My first visit but won't be my last. My concerns were heard. I did not feel rushed. Provider (Kellie McAdams) was very informative. Made my nervous mama heart feel at ease!

Okay this place is hands down the best! Kellie McAdams is amazing! She truly cares for your baby and does everything she can to one, give reassurance that you, as parents are doing amazing. Two, the amount of care she puts into your child is insane. Any time I'm concerned she is amazing as following up. She responds to messages so quickly also but when I say follow up she will call you the next day to check in and the next. She is the sweetest. Also, reception is just as amazing. They are all just so attentive and gentle. This place is very welcoming and i have gone so much in the past few months and honestly every time they are all just glad to be there and the level of kindness is unmatched. Ughh I just love them and the quality of service. Like I just don't have not one negative thing to say.

Our experience at Pearlman Pediatrics in Hillcrest has been great so far. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The nurses are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. And Dr. Strong and Dr. Batra are amazing. They’ve been seeing my newborn, and they have been informative and thorough in her care, all while making me and my husband feel as comfortable as possible as first time parents.

Everyone was very nice and provided a great customer service. The PA was very helpful, detailed and attentive to our baby. Very happy with this clinic definitely coming back for future appointments.

I went when my son was sick and I think we saw McAdams and she was wonderful. She followed up to check on our child and was wonderful with him. Unfortunately I feel like Dr Bartra just was not interested in working with us. She was distant and seemed annoyed and the way she interacted with my son was problematic. She asked questions and when I asked about things I didn’t get answers. To check his teeth a tongue depressor was just shoved in his mouth which was of course ineffective and then I was made to feel like he was a fussy baby for not going along with that sort of examination. I’m not sure if any baby would have responded well to that but at the very least I thought maybe she could have tried a less aggressive approach with a one year old. It wasn’t communicated to me to stay for blood test results and no one ever got back to me. I had to call to get them and when I requested to talk to the doctor about the results no one got back to me and I ended up having to ask my questions to a different physician at a different practice. I feel dismissed and honestly I felt like the doctor was unprofessional and not great with young children or mine at least. I won’t be continuing at this practice.

Could not have had a better experience. Everyone we encountered was over the top friendly and sweet toward my son. We felt heard and cared for and not at all rushed. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. We were able to get an appointment on an urgency basis. And the team is very cooperative. For the first timer, finding parking around the place might be a little trouble. But good to know there is alternative free option in the basement.

It’s always unfortunate when you have a sick little one at home. Fortunately, we were able to schedule something right away! There was an error with our appointment online, but the staff was happy to accommodate us. My hands were full and trying to chase around my baby and fill out paperwork, but the front was so helpful and patient with us. I am so grateful for their help with the balloons and trying to distract my son. I felt very listened to, and thankful that everyone was so attentive and able to give us the care that was needed. Hopefully, we can avoid being sick in the future, but at least we know where we will go!
