Hands down the best pizza I have eaten. I have had pizza from the best places in San Francisco to Milan and this place is the best by far. The dough is crispy and chewy yet holds the toppings. The toppings are high quality and plentiful. The flavour is fresh and the service is attentive and friendly. The chef generously shared his knowledge with me as I had to take the recipe for his dough. If you want real Italian style pizza you have to come here!! 100/100

Food: Really good. Surprisingly so given its location in Sant Cristobal. It was a proper Napoli style pizza and house red was also decent. Service: Great. The waiter was really attentive and, given the restaurant was empty when we arrived, they gave us a choice of whether to keep the music on or to turn off the sports on the TV. Ambience: It was pretty quiet when we arrived but that shouldn't put your off given how good the pizza is. Price: This is a holiday review so I'm not qualified to judge this by local standards but as a Londoner it's great value. Would visit: If, like me, you've been backpacking through Mexico and you fancy a break from Mexican food everyday (as amazing as it is) then I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I ate pizzas in Italy, and in some of the most famous places in the world. The tomato sauce, the mozzarella, the dough… every part of it is just perfection. The owners was so nice and kind, he came and explained us about the restaurant and the process of the dough fermentation.

Just amazing to find such great pizza in a smaller Mexican town! We shared two pizzas, they came quickly after ordering and the craftsmanship and fresh ingredients really shine. I recommend anyone to go here and try the pizza, fantastic Neapolitan style pizza!

As a pizza lover who was travelling many times to Italy (including Napoli of course) I can highly recommend this place. Amazing pizza in real Neapolitan style with perfect dough and high quality ingredients!

I am from New York and this pizza was incredible. Easily top 10 spots I’ve been to and never would have expected it in a cool little mountain town in Chiapas! The music was awesome, the waitress was sweet, and overall a great experience. Muchas gracias!!

These pizza's are soooo good!! I definetly recommend going here. They have very nice pepper oil and habanero oil. Besides, you can do half half with two different pizza's! Staff is very friendly too.
