I tried to explain to her that I only wanted nail art on two of my nails and the rest in color. This is what she did to me... I try to explain multiple times during the process and after that this is not what I wanted. Unfortunately they were not the technician working on my nails kept smiling and nodding and acting as if she understood exactly what I was asking for however at the end when I saw what she had done I couldn't believe it. When I raised the concern to my technician that that's not what I wanted she immediately got defensive and loud and refused to offer any kind of correction, discount, or even a simple I'm sorry. Although I wanted not to pay I felt intimidated and felt like I had to so I quickly paid the$25 for absolutely nothing and have to go to another nail shop. Be aware before you get anything done here make sure they know exactly what you want and that they actually understand how to do it. I am definitely not coming back here and urge everyone to be cautious the whole experience felt shady and unnecessarily unpleasant.

Meh. This took two hours….. I’m just visiting and needed a quick situation. What takes an hour back home took TWO HOURS and even still, lacked precision. That’s my basic critique they lack precision. Nails are streaky and still expensive……. Go somewhere else. They were sweet but this is the sloppiest I’ve ever had my nails done

Been getting my manis and pedis here monthly for almost three years now. Usually pretty good, sometimes they seem in a hurry though. Can usually accommodate walk ins, but best to schedule an appointment or call ahead of time. Note in one of the pics, the shorter nails on the right hand were intentional and asked for.

I got a gel manicure with wax massage (HIGHLY recommended) and after 9 days it's still amazing, Mary was really nice and quick. I will definitely come back, they have a rewards program

I love Mary!! I have been doing my nails with her for nearly 2 years as of next month when I moved upstairs December 2021. I recently moved and still see her. Unless I am away for a work trip, I will only go to Mary for my nails. She has taken the time to know how I like my nails to be done and I never have to worry about my nails not coming out nice. Today was unfortunately my last visit since Im moving to another state

Had the incredible pleasure of coming into this nail salon by luck last week the day before a fashion event. Anh and Tina did an amazing job. I didn’t get anything super fancy just very sparkly dip set and sparkly toes but I got sooooo many compliments at my event they made my simple sparkly request look spectacular and luxurious. Jenny did a great job on my brows also. This will be my spot whenever I’m in town. Thank you!!!

I do not recommend this place!!! This picture was taken just 3 days after getting a so called manicure! My nail tech was lazy and did not properly put back my cuticles as I asked her to do so twice. What a waste of money and time!!!

Jenny and all her coworkers are super sweet. Great customer service. My husband and two sons were waiting for me and brought them water for them. I was not the only one taken care off also my family. Love my nails. I will definitely come back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
