Stopped by here to grab something to eat between our gig delivery job. We wanted to use the restroom first this woman photo attached looked at me and my girlfriend disgustingly and with a attitude said it's for customers only I let her know that we were going to go to the drive-thru afterwards we just needed to take a piss she very rudely let one of us go per time even though there was two restrooms available. Because we both really needed to go badly we just went into the stall together and right before we walked in she popped out and said no really loudly and yelled at us at this point I called her the b word because what she is doing is completely wrong. She then tries to ask us to leave I went ahead and used the restroom legally and rightfully as a customer of the Jack in the box corporation. I will be reporting her to corporate this type of behavior is unacceptable in this society and unacceptable and this society I will be reporting to corporate. There are cameras and other people around can't believe she had the guts to treat a customer this way and then you see Jack in the box locations have homeless hanging around doing drugs unbelievable let me guess is it their skin color you tell me Jack???? We ended up just leaving and my girlfriend didn't even want to go in afterwards because she was so uncomfortable and insulted.

Got my order incorrect!!! The overweight white girl with all the kid drawings should continuing binge eating jack in the box lol not working there she has zero customer service skills!

Jack in the Box off College Ave has great service, conveniently located near many establishments and walking distance to SDSU. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

I don't care much for McDonald's food but I definitely like Jack in the box I grew up on them I always buy my grilled chicken with french

This location was great! Handled late night after concert busy rush with patience and a smile. Food was delicious and fresh.

I found a Jack in the Box located on College Ave that doesn't burn my food. I bought egg rolls here, and they were perfect. Keep up the great work.

Every table was dirty. Food, hair, don’t even know what else. Gross. The service was fast and nice, food was good, but definitely get it to go to avoid diseases.

This Jack in the Box is close to my home. I've been dining here since they opened. Service is always welcoming, friendly and I can add or change anything I want to my order. My meals always taste freshly prepared.

The fries were salty and the soda machine was a bit troubling but it was a nice stay. Went with the family and had a good meal. I liked the art they had on the walls of Jack. Not bad.

Love this Jack location. They are always fresh, always get my order right, and aren't more expensive than other locations, which you sometimes get with fast food places. This is my favorite Jack restaurant.

The food is very tasty, the customer service too but apparently it looks clean from the outside, I don't know if something is wrong in the kitchen or it has to do with those who do the cleaning. I've been there a couple of times and it stinks of chicken excrement. You can’t sit down to eat comfortably, the smell doesn't let you enjoy your food.

This establishment is filthy and it stinks. Why don't you use bleach in your mop water when cleaning to also get rid of the slippery scum all over the floors?? The bathroom smells so bad it makes you gag. How can anyone eat there?

Food was hot, made fresh, and tasted good, especially given that I ordered at 1 in the morning. The driver thru worker also had a great attitude.
