I just had my quince a few days ago and the was really nice but they are really unorganized and they have bad service. We ordered about 150 plates for every one sitting on the tables and not even half of the people ate. Also my guest were asking for drinks and the bartender never brought anything . A lot of thing went wrong and it was because of service. I don't think this is a good place to have a party and if you do just make sure you bring extra things like drinks and food because these people lie when they tell you about wants going to happen 😒

Had a bad experience with this place señora Blanca Don’t even know we’re to start! I had an appointment with dj to choose my music well he played none of the play list I gave! The lighting I asked for was not put nor was my daughters name on the screens. The candles we’re off no batteries. I gave her stuff like candy treats hand sanitizers for the tables and other memorable stuff for my guests well she kept half of it!!! My dinner was 2 hrs late the waiters were dropping all the plates! Plates I payed for and some of my guests didn’t get to eat! I payed for tostilocos for 2 hrs well if I was lucky they stayed half and hour I got a photographer(Freddy) she recommended, his work looked great but the service he gave us was not the best. I was literally crying the day of my daughters birthday that’s how bad things were I dropped and cried it was to much! And my list continues to go I payed for dinner for children well they forgot to make it!!!! She did not want to give me my money back!!!! She only gave me 30% of my money 4 weeks later. After calling and calling and going to her office… I payed for a fog machine 850$ that after one song the guy was disconnecting everything because he had to go. I had to get up from my daughters dance to ask why they were doing that in the middle of her dance.. sooo unorganized!!!! I payed for someone to run my program and I was running it my self… I didn’t have dinner as they had no more food 😣😣😣😣 terrible terrible I would never hire them again.

I wish I could give a zero star. As a professional wedding planner working at a "full service" venue, I didn't expect to deal with the nightmares the venues owner and her own coordinator made. Let's start from the beginning. The wedding as at 4:00. No one showed up to open the venue until almost 4:30. The hair salon owner opened the doors. The tables were not set up as the bride requested. I got to speak to the owners assistant and she got combative about the time of the wedding. She said the 4:00 start time wasn't paid for even though it was an extra hour the Bride added to have an earlier ceremony start. No one from the venue showed up until 6:00. I had to argue with her to vendors there as they were all late by an hour. The flowers and napkins were the wrong colors and the vases didn't have the glass beads. She changed the flowers and napkins while all the guests were sitting at the tables delaying the ceremony more. Not professional. The women she recommended to do the cake showed up with the top layer crooked and it looked like it was about to fall over. The bar was undersupplied and I had to get more supplies for a full bar. The DJ didn't have much wedding experience so he didn't know how to use the timeline. There was dead air a lot and his equipment had a lot of ear piercing feedback. The food showed up an hour late. The kids meals were not the ones ordered, some guests didn't get meals but her staff ate the food the bride and groom paid for. I walked into the kitchen and was terrified at what I saw. The "kitchen/food prep area was a combination of janitorial storage, maintenance, food service storage. It had chemicals next to open containers of food. It was dirty and absolutely not sanitized for COVID. All walls, door jambs and door knobs were covered in grime. The photo booth and the bounce house included in the package was over an hour late. The venue manager badgered and harassed the bride and groom all night to get payment for the extra hour even though the venue was open an hour late. The owner should fire her coordinator at minimum and as a professional, that venue should be shut down by the board of health to address the food prep issues and the issues of dirt overall. I'm sure I'm missing other things but relentlessly badgering the bride to tears was beyond excuses.

Very nice place

A very elegant hall! It's been recently remodeled and they did an excellent job. Tastefully done; the decor gives it an ambiance of intimacy and luxury. The dance floor it's lit up and made of clear, hard plastic. There's a limited menu offering some food choices and a nice variety of mixed drinks, wines and beer. I thought the prices for the food and drinks were expensive...$8 for a very small glass of wine seems excessive. The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is slow; you have to keep reminding them. Also parking is very limited. If you are attending an event here; arrive 60 to 45 minutes before the event starts, so you can get a parking space in the main parking area.

Although the room itself is not so bad, it has some major inconviniences. The parking is not enough for the number of people that the room accomodates, the restrooms only have one stall and aren't enough for the attending crowd. I am surprise the City approved it like that. The people catering the event provided terrible service!! Between the salad and the main dish, half an hour went by before they came back to serve. I don't recommend the place at all!!

Very nice large open hall. very well decorated. Have been here several times for different events. From Business meetings to formal parties. Sound system is great. Can accommodate will over 400 easy. Only snag is the tight parking. It is limited and they are kind of close together. Other than that it's nice.
