Humble, low key breakfast place with an impressive selection of breakfast options! Then, on top of that, they add a “make your own” option! Put it over the top. I got to create exactly what I wanted. I’ll just call it “Everything but the Kitchen Sink”. They are accommodating to special requests and the staff are very friendly. This humble place is now a fave for me!

Found this after hiking. It was not busy when we arrived. They have indoor and outdoor. There are plenty of tables. We were seated right away. I ordered coffee and our delicious french toast and egg combo. It comes with 2 eggs, which you can choose the style, 2 strips of bacon, a choice of country potatoes, or hashbrown. The toast looks like coated with egg and sprinkled with powder sugar. The order comes pretty quickly. The sunny side up is good. The bacon is crunchy and not too salty. The country potatoes are a bit hard. I asked if it could be crunchy, and our server said yeah what ever you like. I think it could be a bit softer. The breakfast was good but not special. It is a normal breakfast dish. There are plenty of choices in the menu, which is waffle, either golden waffle or bacon waffle. They also served lunch dishes.

Great little breakfast place located in downtown San Carlos that offers a variety of breakfast offerings as well as lunch/dinner items. Huge shoutout for the amount of menu items, taste of the food, and location. Customer service could be a little better, but likely due to the shortage of staff or popularity of the restaurant. Come here if you don't feel like waiting in line for some of the chain breakfast places in the area that offer the same quality food for a higher price. The food here is great. We ordered huevos rancheros, the breakfast burrito, and some other stuff. Everything was absolutely amazing. I was really impressed with how much items they had. I almost ordered a hamburger at 10 AM, but decided against it! :) Come here and avoid the lines at some of the more well known establishments that are pretty much the same thing, but less authentic.

I was looking for a good breakfast spot around, and this hit the spot. I appreciated that they are open early. It's very hard to find in the area, especially on a weekend. The place was nicely decorated, and upon entering, you're greeted right away. I placed my order, and it was ready in minutes. It was slowly getting busy, you can tell that were ready for the rush to come. The food was amazing. I ordered for to-go, but the containers didn't travel too well. The things we do for the environment. The cardboard literally fell apart. 1. Heart Attack omelette- Flavorul, and it was a good size. I wish I had hot sauce or something to go with it. 2. French toast combo - The french toast was soft and fluffy. Not too eggy with a slight sweetness. It was perfection. I didn't need syrup. The house potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bacon was crispy, and made the combo complete. 3. Corn beef hash - I loved the chunks of corn beef. It was fresh and tasted amazingly with the peppers. I can't wait to come back here and try their other items

Delicious breakfast! I love the vibes here— laid back and comfortable. My husband built his own omelet with bacon, peppers, onions, and cheese. There was an abundance of options on the menu from savory to sweet. I tried the bacon eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint! The egg was gooey and delicious laid nicely with the crunchiness of the fresh bacon and creamy hollandaise sauce. I had country potatoes on the side and I wasn’t expecting the veggies to be so crunchy and flavorful. Great side. The service was impeccable. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick delicious breakfast spot!

I ordered the French toast combo and the French toast literally melts in your mouth. It was delicious, and buttery soft. The bacon was also very good and easy to chew. You can eat outside or inside. Service was also fast so hardly any wait time at 730 in the morning. High recommend this little breakfast spot if ever you're in San Carlos!

Was greeted and seated quickly. Ordered egg and cheese sandwich with fries. To drink I Ordered a chai latte. A simply yet delicious breakfast served right away. I was in an out in 20 minutes.

Another wonderful visit to My Breakfast House! The staff is always wonderful, as is the food! Today and as usual I had the Raisin Oatmeal w/banana added. It comes complete with toppings and milk … or your preference. Make sure to visit when in the San Carlos area.

Friendly, quick, hot & as ordered - this place is the epitome of consistency. Breakfast isn't complicated, but if you're not paying attention you can muck it up. That never happens at My Breakfast House. Well done!

My friend flaked on me so I decided to treat myself to breakfast. I was craving pancakes (something I rarely eat), bacon and a cup of coffee. I decided to go to San Carlos as I never really come here. I ordered the pancake meal that came with two eggs and 4 🥓 bacon! The pancakes were big and fluffy, Rhea eggs were fluffy as well and the bacon was crispy! Coffee was hot and just right with real cream. Prices were ok and the ladies were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a cute place and very clean! I’m glad I came here. Also, the food came out quick !

Great place for a good breakfast. The menu is extensive so everyone should be able to find something. I found it easy to order a custom meal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is on the street so that could be a challenge. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Takeout is available and you can order ahead and pick it up.

First time coming here the breakfast burrito is OK nothing special to write home about will come here again to try something else

I’ve been going to my breakfast house throughout my childhood. It has amazing people and amazing food. I highly recommend bring kids here for a very enjoyable breakfast!

I love my Breakfast House. As far as my preferences are concerned, it is the best American Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant around. The variety of the menu is terrific, and I have never been disappointed here. Also, the Owner and Servers are very hospitable and kind. Try them, and enjoy a pleasant dining experience soon.

Pre covid 19 Very cozy local spot. Our go to for weekend breakfast espcially when we're lazy lol. Very attentive staff and good food as always.

Wow! I really never write reviews unless the experience is either outstanding or horrendous. My Breakfast House is SO GOOD!! The food is delicious…everything we’ve had has been excellent…the Chef really knows how to cook! The service is friendly and accommodating.They will change up anything to suit your needs. Don’t like white onions? Want green ones instead? No problem! Seems like everything is made to order. Their bacon is incredible… Omelettes (no brown edges🙂),corn beef hash, pancakes…all TDF! Absolutely LOVE this place!

Stopped in on road trip from San Diego to San Francisco and this is seriously some of the best breakfast I’ve had in recent memory. My family joked about just getting new jobs and switching schools to eat here all the time. You won’t regret stopping here to eat. We all loved it! Glad we found them. *Would’ve gave 5 stars but they didn’t do the military appreciation discount.

The best breakfast in town by far I have been going here every weekend for brunch/breakfast with my partner. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. The prices are fair. I recommend the OBAMA omelette if you like artichoke. I know I'll be continuing to go here in the future.
