We
were
supposed
to
stay
for
one
night
with
my
husband
and
11month
old
son.
My
uncle
had
booked
us
a
room
for
my
birthday
as
a
gift.
Everything
was
going
great,
food
was
good,
amenities
were
great
and
it
wasn’t
too
crowded
on
a
Monday.
It
was
great
until
the
key
card
stopped
working
and
we
couldn’t
get
into
the
room.
We
went
to
the
front
desk
to
get
a
key
card
that
actually
works
and
unfortunately
my
Uncle
forgot
to
put
our
name
on
the
room,
the
front
desk
refused
to
give
us
another
key
card.
They
said
all
they
could
do
was
have
security
let
us
in
to
get
our
stuff
so
we
could
leave.
Clearly,
it
was
our
belongings
in
the
room
and
they
still
made
me,
my
husband
and
child
leave
in
the
middle
of
the
night
because
their
key
card
system
is
flawed.
I
understand
policies
made
to
keep
their
guests
safe
and
avoid
fraud
but
one
call
to
my
Uncle
with
the
number
listed
on
his
reservations
would
have
added
me
to
the
reservations
and
they
refused
to
do
that.
When
I
told
the
girl
at
front
desk
how
upsetting
that
we’re
being
punished
for
their
keys
not
working
all
she
could
say
was
“I
don’t
have
anything
else
to
say
to
you”
and
walked
away.
I’m
giving
2-stars
because
the
food
servers
were
good
but
the
front
desk
service
is
one
of
the
worst
I’ve
seen
at
a
“resort”
at
really
deserve
0
stars.
They
really
need
to
train
their
staff
on
how
to
work
in
the
hospitality
industry.
In-and-out
servers
have
better
customer
service.
