    Very friendly professional staff. Was glad to have the ability to upload required documents in advance! Made for a very stress-free experience. Only had to complete one additional form before being seen. Appt was on-time, if not early. Alex, my MRI guy, is the genuine article! He was so personable, likeable, empathetic and competent. He should train all who do his job. Can't speak highly enough of those who give just a little of themselves to create a 5-star experience for patients, especially those in pain. UPDATE 1/15/24- returned for another MRI and Alex not only squeezed me in during his lunch hour, he called my CT tech and squeezed in my CT after the MRI, saving me a drive back later in the day. Special thanks to the front desk staff for solving an authorization issue and being very helpful, friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend WaveImaging and their wonderful staff. 10 out of 5 stars!

    I appreciated the possibility of setting up an appointment outside of regular opening hours. The receptionist helped me sign in to finish up in time to be escorted to do the MRI. The doctor helped me onto the MRI mat and helped me sit correctly He was very courteous and I felt at ease the entire time.

    This may be the most incompetent facility in the entire medical industry, which is saying a lot. Administratively, they are terrible. They will make an appointment with you (that you physically went in to set at the location), confirm it on the day of the appointment, only for you to arrive on the day and the person at the desk says "oh, um, we had your appointment at another location (30 minutes away)". What!?!? For a procedure the doctor requested "asap", and confirmed twice for the location I'm at right now?? So bad. Also, this is a pattern. My first visit, they spelled my name wrong and couldn't find me in the system! They always seem either under-staffed or their process/procedures are so complex that there is this concentration of people waiting just to check in for 20 mins. Avoid this place if you can. Its a poorly managed facility!

    Staff at the site were quite helpful and very nice. However making the appointment over the phone speaking with someone that was very hard to understand he said his name was Ralph . The room he was in was so noisy and hard to hear and understand. So many people in the room all speaking loudly!! If I ever have to have something done I will go to the site and make an appointment. This needs to be addressed! But you probably don’t care .

    In for a ct scan and was there promptly 10 minutes before the appt. After I waited the 20 and an additional 20 minutes, they said the technician wasn’t there yet. I left and they called back and they said he was due in, waited another 15 minutes. He got in and he called another person before me. Very frustrated!! I don’t care what the excuse that the CT scan tech had. They should have a back up. At the very least informed me that the guy wasn’t there.

    I should’ve Looked this place up before I booked an appointment and please do yourself a favor and go look at their yelp reviews but a week ago or more. I booked an appointment today at three and at 2:20. They called me and said they don’t have any techs after three so they have to cancel my appointment. I’m diabetic and scheduled an MRI, which I had to remove all of my medical devices for before hand So that in itself Was a major inconvenience with a wasted appt. I will not be booking here again or rescheduling here. Terrible.

    Front office staff was very nice and helpful, and my CT Tech was amazing. Techs usually have a hard time placing an IV for contrast and he got it on the first try. He was very nice and very helpful in getting me situated. He was very detailed in explaining what was going to be done. I rate my experience today a 10.
