I placed a mobile order through in store pick up and when I got to the store, there was a sign on the door that said only the drive through was open. If you’ve ever been to this Starbucks you know the drive through line is wrapped always around the building and usually takes 20+ minutes. There is a feature to disable mobile ordering to avoid this that the staff didn’t use and I was Unable to get my coffee because I placed in online for in store pick up to avoid the long drive through line! If you’re going to make the store drive through only DONT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS ONLINE! Didn’t get my coffee and the worker was very unhelpful.

So either this Starbucks or the soapy Joe's needs to do traffic control because the lines for both will block everyone else diving into or out of the parking lot. I couldn't even get to the drive thru line today. So they even have it marked to keep an area clear and you can see that the white Tesla ignored it. This is a traffic hazard

This location honestly sucks. Apart from the baristas shoving 2 pounds of ice in your drink, the place is just musty and dirty inside. This is also where a lot of the homeless hang out so i don’t think they even make the effort to maintain it.

Accessibility: there is a (small) drive through as well handicap parking in front of the store. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, and the door to enter is a pull door. Experience: I went through the drive through at 7:40 AM on a Thursday and it only took about 2-3 minutes from start to finish! Super fast service, really nice employees, and great food/drinks.

Placed a mobile order and arrived about 4-5 minutes late to pick it up. The drive through was completely empty and three baristas were standing around doing nothing. We sat there for about 2 minutes before the girl at the window said anything to us (cause remember, she was standing around). Then she said they were still waiting on my second drink. So I said, “we placed the order a while ago”. She said, “yeah well if you had gotten it in earlier we would have gotten it done, so… there’s no need for all that.” They can’t all be the El Cajon Starbucks on Los Coches. They are the BEST.

this is more of a review of all starbucks.. they only offer pike’s place, which I don’t really like. They no longer have milk and sugar for me to add myself. they were out of raw sugar, because if they add it for people, people don’t know or care.. but I care. this way feels less premium. it feels less special. I want to go to Starbucks less (and will).

It's always super quick. Even when it's crazy busy I never spend more than 6 or 7 minutes in the drive-through. They are always super nice and make my coffee perfect every time! Sophie and Melissa are amazing!! 👏 💖 There is also a new person and I haven't gotten her name yet. She's awesome too!!

Had to asked young man working for his wifi to used for my grandson school, he's very nice, we appreciate him.

I’ll give this location the benefit of the doubt considering I was getting my caffeine fix pretty late, but I probably won’t order my modifications here again. I normally order the white chocolate macadamia cold brew, substitute the macadamia for toffee nut or hazelnut and the white mocha in the cold foam for regular mocha. Every other location I’ve been to has been able to accommodate these modifications, however, this location didn’t seem to understand. Which is fine, it is an odd request. I just had to direct the cashier to ring it up as a white chocolate cold brew and sub everything. I still got charged for subbing the mocha and excluding the white mocha which at only 80 cents, I don’t really care one time; but it adds up which leads me to not want to modify at this store again. Otherwise, the drink was decent.

Drove 14 miles to get a cappuccino late evening. They charged me for a cappuccino but gave hot water disguised as cappuccino in the cup. Looks like Starbucks employees are having a hard time. Stay away at any cost! See what I got in the picture. Now I was planning to work late and needed it so bad but instead am stuck with this junk.

I love this location, super friendly staff and my drink is always so freaking good
