Christmas in 2020. There werenā€™t any cameras in the mailroom either. The renovations on their new office look fantastic of course. And as of right now, theyā€™re still renovating their own space. I have since bought a new home, and wish anyone willing to give this place a chance after reading these reviews the grace of God and a prayer because youā€™re going to need it.

Erick in the leasing office was so disrespectful and rude that I took back my application and happily took it across the street to Sixteen60! Much nicer , same price (or cheaper) and they donā€™t profile you immediately assuming youā€™re trying to fraud. Dodged a bullet not working with these types of people! There are plenty of better places with better pricing ! (:

This complex changed ownership about four years ago and it has not been the same since. The management is callous and vindictive. They are NOT tenant friendly. They hired a tow truck 24/7 to tow so called illegally parked cars but will not provide security for the 300 plus tenant cars. My neighbor's car with an alarm system on, was stolen right next to my stall, while the complex is supposed to secured. If you check, you'll notice that the older reviews 4 plus years ago under the previous management and ownership are more positive. I would not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone. You move there at you own peril.

Have to start off by saying I loved living here. Then they started raising the rent to the point it did not outweigh the bad anymore. Rent went up $500 in 2 years and in those years we had horrible ant problem, rats outside that try to hide in patio furniture. They built "garages" by taking away free parking everyone was using. Then they used them as storage sheds, and now makes it hard to find parking when coming home from work. Then you have to deal with break-ins into your vehicle at night. Homeless running around the grounds sleeping everywhere or digging through trash.

I am a student at CSUSB and have been at Broadview for 3 years. I will be finishing my last semester this month but decided to stay another year as Iā€™ve been happy staying here so far. My apartment has a huge patio and the fact that I have a washer & dryer in my apartment makes everything easier. I have never had any issues getting things fixed. They usually come the same or next day. Office staff is friendly. All in all it has been a good experience and I plan on staying here until I buy my house within the next couple years.
