Management does nothing to stop drug sales and and drinking on the street/parking lots even when it's obvious, but targets and threatens other residents for minimal stuff.

Get with logan square properties, they help you

It is nice but sometimes there is gunshots and that is not really nice so that's why I don't give it five stars but most of the time it's okay so I hope you guys come to this apartments and it is really cool here I hope there are you guys come here you guys really like this place I really liked it so I been living here already for one year and it's really nice I hope you guys come thank you and bye

This is a NO star review , Do NOT i repeat do NOT live here at all if you want to be harassed ,watched, and be in debt . The manage is such a rude person and discriminates you and always accuses of stuff that is not true or for no reason . You cant even have visitors or anything . Such a horrible place to live especially with a manager like monique.

I grew up in this neighborhood I love it I love in a Community where we help people give food, clothes most of all we're there for each other
