😐 Things have changed quite a bit. There is no long a server to serve you drinks and take your orders. You go up to the front, take a number, and seat yourself. Like the fast food style.. Nice selection of beer. Typical bar food with fries, onion rings, Carne asada, burger, etc you get the idea. Would...

Love this local bar! Great staff and it’s under new local ownership. The food is low key amazing too. Can’t go wrong with a pint or two here.

The place is good. That could be amazing if they have more vegan/vegetarian options on their menu. The ambiance is great.

When your waitress pets a dog before she serves you. Why is a dog in the restaurant? Can we either enforce the no dogs rule or just post dogs are welcome at any table so those that don't like fur in food can know what they are getting into at each place.

EDIT Decided to try again and give a fair assessment of the food, atmosphere, and beer. We arrived at around 4:45 and found seating without a problem. We ordered drinks. I had the Old Town Nut Brown. It was good my wife had a fruit cider and it was not what she was wanting but she drank half of it. I think the bartender even took it off the tab. As for the atmosphere, it was a Monday evening with the ballgame on. This time, the kids were not as unruly. We could have a conversation at our table without having to scream over them. I ordered the Pepperoni pizza, and my wife ordered the asian salad. At best, 3 of 5 stars. I believe my comment was that I would eat it, but I will never order it again. My wife said her salad was just ok. ORIGINAL. We called to see if dogs were welcome and were told yes, at the booths along the wall or out on the patio. This is no problem since we travel full-time our dog goes most places with us. We were out and looking for a brewery on the way home. Yes, I said brewery, not daycare center. There was one booth that had children climbing all over it like a jungle gym and 4-5 other tables packed with loud kids. All of the children were trying to talk over each other. This is not the relaxing atmosphere that we were looking for. We didn't order and walked out. I'm not sure if I will try again. I noticed that this was not the first time that children had been a markdown. It especially bothered me that if all of the adults are drinking, who is driving the children home?

First time at SDBC last night, wife and i went out for dinner. Overall happy with our experience. Staff was polite and helpful. We had a minor issue with our appetizer not being ordered, we brough it to the attention of server. Our server notified the manager and the manager removed our desert and a beer from our bill. Cool atmosphere and a nice evening out.
