I ordered a plane pastrami sandwich and these people can never get this correct!!!!! So frustrating.... I am allergic to mayo and even If you tell them twice they just don't know what they are doing.... never again will I go back....

Best Yum Yum in San Bernardino area! Its always stocked up as opposed to others I’ve been to. The customer service here is great and quick no matter how full it is. The only bad thing is people love to stand outside of the location asking for money some without looking like they even need it. Still the restaurant itself is run very well.

They didn't let me know it will be a while for my food. I asked for something else. They gave me microwave cheese . Should of gotten my money back. Will never go there again

Yum Yum Donuts was a nice place to grab a quick cup of coffee and donut. The place was quite and serene. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go there.

I had been here before multiple times no issues,but today I was not pleased with the way I was treated. I called the day before to place an order for 20 burritos and 1 to go chocolate, I gave them a 12 hour notice. I was never advised to pay anything before hand. I get back to my office the following morning and I was advised they call back asking for half the money before they could begin my order,again I was never told when I place the order. I place the order because I had a meeting with my employees at 7AM ,I asked for the order to be done by 645. I had to go at 620ish to pay for, I called ahead of time and told them to begin the order I was on my way to pay . When I arrived I was received with not so customer friendly faces and not once did anybody apologize for the misunderstanding, I was expecting at least a "I'm sorry" ,nope not even one ,I did however basically got blame because the guy who took my order did not asked for payment and since I am paying customer should know. I am in the customer service you are not supposed to be treated the way I was today, this was really unprofessional. The girl with the snarky comments giving me attitude had tattoos on her both arms and long nails. Horrible customer service and from my observations she appear to be in charge.

Great service and they sell more than doughnut, like shakes and green juice.

They took for ever .. the sándwich was dry I everything she didn’t put no mayo no chipotle souce and the coffee taste nasty like burn

The only issue I have with this yum yum is that they have had a letter B grading for years! What are you doing to change this? The service is good and so are the donuts but please work on your letter grading.

Pretty bad. I used to love this place. It was always packed, now it's empty. I know why. The chorizo sandwich was so greasy you could squeeze it.

The food was good but I guess the lady working mornings had an attitude towards my dad. Opening the bag aggressive. He was just asking about the menu. I know she was just helping the guy take the order because I guess he doesn't know English good. We speak Spanish too it was nothing towards him. I guess he didn't know the menu good and she thought we were giving him a bad time.

Almost 5 minutes for a ham and cheese , A transaction that should have taken less then 2 minutes which is very generous. Simple ham and cheese 5 dollars. First and most likely last time. Inside was clean amd staff was nice

Yum yum I really enjoyed the donuts they’re finger licking good specially in the morning with a cup of coffee or a cup of hot chocolate.

I just didn't appreciate that not one employee spoke English, but on top of that, they were rude to me because I didn't speak Spanish. Also, it was only 10am, and they had no bananas on stock. I just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome there.

The food is good. But most of the workers speak Spanish, so it takes me a while to get my order placed. They're literally walking around asking each other if they understand! This has happened numerous times. It's very uncomfortable and irritating. Once a customer had to translate for me what I wanted, I feel if you're going to hire someone, make sure they're fluently bilingual. This is the closest yum yums to my job, so I come here often, but I have driven to the location on Highland, and I have better customer service there.

And I Answered There Is No Sign Indicating Where The Line Starts Or Where I Should Stand. So Rude Never Going Back Never ! I Hate This Yum Yum Donut Shop……. NEVER! Rude Ladies. I love how they are open very late.. Their pastries still taste fresh at 2am. Despite how they burned my bagel, their service was good.

There wasnt anywhere else open at the time. I came here for the first time and the place was clean, atmosphere was pleasant. The girl could not take my order in english so another worker accomodated me. The food was high quality but expensive. I spent almost $30 on a soda and 6 donuts and stopped at another store on my way out to get sodas because I couldnt seem to overcome the language obstacle in ordering in english. Thanks

A little disappointed looking forward food sandwiches are good. But Maria C. Really messed up i ordered 2 sand mind u these are not cheap almost 30 bucks wanted to make them a meal since it wasn't suggested i made count and meal sounded better u get a drink ur sand and a donut. She told us I CANT MAKE THEM 2 SAND A MEAL BECAUSE I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN ON THE ORDER. I SAID SINCE ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOE U TODO THAT JUST DON'T I WAS SO UPSET. we all workto make ends this is my breakfast and lunch and for her to say it like this mind u place is not busy like others in the area. My father went to the donut shop at four in the morning. The employee Erika was extremely rude. Do not go here, management needs to do something about this. I called to complain. They let me know that she is like this with everybody, so why was nothing done. .

I love there hot chocolate but the young guy in the evenings or nights doesn’t give a good customer service. I always go for my two turkey crossiants he burned the bread fully & still sold it to me. The morning girls are more better in customer service then the young guy .

Staff is a little inattentive. Veggies not the freshest. But it's quick and clean and consistent.

The donuts were amazing. We will be back to try out the coffee next.

Once or twice a year I buy my my wife a glazed donut , (her favorite), this time I stopped at this yum yum. Times have changed here for the worse I think . The coffee is always made the same (a good thing). The sugar dispenser was a creamer pitcher which was stuck open and fuzzy with lint and stuck together. I cleared the blockage with my fingers , no spoons, stiring sticks or napkins. Too sweet too light and not a warm welcome feeling when you come in. But the coffee is always made the same. The donut stayed soft but a bit oily but fifteen seconds in the micro and it hit the spot.

I go for the breakfast sandwiches. Very delicious. Tasty I stop in once in a while. Service dogs are allowed.

I haven’t been here in awhile when I went earlier today got rude employee with attitude taking my order need work customers service by the looks she picks who to be nice to. She has black hair with red strains big nails By the way are not allowed food place or least have gloves. All other employees are nice but that one needs a class on customer service. This will be the last time I come here in awhile.

Used to go for the bagel breakfast sandwich, but man.. yum yum change the ingredients like I would be able to tell.. I'm good on that plastic cheese and fake foods

Surprisingly it was great at the time of day i went. It was about 130pm and the case was full of variety. The 3 or 4 other times ive gone its just been "okay"

My Ex Boss would buy me a Turkey sandwich and juice, every so often to please my early morning cravings from this location, So i went back to reminisce of Good Old Times and the customer service was Amazing and Sandwich was delicious 😋

Huge variety of delicious donuts! The lady helping me even carried the donuts to the car for me since I was out of hands holding my toddler and the fresh orange juice they sell. Yum!

This Yum Yum donuts has amazing customer service and a menu with much variety in Mexican breakfast options, different types of delis and great options of hot and cold coffee. A great stop before going to work and having a nice dine in experience anytime of the day in San Bernardino.
