I usually don't write reviews, but felt the need to for this experience. Having Chick-fil-A is a treat for us, so like anything that's a treat, one believes it should be a great treat. Unfortunatly, this was not the case. The fries were completely cold, the sandwich wrap was as if it was pre-made & stuck in the refrigerator for weeks, and the saddest part was my favorite original sandwich. In the past the chicken was warm, juicy, tender, and thickly cut. This time the chicken was cold, hard, & thinly cut, it was as if I was eating fried grease. I gave one star for the sprite, as that's something one can't mess up. I hate to leave this review, but maybe Chick-fil-A is growing into too large of an organization & can not keep the quality. However, I'm hoping it was just the location.

This location had great food, as usual. You must go in to pick up your order or go through the Drive through - not deliver to your car option. The drive-through had a very long line but inside pick up was fast.

It's likely I'm this locations #1 customer. I'm there 2-3 times a week and the reason goes beyond the tasty food. This location has terrific people and highly consistent service. They really have operations down and prioritize the first experience. Well done..I'll keep coming back!

I hadn't been for a while, I didn't wanna get involved in the politics of things. On a drive to San Diego we stopped in and I have to admit the food was excellent and the service great. We were there late at closing time and they said we could stay as long as we want. The employees were very attentive and the food was fresh.

Luke’s customer service is 5 plus stars!!! We went through the drive thru and some items were missing. We walked in and he couldn’t have been more helpful and genuinely apologetic to us. This young man showed amazing customer service and you don’t find that often anymore in food service. Luke you made my night, your employer is lucky to have you!

As usual with many others, this location was clean and organized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was good, and exactly what I expected. I will definitely be back to this location

There chicken is juicy and taste. I enjoy there burger as it always taste fresh. We were party of four and we ordered grilled chicken burger, fried chicken burger, chicken sandwich, spicy chicken burger and nuggets. My parents enjoyed and this was the first time they enjoyed a burger. The manager made sure to check on every table. . The service was quick with well cooked meal 😊

This, hands down, was the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been in. The service was outstanding. The manager must be amazing! The bathroom was so clean.

This location is one of the worst I’ve been to in terms of chick fil a. Slow service and the staff is nowhere near as pleasant as they are typically. They never ever follow through with additional request so be sure to check your meal if you are doing drive through. It’s happened almost every single time we have gone. Also they charge for unbuttered bun 25 cents which is not this locations fault but chick fil an overall.

Strangest Chick Fil A around. Slow DT and just understaffed in general. Don’t go if you’re in a rush. Took 20 min just to get my chicken noodle soup, and when I got to the window it still wasn’t ready. But they were friendly so I will give them that.

It’s a well oiled machine and I am here for it! Great food, good customer service. The drive thru can take long, but it comes with the territory of better quality meals.

All ChikFilas I have been to are fantastic. This one as well. Super friendly staff and great food. Whereas so many other Fast Food spots don't focus on employee attitude. They do here and it shows.

If going to use drive through be ready to wait 20-30 in line, esp during lunch time. Only one drive through lane open. Never seen second one open. Extremely slow.

First time at this location and it was delightful. The inside was very clean, neat and well put together. The morning staff were absolutely sweet and certainly expressed their excellent customer service values. Monica was one of the ones who assisted us and she had the most sweetest and biggest smile, welcoming us in! Kuddos to this location, you guys are doing great! Oh and definitely 10/10 on the food, super delicious and fresh!

This is a good restaurant with great food and really good staff. The employees here really do a great job and it shows that hard work pays off..

I went to an Angels game yesterday October 1st and the Employees at the Angels game told us everyone attending could receive a free chicken sandwich the next day from ChickFilA. My kids being excited about this asked to go to ChickFilA for dinner. When I inquired about the free sandwich’s employee Maria told another employee they are trying to get 5 free sandwiches. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. She made me feel cheap and the fact that I felt she was making a spectacle of me with other employees made me feel uneasy. I'm a Christian and would have never expected this from a Christian establishment. Maria should be held accountable for her actions as she was unprofessional and has horrible customer service.

Chic fil a has the best chicken EVER!!! The food is super addicting, especially their nuggets dipped in buffalo sauce. It is worth it. Every time I want to eat chicken on the road, I always rely on chick fil a and not other restaurants.

One of my go to places for breakfast. Their egg white grill sandwich is so addicting especially with Chick-fil-A sauce. I add a slice of tomato. I wish they serve that sandwich all day long. Their hot coffee isn’t so good, so I usually get iced coffee. BUT, recently my friend told me about frosted coffee, and it’s just super good. I need to make sure to exercise before/after to burn extra calories, haha.

Came through the drive through here on a trip to LAX to get my friend her first Chick-fil-A and she loved it! I was sitting by her and could smell that crispy chicken sandwich through the bag. She also decided to go for the sweet and spicy sriracha sauce (outside of the classic Chick-fil-A sauce) and she even texted me later how that sauce was amazing! I got some more for myself and really looking forward to getting this combination on my next run. We even got there about 10 minutes early before the lunch and regular menu started. But the person at the counter was kind enough to make the burger for us. Just told us to wait a couple minutes in the waiting zone. Really great service.

On line orders are not prepared until the customer arrives a and then customer has to check in on the app, and at that point they start preparing your food, and customer has to wait for food preparation. So pre ordering on the app is pointless.

Only ordered a sandwich. It was decent but I'm not a chicken sandwich fan. I don't pick this restaurant if I'm by myself but went along for the family's choice for lunch. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. It had a nice ocean view. Very convenient next to the beach.

Horrible service. Girl outside made no eye contact and extremely rude! Chicken was about 3” in size: smaller than any CFA sandwich ever served! Absolutely disappointing! What happened to quality control at chick fil a. This store has been a disappointment since its opening.likely they buy reviews!
