Our server was nice enough to let us know that by downloading the BJs app, we can get a "free" pizookie after signing up. I was happy for the advice and we enjoyed the delicious food. Overall it was a great trip. I'm glad we made a reservation because it filled up fast.

This restaurant has very good food and portions. Loved the quinoa bowl with salmon. Lavender lemonade not so much. The ambience was relaxed and the waiters are very nice. A bit more expensive than I thought. Ideal for special occasions.

We went around 3 pm the services was great workers were attentive they never let our glasses get empty, not really busy food was great except for the veggies they were a little over cooked , but the overall experience was a 10 out of 10 . The Alaskan salmon was great and the strawberry short cake at the end . The place was a little dark over all inside , they also had a bar inside

My husband and I went there when we were dating now 20 years later We are still going back. We love the food and the pizza our waitress Deanna was awesome

Lots people even at 9:30pm - we had a good waitress who was very attentive in refills. Food was ok - we just had Apps.

BJ’s Brewhouse is my favorite chain restaurant destination for great dining. They offer a large menu selection from hors d’oeuvres to main courses. The restaurant is laid out to be a lively fun place to visit. It’s the right place together with friends to celebrate occasions or just share a great meal. The beers on tap are a main draw. The menu selections are well thought out to be flavorful and interesting. They have locations throughout Southern California where I live. If you’ve never tried BJ’s make time to discover the fun and sample the cuisine. I’m sure it will become one of your favorites too.

I guess Friday night is their busiest night. Our waitress is busy. Refill on drinks gets delayed, utensils and napkins we have to ask. Other than that, we enjoyed each other's company.

Went for late night dinner on a Wednesday and it was PACKED. Had to wait about 10 min for a table but once we were seated the service was fast and awesome! The waiter was really nice, we all got burgers with the unlimited fries. They brought a plate of fries out as an app which was nice too. Good experience. The menu is huge! “Thing long thing wrong” when your checking it out.

Me and my family love BJ’s. Most of their food is good. Their pizza so delicious!!! Their portion also big and shareable. Love to go back there anytime soon

Oh my golly gosh. This has to be the worst dining experience, I’ve ever had. I had the shrimp Alfredo and how the hell do you miss the Alfredo. The noodles had no flavor and the shrimp is burnt. I genuinely put up with some bad dishes but this takes the cake. I’m never eating here again. The customer service was fine but the food is not worth while.

Excellent service and foods. It's quite expensive but the foods are genuinely delicious and fresh.

Great place for lunch , dinner and place to hang out and have a few drinks plus watch sports .Great customer service and the food was awesome and delicious. The ambiance was great and lively.

Came in late at night on a weekend. The bar was busy but they sat me down in the dining area and still honored the happy hour bar menu prices. Great food for a good price during happy hour.

We went for a quick lunch and it exceeded our expectations in all these areas. Food was quickly served fresh and delicious but the icing on the cake was our server Clarise, she was courteous,engaging and knowledgeable. I will be returning soon!

Ashley S. was our waitress she was amazing!!! Honestly the best service I have ever experienced anywhere. The restaurant was pretty busy all the tables were full. She was quick, on point, funny, sweet and remembered everything (didn't write anything down we had a party of 6). Ashley has set the bar high!! The mac and cheese balls are delicious. We got the pizza, chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, a hamburger, and of course pizookies. Everything was delicious 😋 🤤.

The food here is always great, everything was cooked to perfection and pleased all my guests in my party. The service could use a little help I know that this location is a little on the busier side than most so I won’t say much about this other than keep up the good work! The atmosphere here is very clean and welcoming. Will continue coming here with family and friends

First time here i did not have a good experience. The server seemed to rush my family and i with the order. She was grumpy at first then towards time to pay she was all giddy and happy (probably because she was expecting us to give her a tip). Tonight i had the best waitress take our order. She gave recommendations and was super patient. The food was amazing. Idk who is/are the cooks but please keep it up 👍

Food was great I had a great waiter she was super Attentive Didn't have to ask for anything. She practically read my mind and i highly recommend The fish-and-chips super crunchy. And the meat was nice and juicy.

I came on March 31st at 1:30 pm. My waitress was great but the restaurant was full and I had a 15 min wait, no problem, but the benches to sit on had water all over them. I asked the hostess desk if they could send someone out to wipe the benches and they said they would. A man with his grandchild showed up and I let him know the benches are wet. Then an elderly lady showed up. I went inside to get a towel to wipe the bench and I was asked how many in my party they (two working the hostess area) sent me to my table. They never got the bench. My wife took her napkin from the table and went out and wiped off the benches for the people waiting outside. The service(waitresses) food was great. The hostess station needs to reflect the rest of the restaurant. What are the wages for restaurant workers now? $20 per hour? The men's restroom needs help because you know we can't hit the urinals. Please mop more often since it begins to smell like a gas station. There's a sanitizer that takes the smell away. I'm married to a former service team leader, just trying to help. Please don't wipe the seats and the tables with the same towel. Have different colors for cleaning tables. I don't want to be gross about the why of this request .

Of all the BJs in the SB/Riverside area, this location is my favorite. It is always busy and there's usually a wait but they always seem to get you seated faster than they first tell you! The food is tasty, variety of selections, and great tasting beers to chose from. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This is a great location!

I sat at the bar. Great service. Cold beer. Good salsa. Yummy chowder. Tri tip and veggies w were great. The ribs however were dry and heavily covered in sauce; not my liking. Very cool place though. :)

Overall we had a great time! But the food was a let down. The wings didn’t have enough sauce, were dry, and too breaded. The chicken sandwich was sooo dry and had almost no sauce. The pizza was a major disappointment and wasn’t good. But the appetizers were amazing! Can’t go wrong with their calamari or their artichoke dip. If you have a chance to try their shrimp and stake please do it is superb.

We had a great dinner at BJ’s. We only had to wait 10 min was is super quick on a Saturday night. We ordered the Prime Rib special. You have a choice of soup or salad and two sides. We ordered the soup, clam chowder, it was great. The sides were broccoli and mashed potatoes, they were very good. We also got s dessert. It was $33 but we split the special because we got so much food so the price was great for two people. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Service was fast. Food was delicious. Drinks were quality. This place always delivers in all categories.

My Son and I went to BJ's today because our restaurant was not opened yet. We usually go to that one. Not naming it, but BJ'S was better and from now on when we have are Mom and Son day we will go to BJ'S restaurant. The waitress was very polite and courteous. So my Son gave her a tip for her serving us . She earned it. Very polite. Foods great.

Stopped by at a busy time for lunch. Greeted and seated promptly. Jonathan our server was wonderful. Food as always was good. Pizza, fresh salad and pizzole not to mention the cocktail. Even though it’s a drive from my home we will keep coming back. Great service, food and value.

Since the start of the pandemic, we've been making it a somewhat regaulr practice of getting BJs to go. Their service has been great, and the food consistently good. We especially like the take-out only, slow roasted tri-tip they offer on Thursdays with 2 sides and a pizookie. All for 14.99. Great deal, and good food. If they have it available, I'd recommend their ahi tuna Poke tacos and a glass of their BJs Red Buffalo. Very tasty....

We are regulars here at BJ’s, food is consistent, wide range of menu and today the service was excellent! JIMMIE was our server, he was polite, pleasant, attentive and PROFESSIONAL, something you just don’t see very often these days! We hope to have Jimmie as our server in the future and you can’t go wrong with their pazookies!

Update 7/17: got in touch with the manager of the restaurant who promised a refund...yea no refund 🤣 what a joke! I checked my bank statements too. Imagine running a business this way. . . Don't waste your time, energy or money. We ordered online and went to pick it up. We also checked in when we pulled in, and nobody came out to help us. We called the number on the sign and was left on hold after telling the person we were there for pickup. The person bringing us our food pushed our order through our window and walked away without saying anything - and I was still on hold. Please BJs pay these people more so they aren't stressed out!! I contacted the restaurant for a refund and it's been weeks with zero contact. Look how awful our food looks for the prices they charge. The flatbread was shook up in the box, cold, and the cheese sticks were also cold and hard as a rock. You know when you crave an item and it ends up tasting gross? This is that meal. Fish and chips were cold, soggy and greasy. The location in Moreno Valley is much better. Drive through reche canyon, and eat better at the BJs over there in Moval. Edit: Original order placed on May 27, and my review posted June 16. I emailed that address (same address I was given to contact weeks ago) let's go on a journey people 🥴
