Wow. A person could very happily die of a caloric overdose here. Really nice place, and nice people on the staff. The local-recipe sweets and cakes and cookies are wickedly delicious.

Nella pasticceria Imera siamo andati parecchie volte quest'anno e abbiamo provato i gusti classici (bacio, torroncino, cioccolato, cioccolato fondente..) e i gusti più particolari (tra questi il pistacchio, frutti di bosco, biscotto, latte, cappuccino che in realtà hanno nomi di famosi gelati industriali ma sono tutti artigianali). L'imbarazzo della scelta avviene tutte le volte perché sono tentata dallo scegliere solo il mio gusto preferito ma poi mi lascio tentare dal provare gusti nuovi e continuerò ad assaggiarli tutti di sicuro. La consistenza del gelato è vellutata e mai ghiacciata o sciolta. Il sapore è buono e alcuni gusti prevalgono più di altri. La cialdina è sempre fragrante e grande. La gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari sono al pari della bontà dei prodotti. Piacevole è anche l'ambiente sia la saletta interna che lo spazio esterno. Di certo lo consiglio per una pausa golosa e fresca.

Approdati nella Pasticceria di Giovanni , si spalancano gli occhi e si attivano le papille gustative, si assaggia il vero cannolo siciliano, meravigliosa ricotta, passi alla Granita , un opera d’arte , prosegui con la mitica Brioche con granita ….e poi e poi …vogliamo parlare della gentilezza e della professionalità?
