It's not the best experience. I really don't like Jack in the box, but I decided to come get the Snoop's munchie meal came to this location at midnight Friday 23rd, and the guy said he didn't have the air freshener and I don't know else the munchie meal was missing 2 items. He also said no potato wedges and fries at the moment and no milkshakes at night also.. Lol !! I'm like really I was like, so why are you open

I came and order tacos 🌮 and get no cheese or lettuce just plane !! The upset ness plus I order a ice Carmel mocha and doesn’t taste like coffee … they need to keep their employees on check making sure their doing their jobs good .

As usual. Great place for an emergency meal at late night hours.

I tried the new smashburger and they gave me a regularly formed probably frozen before cooking burger. Bland and lacked texture found with smashed burgers.

This location is always clean with no line, except the drive through sometimes. Food is always fresh and hot and I mean that ‼️ Tried the new spicy chicken strips and Sprite Lymonade which is delicious ‼️🔥🍻

Today I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on 28th St. I ordered from their advertisement menu a new stacked bagel. They told me that that sandwich was unavailable and that they wouldn’t start selling that until tomorrow or whenever the items came in. I said OK and I ordered a Boba drink. They said the Boba drink would be 495 five on the written menu. On the screen they attempted to charge me 524 for a medium size $1.25 extra for Boba and $.30 for caramel sauce. I told them I go to Jack-in-the-Box to get this drink all the time and there’s never enough charge for Boba. It’s included when you order the ice Boba coffee drink. They told me to pull up to the front they told me that that’s what the price was and if they had no control over that do I want it or not? I said no thank you may have your district managers name or your general managers number he said no you are welcome to look on Google Maps if you so need that information And leave a review through there. I said may I have the store number he said no you can Google it if you would like. I believe that this kind of customer service is only had in the middle of the Chicano neighborhood. It is very sad to see this and to think that because other customers do not speak speak fluent English that they can just up charge them very disappointed will not be coming back here anymore.

The food is great, customer service has greatly improved. Quick location from the freeway!

I enjoy the pleasure of ordering my Jumbo Jack and dining there while my food is at its best temperature. I have to admit that the food might have sat for a minute before I was served. It just wasn't barely made. I still enjoyed my burger and fries, so to be fair, temperature isn't always the defining marker for me. Lots of good food is served at room temperature, but not my Jumbo Jack please! I have to taste a real lean beef patty and it needs to be hot off the grill! I'll be back there soon and I hope I get those tasty fries just like I'm used to; hot and alot! The same goes for the burger. Keep it simple, but please keep it hot 🔥!

Very fast service great deals 👍 sometimes clean nice staff and delicious food

Horrible customer service. Just went through the drive thru got our order and when we drove off realized they didn't give us our drinks so parked walked in to ask for them they said wheres the receipt. Surprisingly we didn't even received a receipt. But eventually got our drinks but the attitude was really unnecessary and the way she just slammed the drinks in the counter kinda throws you off. If you are having a bad day no need to spread that negative vibe around!
