With the crime wave being so high all over America. As I walked into Macy's, being black, I noticed I was the only black person, shopper/employee there. I was followed and watched. I was in and out in about 20 mins. This is what the criminals have done to SOCIETY!! Macys/ San Bernardino CA 10/2/23

My wifw wanted wanted to buy a Patricia Nash purse but no one would would take care of us. We asked for help several times. They were all busy talking to each other and we were a bother. Now I understand why this location looks like it is closing!

Went to the Macy's in San Bernardino this morning. They had some good deals on Clinique Happy packages . They add gift bags with goodies you could select from the choices available. I had to go back because the young lady did not ring it up properly. It did not add the points on for the purchases. Check your receipt before leaving.

These reviews must be fake because I’ve experienced nothing but unhelpful and rude associates at this San Bernardino location. Rude and unprofessional, this location didn’t even have paper bags, they give you your items in plastic bags like you’re at a 99c store. Don’t even waste your time here I’ll be shocked if they’ll even be in business another year at this location

I love Noemí in the men's fragrances department!. She super Hooke sit up for Father's Day when I went tot get a present for my husband the day before. I like how there is a lot of help and great customer service. I do not shoo at Macy's often. I always though maybe it was too expensive but the quality does look so good.

I love to shop at Macy's. The San Bernardino store is always clean and the staff friendly. Lots of styles in clothing. I buy my MAC here

Went to membership to add son on card. After waiting in line awhile finally got to the front of line only to be told next line over. Good thing there was only one in front of us. Noe..only one person manning the jewelry area. He was swamped with customers. Some walked away.

I went in to purchase a Versace women's perfume as a gift and the sales women kept trying to sell me Jimmy Choo. Eventually I got the Versace. I was told I'd get it gift wrapped. After I made the purchase I was denied the gift wrapping. Horrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional. I immediately asked for a refund!

I went there to pick up my order. There was one person ahead of me so I was out of there in les than 10 minutes. I recommend to use the pick up service if you are buying something you don't have to try on.

Went in for a pair of earrings I bought online. Went to the line for pick-up and returns. The lady was nice and it took a little while for her to go get my order and bring it to me. Overall it was easy to get in and out of Macy's. Service was great the lady was very nice.
